Outstanding aftercare!

I purchased a drift hd stealth at the end of last year. It developed a fault. After some Internet research I found out this was a common problem. I contacted lemon digital though eBay and wih in a week a replacement is on its way and should be with me tomorrow. That's just 3 days since I first made contact.

I was dealing with Dan who gave great service.

EXCELLENT

I ordered a Garmin Sat Nav. Arrived really quickly, well packaged and above all, quite a bit cheaper than elsewhere (high street and well known on line firm). What more can I say.....I would use them again.

Awful Company

I gave up trying to get my order completed by them (feb 2011). Despite promises that goods were in post they never turned up ( I didn't expect them to). Surprised they are still in business.

Excellent service, good communication and prompt delivery. Never experienced any problems or issued when I've used this company. Great priced products and selection. Would and will use again.

Saved me a small fortune

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. I saved at least £100 buying from this website instead of from a well known high street electricals store and delivery was quick and secure.
I would not hesitate to make another high value purchase with confidence. All in all trustworthy and genuine.

This has now been sorted. Brian was referring to a Polar G5 GPS sensor. These come with a protective film on the outside which he didn't know he had to peel off.

Very poor service

I ordered my goods on 2nd Feb (today is 7th March). No goods received. Emailed last week, no reply. Just called - they blamed the delivery company as 'they don't know if their items have been delivered' - asked for a refund for the £6 2 day delivery service but was declined - cancelled complete order and hope that the money will be refunded.
Waste of time, no communication, complete lack of any service. DONT use

Not great

Ordered 2 Mondays ago, 2 items that were purported to be in-stock. No delivery by next Monday, so emailed, no reply. Then phoned on the Tuesday to be told that both items were out of stock and had to be ordered in, no apology was forthcoming, promised delivery for Thursday using quick delivery. No delivery by friday, rang for tracking number, given a tracking number for a first class delivery that cannot be tracked until delivered! Thankfully parcel arrived on Saturday, nearly two weeks after order. This is not the way to conduct business, steer clear.

Brilliant service and after sales. MEGA!

This was by far the quickest delivery I have ever had. Ordered at 4pm on Thursday and delivered at 8.50 am on Friday. Lemon Digital helped with a few initial technical issues and were polite and helpful. I will use them again in a heartbeat.

Great Service thank you

This is the second time that I have used Lemon Digital. The first was to purchase a sports video camera and this to purchase a Garmin HRM.

On both occasions the products were available, competetively priced and despatched promptly and in the first case was delivered about 48 hours after order and in this case 25 hours after order.

Good service, good prices so what more can be said. Overall 10/10. Thank you.

Disappointing

Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering, I placed this order Wed evening the only option for postage was dext day delivery and here we are Friday evening, no sign of the goods or even a dispatch email. Not a good start, watch this space. Glad I used Paypal, which will be notified if nothing happens this weekend.

The options for postage are Express Delivery and in brackets state 1-2 working days if ordered before 4pm. This was ordered on the Wednesday Evening and sent out on the Thursday. He received this on Saturday Morning.

10 days of waiting

i ordered a set of mt 600 walkie talkies on the 17th i waited 3 days and then called to see where my order was, the response i got was professional lemon digital said they would send me a tracking number by email, i waited another day for this email and called again leaving a message with my email and invoice number, again i waited for another couple of days for this email, i still did not receive an email, i left another message on there answer machine with my number this time and they did not ring me, i then called again today only to find out that my card payment did not go through due to address problems and that my order had been cancelled, i had no email telling me this had been done and no phone call, i find this totally unacceptable, however i am not going to have a massive rant and try and provide some constructive criticism, i believe that this problem could have been avoided by more effective means of communication if it was easier to contact you maybe this problem would not have occurred, i can see from your review distribution that a lot of people find that they have a great experience with you and others have an awful unprofessional experience. i believe that you should try and be more consistent because if you are not you will lose customers in a very short space of time, i will never use your site again as i also feel that my business did not seem important to your company i find that from my experience i had no customer service. rule no1 the customer comes first and responding to reviews in an insulting matter will not help your cause either.
i have tried to be as constructive as possible and i hope you will take this on board and not see me as someone who is trying to ruin business for you

I can see that you have quoted the number of unhappy customers we have on these reviews. Thats correct we do have about 15. However, the 20000 other customers we have every year haven't written a review.

