They have answered me that they want 2 photographs of my credit card (both sides, covering the last 4 numbers of the positive side and all the numbers, except the 3 last of the other side with my signature... ) reason: We have held your order for you because you paid via credit card. I wanted to refund my order and at last, they have returned my money back!! They have answered all my mails. I found a bit strange they wanted photos of my credit card (with covered numbers) but they aren't scam!
I bought a underwater case and received the parcel within 10 days in good order by mail. I had some questions and every time I got a good and nice reply. The shipping is a bit strangs because there is not a good track and trace system, but that is the Chinees post and not this webstore.
I will buy more and will advise friends to use this webstore.

Ora pretendono che a mie spese rispedisca indietro la merce danneggiata con una spesa a mio carico di circa 50 euro a fronte di un valore da me pagato di circa 65 euro!
Ho gia' inviato abbondante documentazione fotografica del danno subito e aperto una contestazione paypal ma senza collaborazione da parte loro.
Sono disposto a effettuare un nuovo ordine da loro con una compensazione parziale di rimorso.

I read such "great" reviews about this company, and so I didn't hesitate to pick something up for myself with my Christmas money. After paying them money, my order status read "payment confirmed" but not once has it said "shipped". I've contacted the company a few times and every single time they say my order has been lost in their mailing system.
Give me my fucking purchase or my money back.

I had purchased two photographic items before (today I also ordered two items). First item reached after two weeks of order, the second one got after one month of the order. Both packaging was ok. For the 2nd item the delay was due to local custom clearance, not for delaying despatch from the seller.
Now for the quality both found to be of good quality and useful as described. Price wise items are very good and cheap compare to branded one.
In near future also I am going to purchase some items for my camera and ready to recommend Linkdelight to my friends delightfully.
I bought some items with free shipping, my order send out at the processing time they promised and i got the shipping notification. It takes two weeks arrived UK from HK. The product is well made, i was very happy with the doulble should strap.

It was my second time bought with linkdelight.com, i was satisfied with my purchase, the package came in safe condition. The 60D grip is well made though it is a third party edition, it does the job for me. Hopefully you guys will offer more affordable items.
They offer discount coupon for new register member, save 2$ very good! I bought some items use the coupon on March 29th, only they accept Paypal, i prefer to use my card, but it doesn't metter. Get notification of shipment on March 30, here they provide a tracking number and track shows it is left HongKong on 2 April and it's now April 18th, supprised that it is comes to me, The product the quality is aslo supprised to me, the trigger and remote works great for my camera.
I'm currently having a bad experience over Link delight.
I ordered a lot of accessories in early April of 2010. They send me a note saying that they are sending 2 packages as some of the items aren't in stock… fair enough.
I received ONE of my 18 items about 3-4 weeks later. I was told that the other was coming. It never did. I have been trying to be in contact with them over this and it is almost a YEAR and i'm STILL waiting on my parcel to arrive. They said they will look into it and contact HK PO, but i've never heard back from them, i assume they didn't contact the HK Post Office.
I seriously do not know what is going on and where my order is, but if you're not going to send it, I would like my money back.
Do not buy from this seller, as it has caused me headaches and lots of emails through and fro, and it hasn't proceeded into anything further.
I was purchase from this site firstly, bought some items of remote, reflector, and lens filters, I like these, good price and fullfill my needs in and out my studio. But for the delivery it take 18 days to me, only acceptable shipping time than my expected.
I ordered some accessories at 8th of January 2011, (Order Number:00015129) and still waiting the goods to come.( Normaly after three days the order is in Hong Kong Post and after 3 to 5 days it leaves to it destination from Hong Kong Post.) Spoken three times to customer service and every time they say that they gonna send it straight away. And last time (Thu, Jan 27 2011 12:42am) I spoke with Linda shi and she say that they gonna send it same day, but like I guessed they don't send anything to and after two day's they go to party at their new year festival. Nice customer service..... Maybe I get my order someday. I have ordered few times before and then everything went very well. That's why I'm very disappointed how they treat me. One time I even keep the wrong item which they sent to me. Maybe this is the reward from that... It seems that they don't care about you after you make more than three orders, maybe they think that you'll gonna stay their customer forever, regardless of how they treat you. For me this means that I probably would not make any more orders from them in the future, because of that how they treat me. Hope they understand that they aren't the only distributor in Hong Kong area nor in Asia.

