I purchased a few items from this company in good faith (afterall it is Tobar ltd) and after not receiving a confirmation email I looked for reviews on the company most of which said their customer service was bad and delivery took much longer than stated. As I needed the items within the 5day delivery period that I paid for, I attempted to cancel the order. I received no response so I emailed again. Still nothing. Since my order they removed their contact number from their site claiming to now be just an internet conpany. I then opened a PayPal case in hope it would prevent the order being sent out as it was no longer needed. The case was open until the last day (when I would've gotten my money back) when they responded to the case with a tracking number. Why they would send it out when it was clear I just wanted my money back I do not know. I attempted to contact them through Facebook where they deleted my question. Nice huh?! In the end I refused the delivery and got my money back through PayPal. It seems like there is just 1 idiot running this "company". I would avoid them. Even If you received your items I expect it would be impossible to contact them should anything be wrong with the order.

Having ordered well bofore christmas, the gifts finally arrived in mid february...no offers of discount/refund, just a disinterested person on the phone saying oh well they are being posted to you this week. We had to chase them - ok there was snow before christmas but we ordered at the end of november! Amazon and others managed just fine with much later orders.
When we received the gifts theywere ok - expensive but nothing special. would never use again as much better value and customer service is available pretty much anywhere
All items sold, including top end ones, are only expected to last a year whatever the price. We bought an expensive (£100) wooden kitchen just over a year ago. The shaped plastic bowl broke (toddler stood in it). We rang letterbox to buy a replacement and were told that spare parts were only available for a year after purchase. Despite the fact that we were willing to pay for the item they refused to consider our request. We were told that a manager would ring us back but no one did. We contacted them again to ask if they would tell us the name of the supplier so that we could try to get the bowl direct but still no joy. For £100 we expected the kitchen to last more than a year and can not understand why they refuse to sell us a replaement bowl or help us get one. Customer service is appalling.