Good price

I bought a tom tom from lemon digital at a superb price on ebay. It was a refurbished one, but I was pleased with the appearance and packaging. People at the lemon office seemed very helpful on the phone and I would be happy ordering from them again on their website or through ebay.

No goods, no answer by email or phone

Do not buy from this company. They will steal your money, won't send your goods and will do totally nothing except sending a confirmation of dispatch. I have ordered 2 TOMTOM devices worth almost 500 pound by next day service. It was two weeks ago. 7 days ago recievwed confirmation of dispatch, but still do not see the product.

We can confirm that this guy was fraudulant. He tried to pay £4.99 for the item when it was actually £499.99. We caught him out and voided the transaction.

After Sales Service is absolutely APPALLING

Bought an Archos 70 250gb Internet Tablet in February 2011, which arrived the next day at a good price. Within 2 months the tablet was faulty and Lemon Digital were reluctant initially to deal with it. Upon our insistence, after contact Archos, they agreed for us to return the machine to them but that was 5 months ago. When they do bother to return emails (which isn't often) they make promises they don't keep and after we contact Archos direct 2 weeks ago, they told us they'd only just received machine. When we complained to Lemon Digital they told us it must be their 'returns department'. Despite disgusting service, Lemon Digital still haven't bothered to chase up our internet tablet and are still ignoring emails. BUYERS BEWARE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SHOCKINGLY BAD TO DEAL WITH AND I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY CAN CARRYON TRADING/LYING. They did say we could make a purchase at cost price as compensation but I wouldn't deal with them again if there were no other companies on the internet.

Con Men Stay Clear

DONOT USE THIS COMPANY “THEYSHOULD BE BANNED FROM INTERNET SELLING”. On the 10th June 2011 I bought a Satnav from Lemon Digital, a Mio Navman 500 spirit, it was bought as NEW, or at least that’s what they proclaimed it was, I received the Mio the next day .I knew as soon as I opened the parcel it was going to be a letdown, the box had all ready been used, so had the goods inside i.e. the Mio Navman, The Satnav would not hold a charge .nor make a charge, a complete waste of time and effort. I tried the nice approach on contacting Lemon Digital; I explained the goods were faulty, could I have another in its place, Lemon Digital said NO, they informed me I would have to contact Navman direct and ask them for a code, in order to fix the Satnav,I politely declined and returned the Satnav as faulty goods and asked for my money back ,at a further expense of £7 P.O delivery, I am still waiting for my cash refund, it’s now 12/07/11 and still no money has been returned ,after several phone calls and e mails, they promised the world and delivered a fat zero. They are proclaiming the goods they sell are New and fit for purpose, well I am afraid you will find it’s the opposite; the goods they are selling are returns that are re -packaged and sent immediately back out to unsuspecting customers like me or you, so don’t be fooled. Should you choose to disregard this review, it will most definitely be at your peril and expense, Do yourself a favour and wait until there’s a sale in the High Street stores, at least you will not be troubled with second hand dodgy goods from Lemon Digital! Another crucial point to note is the positive reviews that have been written on Lemon Digital, they are all written by and on behalf of, Lemon Digital themselves .Fact

Hello,

You called us asking for a refund as your goods were apparently faulty, we said yes, fine, however, being a Navman product you would have to give them a quick call first to report the fault.

Not once did we deny you the right to send back the "Second Hand" sat nav.

As regards to the £7 p.o delivery, you said it was sent with Royal Mail but £7 doesnt relate to any kind of special delivery service, If the amount of £5 and above was paid, there would have been a full tracking number, which no one has seen yet! If you do have a tracking number then please let us have it! This way we can chase it up with Royal Mail, and if a claim needs to be made then it will!

However, as explained before, we disagree that you have posted it back to us, we have received no tracking number let alone a parcel.

Your claims do seem to be somewhat childish dont they? If you check out our eBay and Amazon accounts you will see we have near on 100% positive feedback on both platforms! No one ever complains about receiving "second hand goods"

With all of that in mind, it is looking quite clear who the con man really is here.

