Had booked Kwikfit Mobile and paid in advance. They phoned me on the morning fitting was due and said the fitter was off sick and they would have to reschedule for two days time. Seriously - a company the size of Kwikfit can't manage staff sickness! I went to the local branch who charged me again and a higher price. Still waiting for a refund from Kwikfit mobile. They said the admin team would look at it but it might take 5 days. Hopeless.
