great product and brilliant service
I ordered 2 Torino stools and I am delighted with them. They are very easy to assemble and I am not technically gifted to say the least . They fit in the kitchen very well and are very comfortable . I was even more delighted with the customer service I received when I rang to check how the gas lift on the stools worked. The person on the end of the phone could not have been more helpful and supportive. even though my query was very obvious.
My only suggestion would be to include brief instructions re how the stools' height adjuster works -- it is blindingly obvious but not to me !!

Ordered 4 Ripple Swivel chairs which arrived quickly. Unfortunately, no screws were in the box. Quick call to Lakeland and received within 2 days. Great chairs and customer service. Would shop with them again.

Good communication, polite service
I would recommend the company, communication was very good, keeping me informed all the way through journey until the marquee reached my door. The driver was polite and helpful despite road works in the village and diversions sending him out of his way.

A chair as good as it looks.
I bought this chair from Lakeland Furniture. It was the first time I had bought from them and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Hassle free quality products.
Modern high quality dining room chairs. It's always a worry ordering 'blind' from a web retailer but the images match the product perfectly. The chairs arrived, well packaged and required the minimum of self assembly. Clear instructions were easy to follow. Prompt delivery and a what price? Unbelievable value and fantastic quality.

Ordered 2 bar stools.and 1 was faulty when assembled. Contacted Lakeland who immediately offered to replace faulty part...hasn't arrived as only ordered today but I am very impressed with customer care and attitude to date! Will definitely buy from them again:) Keep it up...such service sadly missing from so many others!

Searched everwhere for a month then found and had delivered the perfect chair from Lakeland in 24 hours!
Have been looking for a black leather chair to complete a room for over a month. Argos, Wilko all out of stock or 4 weeks wait for delivery. Tesco had the same chair, £10 more plus £5 delivery charge, in 3 days. Lakeland chair @ 69.99, free delivery and sitting in my room 24 hours after ordering it. Love the selection of ghost dining chairs and will definitely order from Lakeland when I redecorate my dining room.

Easy to order and fast delivery

I purchased an item and it was ready to be deliver next day considering its free delivery that is amazing! They emailed me and notified me so I was aware of what was going on I wasn't home to receive it the next day so I had to change he delivery day and it was very simple and fast through a link they offered me. They immediately wrote back and confirmed the change. Then they delivered the day after and kept me aware by emailing around what time it would arrive and it was very accurate estimation. Very polite service and fast response. I would recommend this 100% I will purchase from Lakeland again. Thank you. ( the packaging was great well wrapped and easy set up not much requirement. No damage to the item either.

Great Product, Rapid Delivery
Bought one of the Eames style rocking chairs and it's great - really nice quality. Rapid delivery too. Would give 5 stars however there were no assembly insructions included, though it was easy enough to work out myself.

beautiful wood, good enough to stroke!!
I`am so pleased with my purchase of the oak bench, it is a beautiful piece of wood and looks better than it did online. I have been looking for something to put in my garden room to put baskets under for storage, and this bench is perfect , I have hunted high and low in every local furniture store to no avail, the picture online show the baskets under the bench , it is perfect. Thank you for a very prompt and effecient service, will definetely use this company again.

Good products, fast delivery but terrible telephone manner!
I had been let down by another company with a delivery of chairs for my studio so I looked elsewhere on the internet and found Lakeland. I decided that it would be prudent to call and speak to a customer services advisor to clarify that the items were in stock following my previous experience with the other business.
I was shocked to get through to an advisor who answered the phone with a grunt. On asking whether I had dialed the correct number and that I was speaking to a business (and not a mardy teenage girl at home!) I was given another grunt which I assume was a yes. I made my excuses and hung up and then just ordered online.
I would recommend that the staff get a bit of training in phone manner as the way I was answered was disgraceful!
Saying that, I would happily use the business again but would not call the phone number!!

Bar stools came good
After ordering on line my 3 bar stools arrived within 48 hours, However when i opened the first of 2 boxes the size of the seat looked larger than expected and after measurement was 450mm not 390mm as described. This was critical to the gap i have to fit them so a bit dissapointed. After a quick call to tell Lakekand they said sorry must have been old stock which is bigger than new and asked if i had checked all seats, I checked the unopened box to find the other 2 the correct size. Ok they said no probs and sorry but will dispatch another asap and it arrib=ved next day. So all in all a good resolve. only the basees on 1 is smaaller than the other 2 !! by 30mm , this is good as if it were the same i couldnt fit them in the gap and its not that noticable..
So very good just requires a little more attn to detail and would have been a perfect score.
