Exceptional service, great item and received super fast!
I had never heard of Lesters Nurseryworld until I did a google search for the item I was looking for and I'm delighted that I found them! Received updates on delivery status, tracking details etc.
Item received very quickly and also received the free gift as promised on their website.

They've never let me down
Not sure how they keep prices so low for such high quality stock, whilst delivering at warp speed and offering prompt, helpful customer service but praise be to the formula...

Quick, efficient and helpful service
I ordered my product with ease and within 2 days it arrived.
Previously I have ordered from lester nursery world again a very positive experience. Once I had opened the change table one element did not fit properly (manufactures fault), I called Lesters and within 3 days they contacted the manufacturer and I received a replacement part.

Very efficient delivery process through parcel force
The order was straight forward, 2 car seats. Pleased to see Lesters use a decent delivery service (not yodel!). Slightly different upholstery than I'd expected. I thought they would have the same as they were described as 'black' but one is plush and the other is microfibre. Otherwise faultless and good prices.

Great Product, Reasonable Price & EXCELLENT Customer Service
I ordered a Moses basket from Lesters as I am expecting my first baby. I had never heard of Lesters before and had actually already ordered the basket from 2 other companies only to find it was not as pictured when it arrived - apparently the manufacturer has changed this particular product and it now comes without the embroidery. The other retailers I had bought from had failed to update their picture and description of this product on their website. I found it on Lesters using a search engine and was able to email them to check which version of the Moses basket they stocked before ordering it. I received an email from Lirad within a matter of hours confirming they had checked their stock for me and could confirm they had it in stock. It was received the following day and arrived in perfect condition. It was also £8 cheaper than i had paid for it elsewhere. I cannot recommend Lesters highly enough - they were impressive in every way.

Value for money
I am please with the speed the company despatched the product and value for money so bargain but my issue is with the company they use to deliver the product. Parcel force did not contact me in advance with the tracking details so had no idea when they were going to deliver the product even though I received an email from Lesters Nursery saying they will. Lucky for me when Parcel force did try a second time round to deliver, they left the parcel with my neighbours.
The company used to deliver Lesters Nurseryworld products should be reviewed as this dampened the experience of what started of as an excellent service.

Fabulous price coupled with quick delivery, delighted!!
I had spotted the nojo jungle babies set in a local shop but was priced well over £100. I found lesters nursery world online and was delighted to find exact set for a more affordable cost. Upon ordering I emailed to check delivery times and they responded within the hour, this was late Friday morning. I was absolutely delighted to receive my package on the Monday afternoon!!! The set is exactly what I wanted, perfect quality and the promptness if service is perfect for the over excited new mum!!!!!!

Perfect - best price online and super quick delivery. Viewed the same product across lots of stores online - as you do - and Lester's was the best price: easily beating all the bigger high street names. Must admit I hadn't heard of Lester's before buying but would recommend to anyone based on price and service.

I've seen good reviews but the pice was too good to be true (Maclaren Quest Stroller), also the pape didn't look professional at all. But I've made and order and I'm very happy since then. The shipping was very quick (althought I didn't pay for it), the item arrived in perfect condition. In overall - very pleased, strongly recommended!

I've heard a lot of good reviews from friends about Lesters store. Having limited time myself, I used the online service to purchase some items for my Bugaboo.
The website is great, easy to use and has a wide range of choice, it has everything you could possibly need for your baby.
The products were delivered really quickly too.

terrible! do not order!
I ordered a replacement wheel for my bugaboo cameleon after mine broke and I ordered through lesters nursery world as it was the only website I found where it was in stock and not over priced.
After over a week had gone by I emailed as I had no despatch email and no wheel they told me it was in fact out of stock and it stated that when ordering. It most definatly did not state that and as I needed it very quickly and would of gone elsewhere, I received no apology instead was just given a load of crap. I ordered on the 21st of April and still have no wheel and it is now the 7th of May. A handy hint for lesters nursery world..if you want to keep customers than update your website!!

Excellent Delivery
Excellent Delivery of Maclaren Quest pram I ordered this came the next day! Product was secure in package and all in order. Pram was cheapest on this website and free delivery! I would definately order from Lester's Nursery World again!

Brilliant service, ordered online late one evening, had a phonecall mid morning the following day notifying me it woukd be dispatched by courier that day and it arrived first thing the following day :-) and at a competative price with free delivery. very pleased with the service. Great prices, really friendly & efficient service, very speedy delivery.
I have ordered quite a lot from this company in the past 6 months, they have always been the cheapest on price, always deliver really quickly & delivery is free when you spend over £50 which is pretty easy with a baby! They are efficient and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Website could do with an update just from an aesthetic point of view but it works perfectly well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
