Simply the best personal service I've ever had from a supplier.

KustomPCs has been extremely accomodating to my requests, providing hands-down the best service I've ever seen. They let me change an order for a keyboard after it was placed and then later offered to accept a return on the keyboard even though they didn't legally have to. Staff answered my emails promptly and even tested a few keyboards out for me. Simply the best service I've ever had from a supplier.

I ordered some case modding products for my pc, order was dispatched quickly and you get emails to update you at every stage, as well as a Royal Mail tracking number (for the Royal Mail delivery options) which makes it even easier to gauge when the parcel will arrive.

One item was out of stock but this was clearly labelled on the emails and invoice and I received an email from Graeme within hours asking if I'd like an exchange or if I'd like to wait for the product, really great customer service and I even asked some advice on what UV light I would need to which Graeme kindly sent a full response with explanations and great details.

I will most definitely be ordering again and will highly recommend to anyone.

I ordered from this site as they had what I wanted at a reasonable proce and they have 5 reviews on here all with 5* so thought worth a try. I ordered what I wanted, which said it would be ordered on request and suggested a lead time of a few days, so I wasn't expecting it immediately.
Within 70 minutes I had an email from the company saying they had tried to source the product but it was no longer available so they had refunded my payment and recommended a different product instead, which was cheaper than the original.
So at the end of it I've not actually bought anything from here as they didn't have exactly what I wanted but given the prompt and helpful service I received from them I would definitely try again at the next opportunity.

Top notch service

Kustom was recommended to me by my friends and since my first order it's always the first place I look when considering spending on computer equipment and peripherals.

Kustom have a very good selection of goods - mainly related to computing, but also I've seen some 'fun' items for LAN events like American candy, scotch pies and strudle! I think the willingness to listen to what the customer wants and try and offer that product speaks volumes about Kustom's commitment to service.

The prices are very reasonable too, as I am a budget gamer and I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit to their site, I at just how many goodies (recognised brands, mint condition, nothing shoddy) I could pick up for what little money I spare towards my hobby.

I've experienced fast and efficient service with every order I've placed, and by fast I mean (on one occasion) hand delivered the next morning fast! Kustom is very professional but never cold, the staff I've had dealings with have always been warm and friendly. It feels like they are very passionate about what they do, having spent a weekend at a LAN also attended by some Kustom members I can say they are wonderful company - it's nice to browse wares and talk shop in a no pressure environment, they even donated a few bits and pieces as prizes to various events going on in the LAN, they are truly much more than just a vendor.

Awesome service, awesome company

I've used Kustompcs several times over the years - they are the number one choice really for anything 'off the beaten track'. I really can't fault them. Graeme, the owner, personally responds to most customer service emails and has a real understanding of what PC guys want because he is one himself!

I was joking with him by email to say he should bring some Scotch pies down to a LAN he was attending (I was ordering some bits) - and there he turns up with two Scotch pies! Genuinely fantastic staff, super friendly, treat you more like mates than walking piles of money.

I've had to deal with one return with Kustom's which was painfully simple. I emailed Graeme, described the fault, he just said to send it back and he'd get a new one in the post for me! I was concerned especially because I wasn't sure whether it was my incompetence that had caused the fault... but Graeme wasn't too fussed and just wanted a happy customer.

You can't say fairer than that.

Top notch service & delivery

Ordered my item at 3.06pm and received confirmation 15 minutes later for immediate next day delivery. You guys rock!

usually buy from ebuyer or aria (sometimes overclockers too), but they didn't have the parts so i figured on a £20ish order i could take a chance.

next morning everything arrived. perfect condition. great delivery options.

sometimes the bigger companies enforce a flat rate delivery service that adds up to £10 to the cost of your purchase, which is wholely unhelpfu, as though their prices might appear good value, once you add the compulsory delivery charge you're actually getting screwed, unless you're spending £100+ in one go.

Er I ordered yesterday, paid by paypal. Order arrived in just over 24 hours. I gotta tell you I am dubious of using the smaller companys, but this service is quicker and better than Amazon. Will be using again, and thankyou Kustom PC's

I ordered the mionix keid 20 gaming headset, and after only three days I got them by mail. They where in perfect shape, even though they had to go all the way to Denmark. It was a better experience than I had expected. 5 stars coming your way!
