I signed up for the Missoni Collection's (so called) VIP-shopping online. I received several emails beforehand reminding me of the special VIP-shopping night and I was quite excited. Then, the "VIP" night came and it was a complete disaster. There was supposed to be a queue, but it kept throwing me back and forth (your place in the queue is now 1872, then 237, then 3269). I kept waiting for over 20 minutes and nothing happened.
Today I tried again to do some online shopping. I managed to get two items in my shopping cart. BUT, when you're supposed to tick delivery and payment options + agreeing with the terms, it can't be done using Safari :( Nothing happened. I tried to use Firefox instead, emptied my shopping cart (the items were both last pieces). But when using Firefox I didn't get to shopping cart - don't know if it works - bacause the items were OUT OF STOCK. So so disappointed and I do feel somehow even betrayed. Never ever gonna shop online at Lindex.com
Lindex have in cooperation with Missoni made a nice collection, and made a big deal of people should sign up to get the VIP experince. I waited like so many other to 6pm for the big launched, and the page didnt load. When I 10 min. came into the site, I was no 650 in line, after 1 min I was 2530 after 10 min 900 after 20 min I was kicked out from the site, this repeated for almost 1 1/2 hour untill the page when down. They had another launch 12 midnight, and stupid as I were, I tryid again, when the countdown when to midnight it started all over again. I still tryid to come into the site though, but nothing, after 20 min when I finally came into the site, everything was sold out. and now the day after, no explanations from Lindex - they should when they saw thousands of people have estimated a big pressure on their servers, but still the didnt manage to have a proper setupd, My first and last experience with Lindex, I will stick to the shops I do know gives a proper services and who have system who works

Jeg modtog en fin pakket kasse 2 dage efter bestilling! Var noget bekymret for den fine stråhat jeg havde bestilt (at den ville ankomme flad mast). Men der var ingen problemer overhovedet. Bestemt et sted jeg vil vende tilbage til og shoppe meget!!!
