This company is a scam, please avoid at all costs.
I order lenses with them since 2010. They have always been very slow to deliver, I wear soft lens toric and have to wait 3 to 4 weeks on average from the day I place my order, I found it quite worrying at the beginning but lenses always arrived at some point and kept ordering again as they are the cheapest compared to other websites.
But my last order dated 19th July 2013 has never been fulfilled, I've called their number and then exchanged several emails with someone called Jane but they have been completely silent for the last 3 weeks. They first said there was some delay with their deliveries and then that I should check with my local post office. (the tiny parcel has always been posted through my letter box). I've suggested them to send me a replacement within 14 days as stipulated in their terms and conditions. Since then, nothing.
There is absolutely no customer service, the people there should be ashamed to work for this company. And the company should have its licence revoked as it's clearly a scam. They keep taking orders and online payments but don't fulfill them, knowing there is absolutely no way for us to reach them or get a refund.
It took over a month for me to receive the order, all because they spent weeks just sitting on their asses instead of actually shipping it. I could have ignored that part, if it wasn't for the fact that they ended up scamming me for £50.
I decided not to pick up the package, for two reasons:
1. I had to order lenses from elsewhere in the meantime.
2. I was charged over £20 in customs fee.
The customs fee aren't their fault of course, but since I didn't pick up the package it got returned to them. So I mailed them about returning my money, and they said they would as soon as they received it. Weeks passed, no word. I wrote them several times, always having to wait days or even weeks to even get a reply.
After a couple of months I was losing my patience, and demanded my money back. They kept claiming they hadn't received the package, although I phoned the mail service and got confirmation that the order was indeed returned to them. But because I couldn't prove this, they refused to refund me. In actuality, they demanded proof from me that they had received the package in return. Unfortunately, I don't have hidden cameras set up in their offices, so I was obviously unable to provide the proof they demanded from me. All I had was a confirmation from the mail service and an order tracking that clearly stated the package was returned to them.
I have never in my life been treated so poorly as a customer. Not only do they have absolutely no respect for their customers, they even scam them if they feel business is running so slow they need an extra £50. All in all, the worst company I have ever come across. I would strongly advise against ordering anything from them. You'll get more customer service from a potato, and you'll find better morals with evil dictators.

I have now for 1½ month mailed this company about 10 times to get the remainder of my order. They either ignore my mails or repeat that the order is delivered or delayed. I will never do business with Lensplanet again.
Ordered from US. Ordered February 17, after business hours. Billed within 24 hours. Website did not show as shipped until March 4. Received on March 6. They only replied to one of my four inquiries. The order received was correct and in good condition. They do not ask for your doctor's contact info and do not confirm prescriptions. They actually billed slightly less after the exchange rate than I expected. The fast billing, lack of replies and bad reviews had me nervous. If they were up front about the total processing and shipping time I could more easily recommend them.
Heard about this company thru a friend, he ordered some lenses and got them. I ordered Toric lenses. And later read some bad reviews, that got me concerned. Well it didnt even take 2 weeks for me to get my order of Toric lenses, that aren't even readily available. Received my order 10 business days later. Packaging was USPS box with padding. Very satisfied.
Before I got the order, I also emailed as their website is NOT showing status of your order. Got reply next day.
I have now used lensplanet four times now and have to say that they are brilliant.. Not only are their prices the best I could find but there service and delivery was outstanding. Would recommend to anyone who needs a reliable supplier of contact lenses
I placed an order for my contacts on October 12, 2012. A charge instantly showed up on my account for the order I placed. On the 19th, I received a confirmation email saying they were shipped and I would receive them in 4-6 days. So it took 7 days for them to even process my order. Now, it is November 3. I have yet to have received my order. I called them on October 30 and was told they would send me a confirmation email saying where my contacts were located. Within 24 hours I received an email only telling me I DEFINITELY would receive them in 2-3 days and apologized for the delay. I am VERY unhappy that I was charged for a product that has yet to have been delivered. I called today (November 3). The guy apologized again and said no one was in the shipping department to tell me when I should receive them (even though i should have received them today according to their email). He said on Monday, he will have someone look for my order. I am absolutely livid. I told him, the contacts better be on my doorstep on Monday or this won't be the last he has heard from me. He also refused to give me a refund nor any incentive. I may have to take legal action. I was fooled by all the positive reviews. Don't let them fool you either! I am never ordering from this company again.
My husband and I each ordered 2 boxes of contacts on October 12th 2012, The order did not ship until the 25th of October nearly 2 weeks to the day later. The shipment arrived on November 1, 2012 only containing 2 boxes of contacts. I have contacted customer service several times with no response. (Since the 18th) I have no idea what to do to get a refund or replacement for my missing order but am so unsatisfied, will never use this company again, do not trust them.
Have used this company for over a year and to be honest the last 4 months have been unsatisfactory due to the time it takes them to ship the order!! My last order was placed on 18 th August today is the 27th of sept and after demanding a refund TWICE and being refused a conversation with a manager i am at a liss if what my next move may be!!! Been fobbed off with "delay' from postal service blah blah blah I live in the bloody UK not Australia !!! They refuse me a refund???????? What the hell is going on!!!! BE VERY cautious as I started to lose faith 4 orders ago, now I feel they are a 2 bit bunch of clowns!!!!!!!!!

