Bought a screen for Acer 5920 laptop. When the screen arrived the factory wrapping sealing was broken and the screen did not work.
To me it seems like they sent me a defect product which might has been returned from another customer.
In addition, Laptop Power UK refuses to comment more before I send the screen back, but:
Laptop Power UK refuses to allow the screen to be sent back on their FedEx account but want me to pay 26 Euro to return the screen.
I do not want to spend more money on this company. I already spent 82 Euro and for that, they sent me their waste.

i bought a second laptop charger from this site and the delivery for both was timely and the products both seemed up to good working order. However my laptop charger which is now only 7 months old and within warranty has now started to brake and my laptop requires a mains power supply to work. I have emailed several times, tried to ring, facebook messaged them but nothing. It seems as though im being ignored. I live in Ireland too so i don't have an opportunity to go to one of their retail stores. Im guessing its going to be a case of having to buy another charger from a different more reliable and reputable company.
Jeg har aldrig skiftet en skærm på en bærbar før, men dette var intet problem her... Deres hjemmeside har en udførlig vejled i hvordan man demonterer/monterer skærmen. Herudover kunne du hos deres kundeservice hurtigt finde den rigtige skærm til mig.
