Miserable - erroneous booking means no room and a cancellation charge
Booked a hotel room in Edinburgh. Received confirmation. Then informed by hotel that overbooked. LateRooms make no effort to contact or apologise. The automated process of cancellation means that I can't speak to anyone to explain what's happened, and I have to accept a 5 pound cancellation fee. Paying five pounds for a lot of inconvenience and no product at the end seems miserable service. Very poor. Will try's and avoid this company in the future and would recommend that other do the same.
Also ver poor system for feedback - have to create an account etc - really mean and cheap behaviour