I don't know why the status of my order in my user account info is still at "Payment Confirmed" state. Normally I get by email the tracking number for the shipment after it arrives to the HK Post, but this time get none. And because of the status info, I think they forget it to send the parcel. The delivery time is normally fast (~1-2 weeks), considering that the parcel's travel from HK to Europe

This company scams. They take your money sent multiple faulty pieces of equipment then YOUR own cost. They promised to refund the item as it was faulty and the wrong one anyway then never did despite many promises. After I could no longer lodge a complaint with ebay (they have a time frame) they just ignored my emails. Many people have had similar experiences. Look around then DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They WILL scam you.
This is the third time I was placing order from the site when I thought of leaving my feedback here.
Both the times I received the articles, they were exactl like the ones I expected. The quality is good. The delivery is prompt.
However, last time one of the articles, Air Blow Diffuser Soft Box for Nikon Flashlight was received damages (may be due to postal mishandling). When I wrote to them about the defect, they promptly replaced the article with a new one.
I am really happy Linkdelight's service and hope to order more things from them.
Also, I wish they have a larger spectrum of goods. I wouldnt have even turned to other site in that case!

I've had my first problem out of 5 orders so far. I've ordered a lot of things since I had a lot equipment stolen and am having to replace it without insurance!
I bought some inexpensive items to test and see if I'd get them or they were as advertised. That order went well. I ordered a set of the remote flash radio triggers made by Meike. I fried one by attaching it to an older flash unit. My fault, not the products. I ordered replacements and have been very happy. Every product ordered has arrived in good condition. It does take a little while to arrive. But hey, you're dealing with customs and international shipping which in my case includes the USPS.
My last order was missing the 'flagship' items of the order. I messaged and eventually called, but got a very fast response. I got a new shipping number within an hour for the package of the replacements for the items lost in shipment.
I read the complaints here and have to wonder what really went wrong. It's been very good service and great products in my case. I'll update as this is resolved. I expect the replacements in about 8-10 days, maybe a little longer because of the holidays.
It took a LOT longer for me to get back and update the post here! The online system only spits out the first package ID. The order had to be packaged in two pieces and so I thought the umbrellas weren't coming. They arrived the very next day!

I was recommend by a friend of mine to have a look to this site, first the whole design looks good, and i notice the price is realy great also, but i don't know how excatly this site's product is before i could get my item. I received my package after 17 days in local post office, that was shipped from HongKong, fortunately paid no custom as it marked gift. The product is exceed my expect, the grip was solid enough and looks professional, the screen cover is supper slim and protective.. Good experience. Would buy another item again.
PS: I bought a 550D grip and a screen proctector.
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE NO OTHER!!!!! I purchased a cable for a camera flash that did not work. I tried to contact them and all I get is the run around. This is no ordinary run around. I've tried to explain in plain english (which is not a language that they understand at all) and they just write back gibberish that the order was sent, etc. I've asked for the RMA number repeatedly and they just won't give me one and proceed with emails that don't make sense.
We're up to 15 back and forth emails with still no resolution. At this point it's comical and just a matter of principle now.
I just want to make sure nobody else gets as hosed as I did with this Hong Kong retailer.

I ordered an item from Link Delight on July 1st. I had to pay via paypal check which usually takes 3-4 days to clear. After not hearing anything for a week I emailed them and they said that my check did, in fact clear and they would send my item out ASAP. Well....it's 5 days later and still nothing. I just sent another email to them asking when to expect the order to be shipped. If I was ordering from a company that had very positive reviews I wouldn't be overly concerned but this company has gotten terrible reviews and for good reason. I tried to cut corners and save a little cash on my item but at a cost. I took a risk and hope I am not terribly dissapointed. As of right now I would advise not buying from Link Delight. Saving a few dollars isn't worth the hassle of dealing with this company.

I finally received the item on Monday, which was 20 days after the order was placed. If you need an item delivered fast, shop elsewhere. Otherwise, the product worked as advertised and I am happy with it.

