Ordered Southampton lunch time. Arrived Cumbria 9am next morning! Excellent.
Before receiving this customer review I had already telephoned Lawson H.I.S. to say thanks for the outstanding and friendly service. I was replacing a power tool which I paid over £100 for 5 years ago. The price for the identical product from Lawson?? £57 inc vat! I couldn't believe it! At this price I ordered two to get free delivery!
All I needed for the old tool was a spare part and casually asked could they be obtained? "I will ask for you and get a parts breakdown" said the lovely Sue. It was e-mailed within the hour. What outstanding service. I will definitely use Lawson H.I.S. again and am just glad I found their website. Thanks again!

Prompt delivery in good condition, exactly as described.
Assembly straightforward. Everything present and fitted properly. Calibration instructions sparse so will need to devise a method to do it manually.
Not sure that the boom is needed with the 98l tank as the latter has a broad-reach sprayer built in that claims to cover 4.5m, the same as the boom.

got what I had been looking for for sometime
I needed a new reel for my Ryobi strimmer I had in the past bought a really good one from B&Q that was easy to thread & worked well with the bump action for pulling the cord out but they not longer stock it saying it was no longer available. I was more than pleased to find one on Lawson website. The web description of the product was excellent and was received within 48 hrs I was delighted with the sevice.

Ready to sand thanks to Lawson HIS
Yep. Well I ordered some Bosch white delta sanding sheets to get rid of the paint on my windows and some finger sanding sheets as well to help with the job and both duly arrived in the said time, both were the right grain, they fitted and they worked. Windows looking much better. Thanks Lawson HIS. Consider yourselves highly recommended.

Ordered a lawn mower at a competitive price and whilst it was out of stock & needed ordering from Bosch it was still delivered within a week & Lawsons kept me informed of progress with my order. Good telephone service too ie not a ' call centre' experience.

What I ordered was delivered when promised and at a competitive price.
I wanted a new lawn mower and found a good deal with Lawson HIS on their Internet site. The quoted price was lower than any other offer and delivery was promised from stock.
As it happened, the item was not available from stock, but I was immediately advised and quoted a new date (which was acceptable to me). In practice, the lawn mower was delivered 2 days before the revised date.
This was my first experience of Lason HIS and based on the service and value I received, I would recommend them to others.

Order for a CEL power tool. Good experience throughout. Helpful comms advising of despatch complete with consignment tracking number that linked straight through to the couriers web site so that I could see when the package was out for delivery. Ordered Saturday, despatched Monday, received Tuesday. Plus the best price. Excellent service and recommended without hesitation.

Very Impressed
I ordered from this company as they had the best price.
A few days later I received an email to say the item was not in stock and had to be requested from the suppliers (Dewalt).
As I was not in a hurry for the item I waited and as soon as Lawson's received it I was sent an email, and it was delivered quickly.
I would recommend this company without hesitation.

For the first time I feel very let down by lawson,s
I have been a regular customer off Lawson,s for over two years with many satisfactory purchases and would have happy recommended there service to anyone that is untill recently when I bought a Bosh jig saw. The parallel guide was missing from the case. The package was well wrapped and had not been interfered with so the guide had not been packed. The next day I phoned and was told that they would send it and E-mail me that it had been dispatched. I have not received guide or E-mail and am annoyed that I may have to phone again

Came early the next day but Parcelforce put a note through the door (didn't hear them even though I was in). No problem as they left it at the local Post Office where I picked it up that afternoon.

Great service and price
I rang Lawsons to order boots (which were the best price we found on the internet), unfortunately I couldn't get the online order system to work so rang Lawsons and the person that I spoke to was really friendly and helpful and as I had ordered from Lawsons previously my order was dealt with promptly. There was an issue with a wrong number being taken for my bank card but Lawsons were quick to contact me about this and the boots were delivered the next day.

VERY POOR DELIVERY SERVICE!!
Wasted a whole day waiting for the delivery that was promised by LawsonHis.co.uk to be made on Monday and nothing had been delivered not even today,will not use this company again that's for sure, instead I could recomand you all the FFX.CO.UK Friday i made an order with them and monday morning delivery was at door,they guide you steep by steep with the delivery they send me even a time scale when the delivery will be made ,Lawson you should change your delivery service to DPD!why a online retailer company will use a 1 star rated delivery company like parcel force?!!

No stock of ordered item, but I was kept up to date and delivery was prompt regardless
The lawnmower I ordered was out of stock, but I was promptly emailed about this and offered the opportunity of ordering an alternative. I chose not to, and the product I had originally ordered was subsequently delivered surprisingly quickly. All comunications were curteous and helpful. I was also kept up to date as to the expected date of delivery. When it arrived my mower was as ordered and in excellent condition.

Cannot be bettered.
I ordered a Milwaukee impact driver,Lawsons offered the best price I could find online. The sales staff were informed and friendly and on top of that the driver was delivered the next morning.
I would not hesitate to use again and would recommend this company to anyone.

I am addicted to collecting tools and lawson is one of the first places I look to
feed my addiction. They have great deals and service not bettered by any other website. I just bought another addition to my 7v Ryobi collection and was not disappointed.

Excellent product, smooth transaction, let down by the delivery
Despite making sure to state we were away until Sunday and delivery must be on Monday 13th May the item was delivered at 17.10 on Friday 10th May.
This may have been an error on the carrier's part or a failure to communicate delivery instructions.
Whatever the reason it resulted in me having to travel to the local Post Office in a small village where parking is difficult. I had to carry a quite heavy box some hundred yards to my car.
Not best pleased.
