excellent speedy service
Amazingly fast service, more than once I have been amazed at how quick my items have arrived. Also delivered in a box that fits through the letterbox so no having to track down deliveries. Good value for known products and a handy guide if you have come from specsavers etc to get your equivalent brand.

Little time of being blind
Oh yes I get mine from lenstore online
Good range of brands and a price for every pocket and seem to cater for all Contact lenses .Even though I thought these came a bit slow this time that's why I rated 4* instead of 5*this time , and the postman got the address wrong,Tesco took three weeks to get my first lenses and I had to pick them up 20 miles there and back . So not bad lenstore.

Tried another provider... and came straight back!
Keen to budget, I checked lense prices on the ITV money saving website and decided to try an alternative provider 'Contactforlenses'. I ordered my lenses, paying up front for them, and then waited... nothing. I emailed to request an update...nothing. I telephoned to be advised I would have an email with information by the next day... nothing. I did this several times over 8 weeks but...nothing. Too late I checked the reviews and found all the other people who had paid their money and received absolutely nothing. I stopped to consider my previous experience with Lenstore - easy ordering, lenses received within 2 days, polite service, quality products - and realised how stupid trying to save just £7 had been. Anybody considering alternatives should stop right now and only order their lenses from the Lenstore site. Trading Standards and the Police involvement - and I'm still £40 down and I'm not alone. Don't do it - trust Lenstore and no other online sites!

Consistently excellent service
I've been using Lenstore for a few years now. I have never had any issues whatsoever and deliveries have always been speedy (usually 1-2 days). The process for re-ordering has been very easy and there have been a number of times where my contact lenses have been discounted. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

I've seen the light, I told lenstore the optic size, my preffered manufactur'r, I need and just like that it's received by me the day after.
At 63 yr old I always like to see and touch the people I am buying from, so I've always had to walk up to the optition, take the necessary eye tests and pay the fee ( my spectacles prescription were never good enough ) I had to pay up front then phone them to see if they had recieved them then go back to the shop to buy them. NOT NOW - when I'm on computer I log onto the site, enter the manuafacturer and the optic sizes, then answer the door to take delivery a couple of days later. So I've got more time to golf, watch tv news or do the jobs the wife tells me to do. making happy me and happy wife !!

If you're a lens wearer and you know your prescription, they are the quickest, easiest and most times, the cheapest online company to order from.
The website is dead easy to use, really clear and helpful, often with recommendations to go with your order, and every time I've ordered from them, I'm amazed at how quickly my lenses arrive. Normally the very next day! Brilliant service. No mess. No fuss.

A very simple and quick way to by contact lenses.
The website was easy to use and understand which made it simple to find what i was looking for. The prices were competitive with other similar websites that i found. The delivery was amazingly quick, I chose not to have the prescription checked, placed the order around lunchtime and the lenses arrived with the post the next day. I've ordered my lenses from Lenstore a few times now. I love their emails reminding me that I will be probable almost out of lenses by now ..
I usually order a pack of 90. For some reason the delivery of this packaging was delayed from a suplier. Lenstore therefore just sent me a note that they are sending 3 x 30 packages instead to make sure that I will have my delivery on time. No hassle, no emails there and back. Five stars well deserved.

Lenstore lenses luminate my life.
The thing about contact lenses is that once you start using them you are hooked - going back to glasses is not an option. Lenstore's Internet service is easy to use and the lenses arrive very quickly. If you make a mistake when ordering you it is quickly rectified. Lazer treatment I obsolete!

Contact lenses delivered at warp speed!
I placed my first order on Thursday late night and they arrived on Saturday morning. I will definitely order from Lenstore again and definitely recommend to others. Great savings can be made and shipping costs are cheaper than going to town using petrol and paying for parking.
