I am from Canada and ordered a product as a gift that wasnt right. They sent me out a new one that same day, they were fantastic. Really helpful staff that actually care. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic
my internet broke 1/2 way thru making an order: i phone them up and they made sure that the money hadnt gone through and then i placed the order on the phone. I bought a product that is made to order and they kept me up to date on every stage of the order and it came beatifully wrapped. the girl even went out of her way to confirm delivery details and offer alternatives in order to protect my privacy at work. Fantastic products and amazing customer service team. A*!

Love this site, what I want and more from a site!!
I ordered an item as a gift for a friend. The item came beautifully wrapped the next day. I had to speak to their customer service about a product and they were so helpful. A free gift was also included in the parcel and free batteries. They truly do think about the customer unlike these massive companies. The products are amazing, not like the cheap stuff you get elsewhere!
Would recommend this site to anyone.

Beautiful site, next day delivery and very discreet
The site was so easy to get around (this is normally a problem as my internet is so slow and so flash sites dont work). The products were dispatched that same morning and I received them the next day. The packaging was so discreet, I had them delivered to my work address and it was fine! I was also given a free gift!
