Deliberately defrauding people! Scam
I found the item I wanted from lambatek's site at what was a reasonable price with fair rating. Upon its arrival it quickly became clear this was not the right product. I contacting them and they failed to respond! I called again and they said they needed the part number so I gave it to them and they said this is what you ordered so you have no grounds for a return!
I called them again and they were rude, refused to help me and hung up! I smelt a scam! I went back to the site and found the item again and sure enough there it was! The item I wanted with the matching number! Inspired by this I looked for the item they had sent me and sure enough it was listed too with a different product number! Strange I thought! What reason could they have to be doing that? My conclusion is that by writing in the small print that specifications and photos of the product MAY not be accurate they are attempting to deliberately sell consumers product significantly cheaper then the ones advertised and get away! They have provided me with a £50 product for £150 scam!

Great price and service
Bought a Canon scanner. Lambdatek offered the best price on the net. Delivery was exactly when expected and the scanner arrived in pristine condition. Lambdatek were very helpful and straightforward about arranging a delivery date for when I could be at home.
