Quality furniture from an accomodating company who value customer service.
It was a risk ordering expensive furniture online, but a risk that paid off. The staff at Lifestyle furniture were really helpful and understanding when I had problems with my bank card and needed to pay in two installments. Although it wasn't possible for Lifestyle's normal delivery company to deliver the furniture on the day I wanted it delivered, the staff arranged for another company to deliver the goods, so I was able to have the furniture on the day I wanted it. Thank you, guys, you could teach 'Dreams' a thing about customer service. The furniture itself is gorgeous. I am delighted with it.

Excellent Service
Easy to order on the website. We found the Rustic Oak Furniture to be better value than found locally. I received Emails confirming order and delivery details. I was notified a week before delivery of time slot. The delivery was on time and the young man was very polite and helpful taking the furniture upstairs. I would recommend your Company.

Good quality furniture delivered when required
I am very pleased with the oak furniture I have purchased. The furniture included a standard sideboard, an extended table with 6 chairs, and a TV/Video cabinet. I am returning an oak mirror because it is rather heavy for fitting on the intended wall in the lounge/dining room. However, I am happy with the returns policy which is in place for this item and I am likely to purchase other items from Lifestyle Furniture in the near future.

Rustic Solid Oak Furniture For Living Room
The company was easy to deal with and my Furniture was fantastic, delivery much sooner than the estimated 15 working days, only worry at first for me was when I called the phone was answered with just a "Hello", so it made me worry that they were not a genuine company but I worried unnecessarily as all was fine.

5 Star Service - I thoroughly recommend Lifestyle Furniture
I decided months ago to redecorate our bedroom into a 'rustic' style and we looked around a number of furniture shops for Oak furniture. I then started to look online and found Lifestyle Furniture which offered the same furniture at much more acceptable prices.
I was a little worried about timing of delivery due to Easter and due to the short timeframe we had between finishing the decorating and returning to work but I called David and his team and we were quickly able to agree a date which suited us both for delivery in South of England. This date and the full order were confirmed by email to us.
We were then telephoned by the delivery company and a 3 hour time slot on the agreed date was supplied. Soon our decorating was done and we sat and waited for the wardrobe, the dressing table set and the bedside cabinets to arrive.
The delivery man came on time, he helped us with the delivery, and was a very friendly man. When we unpacked the furniture the only part which really needed any assembly was the wardrobe and we soon had that up and running. Within a few hours the furniture was set up in the room, and it looks lovely. I think I should be on commission as all my neighbours and friends are also now interested in buying Oak Rustic furniture from Lifestyle.
I would not hesitate to use Lifestyle Furniture again and intend to do so on my next project which is to redecorate the lounge.

Loved my Indian coffee table plus fabulous sale price too !! :):)
I chose my Indian coffee table as it was in the sale and a really good price. When I went to checkout it had gone down again in price so double whoopee. Love it and
because it has wrought iron panels on all four sides it makes room look bigger as you can see through it.

Unpacked and scratched
Lovely sideboard although it had been scraped along the floor scratcing the corner of the top to the sideboard . The man that delivered the item was obviously in a rush because he left it in the middle of my living room fully packaged and rushed away - In the write up to the delivery instructions it stated that it would be put in the position you required after unpacking it - it took me an hour to get it out of the packing and move it by myself into position .

Beautiful furniture
I ordered the cuba sheesham wood coffee table and CD unit. They are both beautiful and outstanding pieces. The wood looks lighter in the pictures of it when in fact it is a rather dark wood. The service we received was outstanding from ordering to delivery. We were kept informed every step of the way about the furniture. There were some screws missing off the handles for the units, but as soon as I informed Lifestyle Furniture they sent them out straight away. It's lovely to have some beautiful signature pieces of furniture that my friends do not have.

Great friendly service and terrific value.
I was delighted with the advice and service I received from Lifestyle Furniture. Delivery was on time and my coffee table securely packaged. It is a perfect match with the rest of my rustic oak furniture that I stupidly purchased from a local store ( at a higher prices) Now I have the confidence to buy on line. I only wish I needed,or had the space for more of this beautiful furniture as I would certainly use Lifestyle again .

Out with the Old in with the New
I have finally agreed to get a new cabinet for the hall. After looking on the Internet the best offer was with Lifestyle Furniture. They contact us to arrange for delivery, delivered on the said day and time. It was packed correctly with plenty of packing. Before I buy any furniture I will definitely look on their website.

Easy to use website, good quality furniture
Only complaint was on delivery - the driver was due between 5-8pm and arrived at 9.45pm!! He seemed to have been all over the place that day - maybe given too many deliveries

Excellent Service and Excellent Quality Furniture
I had no idea who Lifestyle Furniture were, I found them online when trying to source a sideboard. I decided to risk using them due to the Trustpilot feature and the secure payment methods. When I found the furniture I was looking for, the prices were much cheaper than I had found anywhere else, so I placed the order. The information I received as confirmation on the day of purchase was a little sparse (Only a confirmation that my payment had been received.) but the next day I received another (slightly vague) email stating that I would the order would be dispatched within 14 days and that the courier could take another 14 days to deliver. In fairness although the communication is a little lacking, I got exactly what Lifestyle Furniture promised, delivery well within the maximum 28 days. The furniture came very well wrapped and protected, and on opening was as I hoped, it was immaculate and of excellent quality. I would definitely order from Lifestyle Furniture again. Thank You!
