Fabulous service
Tyres fitted at my work.
The gentleman who came to fit them was really helpful and friendly.
Had the two tyres changed within 10 minutes. He was very courteous and polite.
I would recommend KwikFit to anyone and will definitely use you again.
I was pleasantly surprised as wondered if such a large company would be competitive on price and service but I was very pleased. Thanks!

Great service
It was so easy, chose tyres and lovely man came and fitted them. Called to let us know he would be in next hour, it was good to be kept updated. Very very pleased will use this service again.

efficient and prompt
The website was easy to use and quick, choice of place and home fitting was great, easy to get it done...who wants to spend ages over replacing tyres...this site makes it easy. Took me less than 10 minutes to order, just putting in your car registration number to find the tyre type is great.
if you can wait a day or two for the fitting you can get it done by their mobile unit.
The fitter came on time, fitted the two tyres at my workplace and handed me back the keys 30 minutes later job done , who could ask for more?

Tread carefully with Kwik Fit for 4x4s.
ordered two new Michelin tyres for my Sorento 2.5 Same as fitted from new. Mobile fitter arrives with Michelin tyres the wright size 245/70/16/h different tread assures me is the same Next day take the car out to find transmission wind up through the transfer box causing big vibration on driveshaft . Checked rolling road size of tyre to find it different to originals Will have to buy new ones before permanent damage is done to transfer box .Kwik fit don't have a clue how much damage they could have caused . [new transfer box £3500.00]

Waste of time
My Transit Sport had a nail in the front tyre and I need a new fast. Transit Sports, like lots of new vehicles these days do not have a spare tyre and I had orders to deliver.
Yes they said they had the tyre that I needed!
Yes they could come out that day!
Yes they could even come before noon!! Fantastic!
So I booked and was told that if there were any problems I would be contacted. I was contacted.
No they said they didn't have the tyre that I needed!
No they couldn't come out that day!
And no they couldn't come before noon!!
Waste of VALUABLE time!
Judging by the other reviews they are happy to take your order without checking whether they can do it on not. But they tell you they can. That's dishonest.

A friendly and speedy service =Perfect!
The fitter arrived on time, was friendly and informative. He remembered he had changed tyres on our other car - which was nice.
Overall a speedy and efficient service which I would recommend to anyone.

Late, no contact! Had to chase and they found someone...looks like I wasn't booked in properly!
Not happy with my first experience of the mobile fitting service. Paid in advance online for a slot between 8.30 and 1pm. Was told I would be called by the fitter an hour before arrival. Heard nothing by 1250 so rang to chase. Got a call from a fitter a short while later saying he was 10 minutes away. So he arrived around 1.30 and had only just been given the job.

Helpful Fitter, quick and reliable service
I had booked two tyres to be fitted onto my car using the mobile fitting service. I had booked the 8.30 - 1 slot.
I had a call just after 9am from the fitter to inform me that he had been handed my job due to my actual fitter having issues with his van. He informed me that he may not be able to reach me by 1pm and would that be an issue. It wasn't. He then called again shortly before he arrived. He was friendly, helpful and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use the service again.

Excellent and quick service
Having noticed that the tyres on both our family cars were near to being illegal, I arranged for them both to be changed using the mobile service at home. Both cars were able to be maintained the day after I had booked, with the fitter ringing 30 mins before he was due to arrive ensuring I was able to be at home in time. The work was done with very little disruption or mess and was to an excellent standard.

Good service, call out fee too high
Great service, nice guy that came out to us, I only needed one tyre after clopping a kerb avoiding a pheasant and so I was charged £30 quid inc VAT for call out. Seemed a bit steep but time was limited so went for it anyway...

Rip off company
I had a m.o.t done at kwik fit, my car failed on the cat manifold, when I asked how much to put a new one on they quoted me £700, I said I would rather get rid of the car, I then went to bullseye who quoted me £210 to buy the cat and they phoned a garage who looked at my car and quoted me £60 to put the cat in, he then put the car through the emissions test and it passed, the then did me another m.o.t and again my car passed , it cost me £60 to put my car through the m.o.t, when I asked the garage how much a new exhaust would cost he quoted me £200 but when kwik fit put a new exhaust on my car the charged me over £500 , I will never ever use kwik fit again , many people warned me about them but they seemed ok......

