Overall frustrating and upsetting experience after ordering from their website. Received an email telling me the item I ordered was discontinued. Thereafter communication was very poor, none of my emails were replied to and after 10 days and several phone calls I finally managed to get a refund. Sad to have such shocking service, maybe they have bigger fish to fry and my £60 order was meaningless to them.
I ordered two ceiling lights and a wall light. Waited five days but still no contact, when I tracked the order it was 'processing'. I emailed them and got a quick answer. Their supplier had only sent one ceiling light.
I was slightly annoyed, I think I should have been contacted about this. I was being delayed in finishing my decorating. I told them to send me what they had. The items arrived promptly.
I then waited another week for the second light, again going through the same process of emailing after 5 days.
However, the side wall ligth was not suitable and once returned (at my own expense) the refund was issued promptly.
Not sure how I would rate them, fairly poor for delivery based on my experience, but this may be a-typical. Good for the refund.
Would use again, but would not have high expectations of a rapid service.
I was contacted immediately after placing an order with majestic lightingv to say that the light fittings we had selected were no longer switched, otherwise exactly the same. We continued with our order, the price was less and we were refiunded the difference. The lights arrived very securely packaged within a few days and now look fantastic on our wall!
The wife found you guys online and when I called up and had a little "banter" with the chap on the phone, not only did he answer all my questions but he also gave me 10% off. Safe to say I will be a repeat customer at Lighting Majestic.
Bought some wall lights from Lighting Magestic last week, they came but one was faulty, (they are lovely though). Gave them a call on there free phone number no problem replacement sent out that day and received following day! Can't go wrong with after sales service like that! Would recommend them to anyone
I am replacing almost all of the lights in my house. Delivery was quick and convenient as I could choose a day. Even though two arrived with glass components broken, they were quick to send replacements. I only wish the returns policy was more lenient as I could not get my electrician in to install them all within the two weeks of them all arriving, so hopefully they all work.
