After going through the entire booking process, the website said an error had occurred and suggested I use the back button and try again, which I did twice, just to get the same error again. Guess what - There hadn't been an error and now I ended up with 3 identical bookings (it took them approc 15-20 minutes to come through to my inbox) and the trouble of cancelling two of the bookings. I'm not happy at all!!!!