Good value tyres and good quality fitting service
Tyre fitter came at the time stated. He called 15 minutes prior to turning up. Tyres were fitted quickly. Very impressed.

Why haven't I used Kwik fit before!
I used the mobile service to replace two front tyres. Only went for the mobile option as I was in desperate need and couldn't find a spare hour to get in to a centre. I went online and booked and paid within a matter of minutes. Within 5 minutes I received a confirmation call. I was so pleased that I went for the mobile option. The next day a very helpful fitter came to my work, changed the tyres, balanced etc and checked the others. I will definitely use the mobile service again as it was just so easy and at no extra cost. My work colleagues were equally imoressed and have said they will use Kwik fit In future. Faultless service.

Got the job done!
We found it very odd that when I called kwik fit the quote I was given for the new tyres was considerably more expensive than kwik fit online. And I was not told it was cheaper to do it online, (luckily my husband looked). You would think that the prices online and in store would be te same, especially as we did not have to take the car it to the shop and the man came here for less money.
But the job was done well, very efficient and a lot cheaper than I would have paid via the shop. :0)

I had 2 tyres fitted at my workplace - so much easier than having to go into a centre! The fitter was friendly and helpful. I will definitely use Kwik Fit mobile tyre fitting service again.

super friendly service!
I needed three tyres to be replaced on my vauxhall zafira, had a look online and kwik fit offered a very competitive price, with free installation at my home. Within 5 minutes of making the booking online, they rang to confirm my appointment. I received a call from the fitter 20 mins before the time to confirm he was on his way. Arrived promptly, very friendly. My 11 yr old sat and watched whilst the job was being done and had a good old chat and the mechanic even explained the procedure and showed my soon all the relevant tools which was most impressive!! Would recommend to anyone! :)

What can I say...............
Well.....What can I say
Ordered 2 tyres online for my wife's car which were to be fitted by the Mobile Fitter. Booked the date and time. No show. A complete day lost. Three phone calls later was took there had been a glitch in the system and no fitter was coming out. I must admit that the last gentleman I spoke to was very apologetic and we arranged to have them fitted the following day. I need two new tyres for my car soon and was going to use the Mobile Fitter - not too sure now. The gentleman did say that as this was their fault I would get a £10 refund for the inconvenience. I haven't checked this out yet.

very very good !
we are on a slightly remote part of the country, so if on-line you can get quotation on Wednesday, actually the area will be scheduled on Friday. All other things are perfect, even the metal caps from my old tyres was on safe ! Thanks a lot I will recommend this service.

Fantastic Service!!
I received a fantastic service from Kwik-Fit; ordering my tyres online was really easy, (especially with the key showing which tyres were energy efficient and which were best in wet weather), the engineer phoned me when he was half an hour away and then only took 25 minutes to fit the tyres!! Being able to have my tyres fitted without having to leave my house was awesome!

Smooth experience
The Kwikfit online ordering was very smooth - easy to identify the right tyres, the price was very competitive and I'd not realised there was a mobile fitting option which was great! I could chose the day for the fitting and a very friendly and helpful fitter called Richard fitted 4 new tyres within 45 minutes on my driveway.

Faultless service - at my office!!
Ordered 4 tyres online - easy to use website using my registration number to find the right tyres - and the new EU labelling (it rates energy efficiency / wet weather stopping / noise) gave a good basis for choosing between the many options available.
Requested fitting by the KwikFit mobile service - one short call set up the appointment slot (an afternoon) - then a call from the fitter to agree the exact time - then 45 minutes to fit 4 tyres - sorted.

Great service!
The guy phoned before arriving as agreed, had to do the job in the rain He did it quickly and phoned to say when it was finished, so I could return the car to the underground car park, that his van couldn't fit in to. Excellent all round!