Supplied Counterfeit Goods

I purchased the Garmin GB Discoverer Great Britain 1:50K Full UK Coverage map on Micro SD card from Lemon Digital. What I received from Lemon Digital was confirmed by Garmin Europe to be a counterfeit product. I asked Lemon Digital to provide me with a genuine replacement, which they were unable to do. I immediately returned the counterfeit mapping software to Lemon Digital and requested a full refund. I had purchased the Garmin GB Discoverer map for a pre-planned walking event and needed to find a replacement. Due to time constraints, I was unable to wait for shipping so had to go to a shop where I ended up paying £45 more than online prices. More than a month after returning the counterfeit goods, I am still waiting for my card to be credited. My advice is to avoid Lemon Digital unless you want to pay a lot of money for fake goods.

Non existant customer service

How this company can claim on their website they are "backed up by the Web's most helpful customer support" is beyond me. I purchased a TV from them prior to Christmas as a gift and wished I'd never bothered. They do not answer emails, provide no confirmation of order, they do not return calls and I found them to be generally unhelpful when I actually managed to speak to someone working there. I would most definitely never deal with this company again and urge others to beware!

Customer Service? What customer service?

I bought my partner a RoadAngel Professional Connected from Lemon Digitial and although the initial sales process was quick and easy and delivery was as promised what they sent me was an obvious returned product as the box was already opened, the actual unit was wrapped in bubble wrap and there were elements missing to enable the unit to be stuck on the windscreen.

After 3 emails asking why they'd sent me a 2nd hand unit when I'd paid for a brand new one were ignored we decided to send it back - especially as we'd then discovered that it was already registered as well so that was further proof that this was a returned item.

I had to chase up after I'd sent it back Special Delivery just to be told in a one liner email that they had refunded the product!

No 'sorry' - No 'would you like us to send you a brand new one' !

So don't be fooled by the lure of a good deal, this a shambles of a company and I'd highly recommend steering clear.

Next Day Delivery !!!

First time I have used the site. will stick with companies I know and trust next time. Paid for next day delivery. DHL say it will be delivered tomorrow !! some next day delivery service, a total of three days waiting. Lemon blame DHL. DHL blame lemon. As usual with internet orders it is nobodies fault

Quick Christmas Delivery

I was in desperate need of 1 more present for my son. I looked online for the Forerunner 110 and saw that Lemon Digital were the cheapest. I recieved this item this morning and only ordered it yesterday. That was super quick considering the weather and being Christmas. Useless

Ordered a case for a Tomtom, haven't even received an email acknowledging the order, the company is either totally incompetent or a scam. The "in stock/next day delivery" is a pathetic joke and I will never go near the company again. I advise you to do the same.

Worst online shopping experience

Ordered a Tefal Jamie Oliver quick cook, was told that it would be next day delivery, however 2 weeks later and i have still not received it and have sent numerous e-mails and left numerous voicemail but have had no replies. I am in the process of cancelling the order and contacting trading standards about this joke of a company.

Absolutely DISGUSTING Service

whilst prices are competitive, the customer service (or frankly complete lack of it) ensures I will NEVER purchase from this bunch again

As an online retailer their commitment is from point of purchase to receipt by buyer - but not in this case. Take the money, give it to DHL, not interested after that

No confirmation of despatch was received, replies to emails asking if despatched were curt and of little use as no method / tracking numbers / dates were included, calls to them simply gave me the tracking number and told me to chase myself and even though local I was told collection was not an option

DO NOT BUY FROM LEMON DIGITAL IN MY OPINION unless you simply want them to take your money and have little regard for the completion of the transaction

I telephoned for details during a comparison check and found "Neil" to be polite, Very informed and friendly, I placed my business, and faith, in, "Lemon-Digital" over the competition and was rewarded by receiving my brand new to the market (still unavailable from some outlets) Garmin 2240 the following morning, exceptionally well protected and perfectly functioning, with clear details and instructions in abundance; I even had a follow up e-mail which completely satisfied all my concerns as a very wary buyer.
I would have no hesitation in recommending, "Lemon-Digital", who offer their services in a variety of ways, including telephone, mail and ebay, and, cater for most payment facilities from cash, through cards, to Paypal.

Garnin Nuvi 255w Sat Nav is Refurbished

Received my sat nav promptly, on opening my parcel and on the box it states
that it is a refurbished 255w Garmin Nuvi which was NOT stipulated in the site advert (£83.65).The sat nav works perfectly fine but lemon digital should
make it known that it is Refurbished.

Mis-leading

Stock shown on internet site when none available, when called to ask about lead time ficticious dates given. Also gave the impression they had a "special deal" with the suppliers to get extra stock which tuens out to be demo products!
