Having purchased a product from PC World I found out that my On Line purchase was not suitable for my PC. The Terms and Conditions Returns Policy quite clearly said "If the product has not been used or installed or had data inputted" as my purchase had not then they could be returned within 7 x days. I had reported my problem within 30 minutes to "KnowHow" and it took at least five calls to realise my problem was above the head of their operator. I asked to speak to a line manager and was told by Mark that one would call me back as they were in a meeting. I rang again and was given a file case number. I also went online thinking I would be going to PC World to complain however you are still dealt with by KnowHow. Once again I was given another case reference and nothing still nothing has happened. Nobody has called me back and every time I call to see how my case is progressing I am told it is still being investigated. This is probably the worst service I have had to deal with for such a small amount of money ie £90.
