they promised next day delivery, and that's what I got - exactly what it says on the tin!
The item arrived - engraved! - in time for my mate's birthday, and he was well pleased with it. It seems to be a well made solid tool.

Prompt delivery at a great price.
I ordered a Leatherman Wave with a Monarch 300 flashlight as a gift for a friend. Leathermans.co.uk had the best price of any retailer I found and included free laser engraving. The leatherman and flashligh were then delivered within 3 working days using registered mail. There is nothing more I could have asked for. Thank you very much.

In the words of the UPS man on Christmas Eve, "I've been saving everyone's life today!"
It was the Wednesday before Christmas that I finally made my decision. The gift that I most wanted from my dad was a replacement for the Squirt P4 that had been my companion during my sailing and camping days in Gibraltar. I had used that tool on so many occasions! Unfortunately the decision came too late for my dad, who had already purchased a fake cigarette for me in an attempt to stop me smoking. I was more than a little upset! Thankfully a little money came my way on the Friday and I was able to order the Squirt PS4 from the Leathermans.co.uk website. The forms were simple and easy to use. The website boasted that the tool would be despatched and delivered in between 24 and 48 hours. I did not dare hols my breath! Within an hour of placing my order I received an email informing me that my order had been dispatched and it arrived, along with the words of the messenger above, on Christmas Eve morning. With thanks and reccomendations for your great service!

Faultess service.

excellent product - leatherman squirt ps4 - have only had it a week and it has been put to use numerous times already. Solid pliers and really high quality overall. Perfect as a keyring - weighs only 56 grams. cheapest online price was leathermans and they engraved it free of charge and sent it to me within 5 days of ordering for free. 5 star service for a 5 star product - highly recommended

Quality Tools!
I have had my Leatherman for years now and have had no problems besides breaking off the tip of one of the pliers. They are tough though. Not made to pry with. Damn neighbor messed it up for me. As long as you use them like you are supposed to, it will last forever.

Beautiful, Clever and Useful
I bought my first Leatherman while in Bosnia in 1995, it was the simple original. I've still got it! It's been back to Oregan be fixed twice in that time, all it costs is the postage thanks to their 25 year guarantee.
I upgraded to the Wave in 2007 while in Afghanistan and while I'll always have a soft-spot for the original, the Wave approaches perfection!

Simply superb design, engineering, function, build quality
I probably have purchased 10-15 Leatherman knives, and have been completely satisfied with every one. I have one in my car, one in each briefcase, two on my boat, one on my keychain, have given three as gifts to soldiers going to Afghanistan. The knives come very sharp, and the steel from which they are made re-sharpen superbly. The engineering, design, and construction are superb. Qualification: the tools are never as robust as a purpose-designed tool; they are convenience, portable tools. If you have a big screw to remove which has been rusted over years, you need a proper screwdriver, and so on. That being said, there are no better multi-tools than Leatherman's.

Exceptional service

Everything went very well, a very good product and service. I was disappointed that the Leatherman I chose (Squirt ES4) didn't have a case included or the option to buy one. When queried I was told that there is no case made or intended for this model, one would be very useful to protect the tool.

Clear website and great service.
I would love to give the Leatherman Charge a five star rating but the price just knocks the shine off a brilliant product. Here at www.clevedonsawmills.co.uk we were impressed by the quality of the product, the speed of delivery and the excellent service we received. Despite my reservations on the price, I am a Leatherman convert and think it is well worth saving for.

First class delivery
Amazing fast response, and pleasant email back and forth. I live in the Faroe Islands, and it took less than a week, and that is pretty darn good :) . The postal office were so kind, to delivery the packet directly to me a work.

Excellent!

First class company
I have now bought 3 Leatherman's over the last few years, the last one being the squirt PS4 which arrived engraved. All the leatherman's that I've bought have been first class (of course!) and the service from this company, not only giving you a great deal (on the price) but also a magnificent service. I can only say don't go anywhere else to see if you can get a better deal, because you won't!!!

Great Stuff
