Bought a Vax from my local Currys. 4 months later its blowing out scalding hot air and cut out twice. Basically Currys fob you off and you have to deal with Vax who are willing to exchange but only after ive photocopied my reciept and send them everything they require at cost to myself. If i want to claim this back ive then got to provide proof of cost of posting blah blah blah!!! What an absolute farce!!! Oh and check your service docket before you sign it because if its chargeable it will cost you, which they dont mention when they get you to sign the docket instore.
