Faster than the speed of light

Wrong Goods Sent
Asked for cool white tubes and received normal white. Asked to send back and waited for call back on stock availability of original request.
No call received, phoned following day and told could not get any more as not made anymore. They said they would amend their site.
Not very happy with time wasted setting up my task to find wrong tubes on opening package and time on posting back.

What a load of rubbish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Would never recommend Lampshop to anyone!. I paid for next day delivery last Thursday and still aven't received my order- apparently it is still ' awaiting shipping'! I bet I don't get a refund- is this a money making scam do you think?

fast and cheap
Ordered 4 fluorescent tubes 5ft. Incl postage cost 3.50 each. Amazing considering they cost 12 at b n q. Delivered within 3 days. Highly recommended and will buy from them again.

Fantastic Service!!
My order was to help us go greener and also save money in the long run. We were changing 8 fluorescent tube bulbs for display cabinets to energy saving ones. The price at lampshoponline was the most competitive around. Order Wednesday morning and we're delivered on Thursday morning very well packaged and all bulbs worked. The plus side is the electric usage has gone from 11 pence/hour on the old tubes too 1 pence/hour with the energy saving bulbs. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Quick service at great prices
Had been to a few stores to find the right bulbs with no luck. Was able to order from lampshop and even with delivery charge was significantly cheaper than other stores. I took standard delivery and had the bulbs within about 3 days of ordering and they work fine

Excellent fast service, would certainly order from this supplier again.
Ordered four Phillips PL type lamps on Friday afternoon and within minutes received a phone call to say that the same lamp by GE was available but the Phillips version was out of stock and would this be OK, which is in itself very good service in my opinion. Agreed that the alternative supplier was fine and received the lamps Monday morning, which is very quick delivery and at a very reasonable cost.
Would recommend this supplier to anyone based on my experience.

Fantastic price speedy service
Ordered bulbs monday afternoon had them tuesday morning ,my local diy supermarket wanted £6 for one bulb but had none in stock so I ordered 4 from Lampshop online and this only cost £2 more than buying one locally
