Online service was easy. I was contacted to say an engineer couldnt be available for when I requested but they were very accommodating to organise another time that suited me. Engineer was very friendly and competent.
we are on a slightly remote part of the country, so if on-line you can get quotation on Wednesday, actually the area will be scheduled on Friday. All other things are perfect, even the metal caps from my old tyres was on safe ! Thanks a lot I will recommend this service.
I received a fantastic service from Kwik-Fit; ordering my tyres online was really easy, (especially with the key showing which tyres were energy efficient and which were best in wet weather), the engineer phoned me when he was half an hour away and then only took 25 minutes to fit the tyres!! Being able to have my tyres fitted without having to leave my house was awesome!
The Kwikfit online ordering was very smooth - easy to identify the right tyres, the price was very competitive and I'd not realised there was a mobile fitting option which was great! I could chose the day for the fitting and a very friendly and helpful fitter called Richard fitted 4 new tyres within 45 minutes on my driveway.
Ordered 4 tyres online - easy to use website using my registration number to find the right tyres - and the new EU labelling (it rates energy efficiency / wet weather stopping / noise) gave a good basis for choosing between the many options available.
Requested fitting by the KwikFit mobile service - one short call set up the appointment slot (an afternoon) - then a call from the fitter to agree the exact time - then 45 minutes to fit 4 tyres - sorted.
The guy phoned before arriving as agreed, had to do the job in the rain He did it quickly and phoned to say when it was finished, so I could return the car to the underground car park, that his van couldn't fit in to. Excellent all round!
Cannot fault any of the service. There was a wider range of tyres to choose from and the cost was lower than that quoted at the local Kwik Fit Centre.
The fitter rang ahead to advise his ETA which he kept to. The fitter was friendly & polite and fitted the tyres without fuss. Will certainly use this service again.
I was very impressed when j booked Kwik fit and received a phone call confirming the booking and that I would see somebody tomorrow. However the following morning i received a phone call advising the tyres i ordered were unavailable and thd fitter would not be able to call either and I would be better off having my money refunded and calling out RAC and they could deal with it I called them and was told they didn't cover vandalism and I would have to pay a call out fee plus mileage to fix the tyres. I then had to recall Kwik fit to rebook and was told the original operator should not have advised me to call RAC. I was charged £150 but was given a receipt for £125 and am currently keeping an eye on my account to see a) if my original £150 will bd refunded and the correct amount of £125 charged overall not happy with the service received
The fitter who came out was great however the dispatcher was absolutely rubbish he was rude unhelpful and enough to put anyone off using kick fit
The KwikFit online booking facility, the follow up confirmation and subsequent tyre fitting at home service was perfect. It removed the hassle of ringing for tyre availability and then waiting at the fitting station whilst the work was done. The guy who did the work was extremely pleasant.
A brilliant way to have tyres replaced - ask Kwik Fit to visit you at home. A friendl chap fitted 2 new tyres on our Skoda Yeti in a jiffy and the service is free during the day. no more driving 30 miles to the nearest depot and hanging around!
I arranged to have 4 tyres fiited at home at a time to suit me. When i rang for an ETA I was told that the driver had gone sick, but they hadn't bothered to phone me to let me know. It was rescheduled for between 9.30am and 1pm the following day. At 3pm still no show from Kwik Fit so again I called them, they told me a supervisor would ring me and I'm still waiting. The fitter eventually turned up at 3.30pm a full 26 hours after my first possible appointment and he said someone would ring me to explain why it took so long again I'm still waiting. As a result of this experience I will not use Kwik Fit again.
This is the second or third? time I have used the service and on all occasions I have always had good service, your fitters have been prompt, quick and polite with a chatty banter. A good job well done...
After booking a mobile service and working from home between 8-5:30 when my tyres were due to be fitted, i was left rather disappointed when at 5pm no one had yet turned up. I phoned the contact centre who were helpful in relaying my concerns to the area manager who phoned me back immediately to tell me they'd be there at 5:30. This was already not really acceptable as they said the work would be complete between 8-5:30 but at least id still get the tyres fitted.
However my satisfaction was short lived and the area manager phoned me back to say the truck that my tyres were on was stuck and they wouldn't be able to fit them that day.
I said this was unacceptable but what were kwik-fit going to do to resolve the issue. Their response? Nothing. They would only fit them another day. The problem wasn't mine and even though they admitted poor customer service, they offered nothing for the inconvenience. Doubting very much that they would turn up another day and saving myself the inconvenience I requested a refund and would seriously have to rethink before using them again. I interestingly heard about their promotion on pirelli tyres after cancelling the order for my missing pirelli tyres and noted that despite the promotion the tyres were still the same price before and after the promotion.
Anyways, tyres are now fitted elsewhere and I'm completely satisfied with a non kwik-fit experience.
Fitter turned up without calling first, he said my phone must be turned off. When the job was done he said his printer was not working so I am left with no paperwork. Does not seem a very professional organisation.
Ordered tyres on line. Received a call the following day confirming the time slot that i had booked on line. Fitter called to say he was 20 mins away (Chris). Fitted tyres as ordered. Had an Advice slip which checked all tyres and condition (a good thing to do in my opinion). Fitter was very professional and presented Kwik Fit in a good light - good appearance, clean and very presentable van. From point of order to completion - a fantastic experience. This is the second time i have used Kwik Fit in this service and will continue to do so. However my last experience involved having to contact customer services and they are somewhat arms length on potential issues. Once they understood i knew my consumer rights they soon resolved the issue. On that basis they did retain my custom.
I arranged to have my front tyres replaced at my own home by the Kwik Fit mobile service.
It is brilliant how it didnt cost any extra and the mechanic who did the job was really professional and friendly.
I will definitely use them next time.
My car was stuck in my garage with a rear flat and a very complex method of swapping the wheels from front to back in order to use the space saver so using the "Fit at Home" service was ideal, especially since it is a free service for 2 tyres.
I needed the tyres quickly do had an "all day" window but the fitter phoned prior to arrival and arrived exactly when he said that he would, the tyre change was very quick & tidy.
Perfect - car now back on the road!
I would recommend this service to anyone.
On-line booking good as long as you are not doing a winter / summer tyre change because there was no tyre hotel pricing or selection, nor was there any information to say that the home call was unable to cope with tyre hotel options which led to a wasted sale and refund. As always, service at the local centre was top notch and speedy.
I have been very impressed with the service. I got a friendly telephone call to confirm my order details. This is reassuring, especially when you book on line.
The mechanic telephoned me to let me know when he would arrive. He was punctual, helpful and very polite.
The tyres were all fitted without issue and were as ordered.
I have already recommended the company to my work colleagues and would do so again.

I booked a mobile tyre fitting a week ahead mainly based on price. I found the online booking process easy to use, and could book a time to suit. Unfortunately I needed to cancel the booking shortly afterwards. This was dealt with easily with one telephone call to customer services and my credit card payment was refunded the next day. Although I didn't actually use their full service, I am still pleased with the level of customer service I received fromKwik Fit.
Had not been aware that a mobile tyre fitting service was available until a colleague had booked for this service at our office. The tyre fitter Mark, was extremely helpful, got the job done in record time, gave free advice and left discount vouchers for other services should we require them. Would definitely use this service again and recommend to colleagues and family.
