I generally like this company, but...
the clothes are good quality, normally and the speed of service both ordering, returns and exchanges is also good.
Whats bad is the amount of spam mail you get, although thanks fully they did respsct christmas day. With so many 'special offers' to email me about why not be a little more honest and simply do a bteer price all the time. That way you wont irritate me by offtering me something I have just brought a day or so earlier for half the price the next day and a massive 60% of a day or two after that.

Lands' End outstanding quality and service
Always excellent customer service and quality of goods, clearance sales brilliant, great quality, although sizing is less generous than in the good old days.
You can not beat the lifetime guarantee on all products. Full refund or replacement anytime for any reason.
You do get what you pay for.
Footwear can come up a little smaller, so always take the great advice of the friendly call centre operators when telephoning.
Highly recommend the CS team, American based company they give 100% to customer satisfaction. Hence getting 5 stars from me.

reliable and trustworthy
i have often bought goods online from land's end.
i have no complaints whatsoever. the goods are always as described; the prices are fair; the quality is excellent. the garments are not high fashion but they are very useful wardrobe essentials especially for outdoor life.
returns and refunds are handled very well.
i can wholeheartedly recommend land's end.
