Useless at Communicating with Customers

The items arrived within a reasonable time, but just before they arrived I checked the website where the status was "Awating Shipment". I emailed and asked for an update, and the order arrived about an hour later. They still haven't replied to my email, but instead just asked me for a review.

    Once we had read your email we then tracked this on FedEx and realised that you had signed for it so presumed you no longer needed to know where this order was.

    I apologise that you feel the level of service recieved was not acceptable. The order status is changed automatically once FedEx deliver the order.
