Excellent service, excellent product, speedy delivery.
I was contacted immediately after placing an order with majestic lightingv to say that the light fittings we had selected were no longer switched, otherwise exactly the same. We continued with our order, the price was less and we were refiunded the difference. The lights arrived very securely packaged within a few days and now look fantastic on our wall!

Customer service can't b faulted
Bought some wall lights from Lighting Magestic last week, they came but one was faulty, (they are lovely though). Gave them a call on there free phone number no problem replacement sent out that day and received following day! Can't go wrong with after sales service like that! Would recommend them to anyone

Bulk ordering made easy
I am replacing almost all of the lights in my house. Delivery was quick and convenient as I could choose a day. Even though two arrived with glass components broken, they were quick to send replacements. I only wish the returns policy was more lenient as I could not get my electrician in to install them all within the two weeks of them all arriving, so hopefully they all work.

Hi light !
I did have a problem with the website trying to place the order, however the lady on the phone was very good. I was especially impressed with being kept up to date by the delivery company, by being able to choose a delivery time & the fact that were even able to let you know within the hour the delivery time
The lamps are beautiful just as I hoped after viewing them on line

Efficient service
We recently ordered lights and are very happy with them. Although one of the lights were damaged which we called up about and we're getting it exchanged on Monday which isn't an issue for us. Over all we're happy with the service we've received. I would recommend buy lights from here!

Excellent & Reliable Service
I am happy with the quality of the product and the products were safeguarded with foam and I can tell company care for their products and customers. It took 2days after placing order and that was quick compared to some other companies 7 to 14days.
I recommend Lighting Majestic to be the best and everyone the rose glass lighting really sparks and brightens up the house and all my neighbors love it and never seen a light like this!

Light up your life with Majestic
We purchased our little cottage and needed new wall lights, looked online and came across Majestic lighting loved all the Tiffany lights ordered seven wall lights and two bedside lamps, they look absolutly beautiful, most of the lights were reduced which made it even more of a delight. Would most certainly order from Majestic again.

Good people, easy to deal with. Slight issue with courier got sorted.
I ordered some light bulbs (for a chandelier) which are not easy to find - good on them for having them and for giving me a bit of discount for a bulk order. Liked the staff I communicated with, only had trouble with getting the delivery day sorted out - thought it was fixed then kept getting texts and mails saying they were going to deliver on a day we were out! Eventually it came on the wrong day but we hadn't gone out yet so no problem in the end.

New bedroom lights
We are pleased with our new lights. The fitting allows us to use good quality LED energy saving bulbs. We have been look for ages for something with a modern style, switches on the light itself and the correct fitting.

Exactly what you want from an internet retailer
The website itself was excellent with a very good range of lights. We chose the items (2 chandeliers and some matching wall lights) and placed the order with no issues at all.
After the confirmation email we also received emails informing us of the progress of the order and received the lights in about a week.
I have to say I was a bit hesitant about ordering such delicate items over the internet but they arrived very well packaged and the items were in perfect condition.

Great range of lights!
We were looking for the perfect wall lights to go with a 10-arm tulip style bulb ceiling light, an art nouveau fireplace, and a tiffany lamp. There was so much choice on the site that we couldn't decide between 3 of our favourites! Would definitely recommend.

I have purchased two lighting products off this company after locating them on the Internet, nice to know there are still companies out there that give proper customer service.
They ordered desired item for us to browse first with no commitment from our side, when visiting their premises they were very helpful to help us locate the product that suited us.
Also perfect delivery with email and txt updates I forming us to an hour window when product would be delivered, item was delivered two minutes in to this window.

What started online with a well laid out site, continued at the shop when we visited. THANKS.
We found the online listings very clear and well laid out. What's more, the designs were varied, fashionable and from the top names in lighting. We found both our 1st & 2nd choice in lights in this one shop and despite the modest size of the shop in Gornal, they were able to show us large glossy catalogues which were good enough to order from. One part of our order was initially just a bit dearer here than another online company but the boss agreed to price match so they took the whole order. Regular emails kept us up to date with the progress of our order and it arrived safely and on time. They even packed an extra light bulb for us, free of charge ! We have already recommended Lighting Maj. to friends and they purchased lights following a well worthwhile visit to the shop. YOU JUST HAVE to consider this company when selecting lighting which varies from Art Nouveau to cutting edge Industrial style. Chandeliers to Fishermans Lanterns !

Putting a good light on the subject!
Beautiful ceiling light, very pleased. Excellent pics to view said light on line, so good there were no suprises when I opened the well packed box. Very helpful with information over the phone also. extremely helpful team
Having ordered on line, i had a problem with the payment system (i wanted delivery to a different address from my card account address. No problem for them. Deal sorted straight away. Before delivery i needed information about the size of the fitting plates. Information called back immediately. They could not have been more helpful. i subsequently placed a further order and had similar excellent service.

Fifty Shades of Gr......green not grey
Love these lights, they are made in a neutral colour ready to be painted any shade you like, they give off a soft glow. I did change the bulbs to candle bulbs as I think these look nicer than the energy bulbs supplied when bought.

Don't expect a response
I ordered a light and shade, I did get informed by text as to when it would be delivered which was good. When it was delivered I checked the package, one of the shades was damaged. I e.mailed the lighting majestic team the same day and heard nothing, I e.mailed the following day (tues) to check they had got my e.mail and ask what to do about returning the shade for a replacement. Again no response. I phoned on the wednesday morning and although the man on the phone knew my case immediately he did tell me he would e.mail me back straight away to confirm what he'd told me, i.e that he'd arrange a new shade when he had got more in stock. I am still waiting for any kind of response from them. ( now sunday)
