Top notch from start to finish...24 hrs to my doorstep !

Placed my order online very easily....got my order within 24 hours to my door, also kept updated via email with tracking details etc.
Every time I use this company they always deliver when they say - first class service !!

Very Good!

Just bought a Makita drill and it was £20 cheaper than screwfix, eventhough there was P&P added! Brilliant!

Goods arrived in good time and good condition. No problems.

Would definitely use them again!

The items were at very good price, order on-line went smoothly, customer telephone service was very helpful (I called to clarify something before order), I was informed by email about delivery progress and parcel was delivered when expected.

Excellent service.

The item I purchased was the cheapest I could find online which was great. The shipping eta was quoted at 3 - 5 days which was fair.
The item arrived the very next day which was excellent.
I would definately purchase from Lawson HIS again in the future.

Excellent supplier, highly recommended.

Having ordered my item at the weekend I called on the Monday to check when I could expect delivery, Lawson's told me that it was on back order with Makita and would probably not be until near the end of the week. I explaineed that I really needed the tools asap & got a call back half an hour later saying they'd managed to sort a set out for me that arrived on the Tuesday. Excellent service along with great prices and really helpful support staff - what more could you ask for.

A very good, well made drill.

This is a good quality, well made drill at a competitive price. I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

The only negative is that a little more information about how/where to register warranty.

half way there

i received one part of order the sanding plates,,which was the only thing on the invoice in good time, but still waiting on second part of order,the sanding sheets.hopefully arrive soon then i can get started on the job in hand.

Outstanding service

I ordered a shredder before 11.00 on Tuesday 8th May and immediately got an auto confirmation of the order. Confirmation of despatch followed before 5.00 pm advising that I should receive it within 2 working days. The Parcelforce tracking link was very useful but we were caught out when the shredder arrived just before 10.00 on the 9th.

23 hours from order to delivery - excellent. More than happy to recommend them.

I receved what I asked for when I asked for it

I ordered two circular saw blades and promptly receved one which was in stock then the next day I receved the other blade at no extra charge for postage, they didnot keep the first blade untill the second one came into stockthey sent me what was in stock and then filled the order the very next day brill, and unusual, great.

What Service

They had the best price for the tool on the web. I rang them after ordering and was told it would be delivered the next day by the Post Office, Brilliant, because if you arn't in, you collect it from your local depot as opposed to having to wait in as with the other delivery services. What Service.

Excellent Service as per Usual

I always use Lawson HIS for my safety footwear for work because:
1, I have had nothing but excellent service every time i use them.
2, Items ordered are always delivered within 7 working days as long as they are in stock.
3, Lawson HIS have the best price for the brand of footwear i use (and believe me i have checked a lot of suppliers for the same item)

If you want good service use Lawson, if you don't go elsewhere!!

Great price, service and delivery.

Internet searched for a particular model of Ryobi drill led me to the site. Description was generally good, but one phrase was a little unclear. Phone Lawson's, call answered quickly and politely and query resolved and so ordered online with no problems.

Great service at the right price.

Just bought a Makita cordless drill after comparing prices on the Internet. The same product at Screwfix was £20 more expensive than at Lawsons HIS. Ordered on line and received the goods within 36 hours. First class service.

I have recommend this company to those I like.

I have recommend this company to people I like anyone else deserve to pay more. This is not the first time I have used Lawson HIS and it will not be the last. I have bought safe shoes which are great value.

Good, just delivery time is a little long

The only improvement would be to the delivery time. I feel in this day and age that 7 - 10 day is too long. Apart from that very good and trouble free service.