I ordered my contact lenses from lensplanet after hearing some good and negative reviews. The lenses are of very reasonable price I only had a problem in the delivery which took a week time to reach me which is actually not so bad but it was not the time which they promised me but the product was of very good quality which made me forget the delivery time
Ordered 2 boxes of Freshlook Colorblend lenses on 4/24, they arrived to me (Maryland, US) on 5/7. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because there was zero communication. Had to look up on the site to see that they even shipped.
Both boxes arrived, perfect condition and right script. Would def buy from again!

___ They only use Royal Mail. SLOW AND HORRIBLE NO TRACKING. It takes 3 - 4 weeks to get your lenses. I live in the US, and because they use Royal Mail which has to then transition to USPS, VERY SLOW DELIVERY.
___ They ship from a little island off of France called Guernsey.
Guernsey has Fedex but they won't use it. When I offered to pay them extra to ship via Fedex they refused.
___ Packages arrive looking like they've been run over with a truck.
___ Poor execution of orders. My last order arrived half of what I ordered, and I'm still waiting for my refund 2 months later.

Absolutely terrible! The contacts arrived frozen. When I tried to wear the contacts they were blurry and wouldn't stay in the front if my eye! When I attempted to return the contacts the company would not respond to my emails. 8 emails and 2 long distance calls later, they responded stating they would not accept a return on an open box. They delivered a damaged, unusable product and refused to take it back! THEY ARE CROOKS! Use Getlenses.com, they are much, much better!
Ordered lenses for the second time - refill order. Took two weeks before they were able to ship - first they were 'out of stock' then their order was 'damaged' in shipment and they had to wait for replacements. Obviously they do not maintain a stock of lenses on hand and order them from a supplier after they get Your money. Been two weeks since they said they shipped them and I am still waiting. If you order from them, best to order at least two months before you need the lenses.
I have lived in the US for just over 6 months now, and not being used to needing a prescription to buy contacts, I now had to.
Via Lensplanet I could order contacts from Britain, without a prescription, for a good price. I was slightly worried after reading some bad reviews and my order didn't ship within the (I think) 5 days they state. I e-mailed them and they assured me it would be sent out soon.
When I eventually got the package I got even more worried as it only contained half of the package. I e-mailed them straight away and they replied the next day saying the other half would arrive within a couple of days.
It did, and I assume the reason they sent it in two packages is customs. No complaints here as shipping was only 5 pounds.
I did not rate 5 stars as communication could have been a little better, but overall I'm very happy considering the low price I paid for my contacts.
I ordered my contacts about 10 days ago and my order still hasn't shipped. I have tried to call customer service and email but haven't received a response. Very unhappy at this point and thinking of calling my credit card company and reporting the website as fraudulent!
I ordered mid march 2011 2 packs each for left and right eyes jonson and jonson oasyis. After waiting 1 month i wrote an email what happended to my order.
I called them, got hold of them and they claimed that the item was out of stock and they wrote me an email about it and were waiting for my reply. Unfortunately this was hardly true since i did not receive an email, checked my spam folders, and got all the other mails with no problem from them. So anyway they asked if I want a refund or the lenses delivered. I asked for deliverey.
3 weeks later lenses arrive BUT ONLY FOR ONE EYE. I call them again and they claim that it was delivered but are very fast with offering a replacement order. replacement order doesnt arrive withing 3 weeks. I call and email again. Finally after more than 3 month lenses arrive.
I honestly suspect they just take a chance to see if the customer complains and default on not delivering.
Really bad company will never buy from them again. What a bunch of ***.
The delivery time has increased every time I have ordered from Lensplanet (and you're not informed about this) and customer service has equally worsen. Now a package haven't shown up at all. One month after ordering, 3 weeks after receiving the shipping notification. There's no reply from customer service after I requested a refund which I'd regard a normal compensation.
In the beginning I regarded the very long delivery times and multiple mails to customer service asking about the whereabouts of my lenses as the "cost" of the low prices but actually it's not worth it. I have no faith in Lensplanet and I'm dependent on receiving my lenses.
This is definitely one of the worst online shops i have dealt with.
I ordered my contacts in January, being told they would ship in 3-5 days, and that I would receive a notification. After two weeks, I e-mailed, asking about it. The customer service reps only answer e-mails sporadically. After several more weeks and e-mails, I gave up completely and went and bought contacts elsewhere, asking LensPlanet to refund my order. The next day (it is now MARCH), my contacts came. The amount you save is not nearly enough to justify the wait and frustration. Avoid this company! I rarely take the time to review anything, much less negatively, but I want to warn as many people as possible about the ridiculous joke this company is.

sure i had to wait alittle longer order first placed 12-29-01 received 01-24-11 but customer service was great quickly reponded to any issuses.The only complant is took almost a month to get them from when order was first placed. Will use again just order earilier next time.
My order did not show as being sent from this company even after 12 days so I phoned up and cancelled. I was really annoyed to find that they had taken my money, without having shipped any goods! It's been 10 days since I cancelled my order and I still haven't had my refund, I phoned up and they said they are unable to do anything but email another office who should get back to me... I won't hold my breath! Don't buy anything from this company!!
I paid for my lenses but still didnt hear anything from them , they still didnt ship my order , the phone nr . on the home page can only be used if you live in the UK . I dont live in the UK . So I cannot call them , I sent them at least 20 emails but they didnt answer , the company dont replies my emails and totally ignoring me ...
Very bad service , I dont know if they will ship my order ...
And I need to check how can I get my money back .... Very bad

I´m a regular customer here, for years now. I can allways count on them, though I have to make the order about a month before I need them, but it doesn´t matter, as long as I get the lenses cheaper, and I do! It takes about one month from ordering till I receive.
I haven´t found any other place in DK or online, who can give me a better price! So I recommand! Still..
