excellent quick service
I ORDERED THE STORAGE BOX FROM A SOURCE I HAD NEVER HEARD OF BEFORE BUT THE SERVICE WAS VERY EFFICIENT, QUICK AND WHEN DELIVERED THE GUY WAS SO POLITE AND EVEN HELPED MY HUSBAND TO CARRY IT TO WHERE WE WANTED IT WITHIUT ANY MOANS.

Garden Storage Box
The garden storage box arrived with days of me ordering it. It only took me a short time to put together. It has kept the recycle bins dry and tidy out side. I would recommend this to anyone.

One of my best online shopping experiences ever.
Great price. Great product. Great service, especially from the delivery driver, who could not have been more accommodating.Right from the word go things were superb. Having placed the order I was kept informed of it's progress all the way through. A lady then called to advise a delivery date, and time for delivery, which was met to within 30 minutes.
In my experience,one would have to go some to beat this company.

Looking good in the garden!
Good value greenhouse, big enough for single person household. Sons took a couple of goes at getting it together, but all in all not too bad to construct. A case of 'you must read the instructions' - but dont tell the boys I said so!!

Great Storage and useful as garden seating.
Arrived on time, easily assembled by me, a 76 year old female though 28 screws to put in was a bit boring. It stored much more than I expected so very pleased over all.

When I ordered the Shed, frankly I had my doubts as to whether it was going to worth it it as it was cheaper than buying the timber. As I have said before I wish I had found the company years ago..it would have saved me a fortune. I will certainly use them again.

Delays and Poor Customer Service
If you are selling children's play houses for £400+ at the height of the worst recession since WW2 you had better be on top of your game. This company is certainly not! Our order will only be delivered 14 days after purchase (at a minimum). Naturally Kybotech did not alert us to the delay and we have had to do all the chasing. Customer service is of the 1970's variety where you can tell they rather enjoy feeding their customers frustration. Their refusal to do anything that might help us get some clarity around delivery dates was particularly galling. Having read some of the comments below it seems that there is plenty of room for this to get even worse.

shoddy roofing material really lets them down
Bought a BillyOh Motorbike Shed which was delivered by being dumped in the road, yes that's right - in the road!
After that impressive start, the shed went up fairly easily and on went the roof, all according to the instructions provided. Then down came the rain and the roof rained in damaging the contents. The wood is just too thin and can't cope.
I complained and was offered a like-for-like replacement roof but judging by the current one, I'd be mad to put the same stuff on again!
Refused any sort of compensation so it's coming out of my own pocket.
Highly unimpressed and wouldnt buy from again in a million years. Customer Service was polite but solution offered was useless. A shame as my advice is now - AVOID!

Disgusting, shoddy and not bothered!!!
I'm choosing if I can a 0 rating but I've had to rate at one for this shocking company although I had to click 1. I hope and pray that they go bust as they do not deserve to be trading. I employed a trained carpenter to put up my Summer House and he said he has never seen such a pile of shit in all his life and all for nearly £800 what a rip off. The floor didn't fit, it was too big. The roof didn't fit it was too small and even the lock provided was wider that the wood in the door so also would not fit and cannot be used.
I could go on and on and on but short and long KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ANY SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL GARDEN CENTRE. I wish I had :0)

Just unbealiveable....
I never leave feedback online no matter how good or bad the service was. But this time with this company everything went beyond my expectations... I bought a 16x10 garden shed "so called Premium deluxe"
I thought initially that is a bad joke when I've seen the quality of it, but life goes on and next time I will search better. The delivery guy came in a big rush without even checking if everything was delivered just dropping everything on the grass "all there mate". I started to build the shed with some help from a friend who is a professional carpenter. We were really amazed how bad all the parts were done for 950 pounds shed. The best thing was though two of the roof panels were missing.
I called the customer service in the same day Tuesday - and they said that it's nothing to be done next day because of the short notice but they promised to deliver them on Thursday morning. Again that's life nothing to be done, and hope for the rain to stay away.
Thursday calling back in the afternoon they said you will definetly get the delivery in the next hour. The same day in the evening - sorry the lines are closed we will see on Friday morning.
Friday morning I'm calling and I'm asking for a manager to discuss my frustration. We'll check with the delivery company to see what happened. Can I have a discount for your mistake or my money back- out of the question.
Friday afternoon we are trying to speak with the delivery company but all the lines are busy.
Friday evening sorry we didn't speak to the delivery company you will get them next week at some point. Right now I have a roofless so called shed with bended and twisted walls which is moving all over only if you are touch it with your finger and is getting better and better every day. I really tried to stay away from writing reviews but for the good people out there looking for a decent shed please have another search before buying from this" UK no.1 shed company" My patience is gone and my frustration is over the limits after speaking with 10 different guys for nothing.

Why did they sell me an out of stock item!
I paid for a Lollipop Garden Playhouse for my daughters bday early March which had a pre delivery date of 10th March, had an email to say they were waiting for roofing felt etc new delivery date 15th. 15th came and went without any update, email company on 24th only to be told that the playhouse had been discontinued. My girls are distraught, I have missed their birthdays!!! What the hell is happening at Kybotech? why do the customers have to chase them for updates? Bloody poor performance on Kybotech behalf! James

nightmare company
I bought a shed from these people and after being sent the wrong smaller cheaper one decided to send it back and get my money back this took many phone calls and emails finally the shed was collected but two weeks later i have not recieved my refund .Kybotech are claimming they have refunded me they havent .This company is complete rubbish never ever use them there products are cheap and nasty customer service is useless and they dont refund you oh and the delivery was rubbish

Absolutely abissmal
Full size table tennis table - had to get neighbour to help unload from the van (driver unwilling and unable to help) where parts were falling out of damaged packaging. When unpacked there were NO assembly instructions and more nuts/bolts than there were holes, so parts obviously missing. Customer service was virtually non existent and when I did get through, they were flippant and rude, AND they wanted to charge me to collect goods that they deemed not to be faulty!

Not trustworthy
Ordered a Garden Storage unit it arrived late and damaged. Kybotech put all sorts of obstacles in the way to avoid paying a refund. And you have to call a premium rate number.

Poor quality and after sales service
I bought a polycarbonate greenhouse last year which was described as 'virtually unbreakable' and 'weather resistant'. Although, like in many parts of Britain, we have poor weather, the weather in South Wales is not significantly worse than elsewhere yet our greenhouse is unable to withstand high winds: we have lost 2 doors and the opening window. Many panels have blown off in the wind and have now had to be sealed with sealant which is what was suggested by the company when I informed them of our problem. I pointed out that this should not be necessary if the greenhouse was of the quality suggested on their website. I bought this greenhouse after shopping around and thinking it was a quality product at a good price. Unless Kybotech are willing to again furnish us with a replacement door and window, it looks as though we will have to buy a new greenhouse. Interestingly, the review I wrote on the website has not been published.

** Poor Quality
After contact with Kybotech customer service and manager, I sent photos of the garden furniture which had discoloured badly , arms on chairs constantly loose and pieces of fittings coming apart, their technical dept said we didn't treat as per instructions which is not correct we purchased quite expensive oil to apply. As far as they are concerned they are right and we are wrong. I would have been better off getting a set from Wilkinsons which my son has and is of much better quality and much cheaper.

After receiving a formal letter from us Kybotech very quickly resolved the problem and issued a refund, I was surprised at this as their attitude on the phone was very different, altho in fairness to Kybotech Palrum was the company who showed particular intransigence. Don't ask me what the relationship between the two is, I couldn't figure that out except each was saying it was the others decision. At any rate Kybotech came through with the refund so we at least are satisfied.
