Very good
I ordered from Norway. VAT was incorrectly charged, but corrected by LambdaTek when notified. I only have this single experience with the company, but would recommend them based on that.

Talking Cures another well satisfied customer
There was a problem with my purchases the description NOT Lambda Tec's which meant the wide screen vertical view was smaller than envisage than the monitor in use. On contact t with Lambda Tec the concern was easily resolved and items returned credit almost instantly raised. New items ordered and delivered in double quick time = with a follow up email "Has your order arrived". Great company to deal with. Some of the biggest names in the world would do well to take note. Reliable & efficient fast helpful service
I've bought products from them a couple of times now, costing a bob or two, and found them extremely helpful when making my purchases. They have competitive pricing so makes it easier getting everything from one place.
When needed a drive caddy for my HP8760 workstation, it seems none to be found anywhere at that time, they managed to get me one. Great service.

Good price, fast delivery
I bought an inkjet printer/scanner from LambdaTek. They had the item at the best online price, with a very competitive cost for next day delivery by ParcelForce. Item arrived the next day and I was kept informed on the progress and dispatch of my order at each stage by LambdaTek. Very satisfied.

Poor Customer Service
Bought a £500 worth of items from then, including a Seagate drive from them which when I went to fit it, noticed it had “Certified Repaired HDD” on it. got in touch with customer service they said it was stated on the product description and posted it to me "(Seagate ST1500DL003* - 1.5TB Seagate SATA2 Recertified Internal 3.5" 7200rpm 32MB cache).
This IS shown on invoice but wasn't shown on web page description.
My argument that Recertified does not clearly indicate it’s a repaired / refurbished drive.
To be more honest they should have printed what was on the drive at least it's easily understandable.
On top of this the drive is a 5900 rpm drive not a 7200, Seagate don't make this drive as a 7200 rpm.
Still won't replace the drive, another supplier to avoid I'm afraid.

Absolutely Superb from Start to Finish
I ordered two fairly expensive server-grade hard drives from LambdaTek after deciding to avoid amazon because of reports of poor packaging and drives being damaged on arrival.
I have to say, the whole process was extremely smooth, delivery was tracked correctly and the packaging was excellent. I'd definitely use them again!

Great prices and an easy shopping experience.
I ordered a present for my wife for christmas but expecting it to arrive late as I had left it to the last minute however the price was good:-)

Good prices, on time delivery
I have used LambdaTek for years and it always gives good price. The delivery is always on time.
This time i had to email to ask few questions and the answers helped me made my decision and go ahead with the products.
However, you will need to properly ask every single thing as i had to ask them couple of times about warranty. Also its best to search the product for proper description as LambdaTek's product titles and descriptions aren't very informative. Some has codes that is probably for internal use.
Overall - a good company with very competitive prices. Highly recommended.

Very good price, very good before-sale service
I was waiting on a good price for the Pentax K30 camera (body only) and spotted a very good price on lambda-tek but they had no stock.
After some automatic emails telling me the camera was in stock (while it wasn't), and an exchange of emails with someone at lambda-tek about this stock issue, they emailed me (not automatically this time) some days later to tell me that they had 4 items in stock.
I was very pleased of this attention and ordered the K30 right away.
Good follow up of the parcel.
Item arrived about 3 days later.
I will sure order again on this website if needed.

Excellent fast service.
Found from a Google search. LambdaTek weren't the cheapest but I was impressed with their reviews and feedback plus the difference in price was nominal so I went with the company with a reputation. Wasn't disappointed: frequent email updates and speedy delivery. Happy customer.

Fast shipment to germany
Lambda-Tek sent out the shipment with UPS the same day as the order and it arrived two days later :)
The shipping is a little expensive if you are just buying something for 5 € but else the site works great.

Best buy for a 256gb SSD. Delivered next day
I found the ordering process easy unfortunately my credit card company felt it was odd and blocked it. This was quickly highlighted by LambdaTek and resolved. Item was delivered the following day.

Excellent service and value for money

We go to them first
Their prices are competitive so it is usually guilt free fro me to go with them for more or less commodity electronics.
However, from time to time I build something unusual (such as a quiet, dual Opteron based workstation). LambdaTek has an office down the road so I have had a chance to talk to them on those occasions. They have been friendly and helpful.
