Very poor after sales service

Had a first order with lightinthebox, and everything went fine, products were as ordered and nice.

However, beware - if anything goes wrong, the customer service is really bad after placing the order. I recently ordered personalized products:

1. The website estimate time order preparation at 24 hours + 3 to 5 days shipping. So I assumed that with 12 business days for a special event I was safe.

2. Now ... 4 days after payment was received 10 days of processing time was added to my estimated shipping date. According to their term, you can only cancel the order 3 days after payment .... so now too late for cancellation.

3. I tried to contact customer service: no phone number, no live chat (live chat is only for pre-sales, not post sales) and only very rude delayed responses.

Now I will receive the goods too late for my wedding, and cannot even cancel the order or talk to anybody.

This is really bad ...