Hi here, I made an order on April and i got notice it is shipped out after 2 days the payment confirmed but the track code only shows when it left Hong Kong and no more details because it could not track in my country mail system. Then the item received after 17 days (that cost 3 days pass custom) when ordered a little long but it's ok for me, it is in good condition, the viewfinder is high quality and fit my camera very well. For the price, i got a good deal. Will try another order soon when i got my 7D camera. I think the bad experience here is some caused by miss understanding and in time communication. Hope linkdelight could in improve their service.
I ordered 4 items that appeared to be a great value. Turns out you get what you pay for and I decided to return them. I followed their procedure for returns and sent the package back by FedEx. I have a tracking number that confirms the package was received on Jan 22, 2010 but my funds still have not been returned and they will not respond to email or support tickets.
I would not recommend anyone purchase from this company. I am thankful the items I had ordered were not more expensive.
It is good to know Link Delight will respond to me here as many emails and support tickets on the website have gone unanswered. The FedEx tracking number is 8708 1331 3432. It indicates the return was received and signed for by S Fan on 22 Jan. I appreciate your assistance in getting this resolved.
Heaven, or Trustpilot.. After 3 months of no response to numerous emails and support tickets, Linkdelight has responded to me twice within hours of posting here. Perhaps I'll get some resolution. I'll keep you posted.
Oh well, still no satisfaction. You might think signed confirmation they had received the returned items would be enough. I cannot imagine what more they need. Clearly they have no intention of rectifying this situation. So now they have the items and my money but they will never have my business again. Buyer beware.

Item ordered via ebay on 26th December 2009. Item arrived after 9 days but was faulty. Contacted Link Delight and they spent a week making ridiculous suggestions before confirming that they believed it to be faulty. They said send it back by air mail with a proof of posting as it is cheaper than tracked and less likely to go missing in China and less likely to be held up by customs. After 6 weeks I still had had no replacement and they still said it had not arrived. I put in a paypal dispute at which point Link Delight said they had received the grip and were checking it so I could cancel the dispute. I left it and they eventually said it was faulty and they were out of stock. I sent them a message as someone else asking if they had stock to which they said they did so I asked them for my grip again. They then said they were sending it. I then found out the dispute had failed as I had not sent it tracked! Still not got the grip and out of pocket for the grip and the postage back to China. Would have left 0 feedback if you could.
I would love to be proved wrong about Link Delight. They have lots of items that I would buy from them and I still want a grip. I am a member of a large photography forum and people are watching this with interest.
Added 26th March 2010 - I really hope that my grip arrives as per the update from them below and I am happy with it. I have spoken to many people who are happy with their stuff and their are lots of items that I would like to buy from Link Delight.
Added 6th April 2010 - The grip arrived this morning and works. I am still rather unhappy about the time it has taken from start to finish which is 106 days BUT it is here now and that is the main thing. I will probably use Link Delight again but will be sure to send anything back using SIGNED FOR post in future although their stuff does seem to be of good quality and I have not found other people with the same problem (which if it was a problem then I am sure I would have as I am on a large photography forum!).
So yes their grips are good quality and yes it arrived eventually so that makes it a 3 star experience now.
So I placed an order a while back and a parcel arrived nice and promptly, but one of the items in the parcel was incorrect.
I emailed and opened a support ticket the day it arrived. Now that fell into the middle of Chinese New Year - fair enough I thought, they'll still be getting my emails and will reply as soon as they get back from holiday.
Well they've been back for a few days now (since the 18th Feb) and still no reply, I've been emailing and updating my support ticket every other day. But with still no response.
They would've been given 5 stars for prompt service. But as they don't appear to know how to reply to emails they get 2 stars.
BTW, I'm still waiting for them to reply - hopefully this will jog them along a bit.
If my replacement arrives soon, I will use them again, and just put this down to the person who packs the boxes being a little simple in the head :)

UPDATE: My replacement battery grip arrived today :) The returns process is very simple, once you've heard from LD they ask you to take a photo of the incorrect item, then one the return is approved pop the item in the post and send a scan of the post receipt (too prove you sent it).
I will use them again, the response to customer queries might not be the fastest but they do stick to their word and their prices are awesome.

On Feb 3rd I bought a couple items from LinkDelight. I've been emailing them ever since trying to get my tracking number. Aparently my order hasn't been shipped yet.

I just received my items. The whole mess was due to the Chinese New Year and the lack of comunication during their holidays. Fortunatelly, they were very helpful when they got back to work and I received everything in my home a couple weeks after.

Thanks to you guys with the information i have found here i have decided not to place a order. When so many people are experince so many problems its truely a red flag for anyone to place a order. In my case I was going to place a order with a few items but its alot of money invalve. Total order 962.12 dollars. I can't afford to loose so much money and the information i read from other sellers is really disturbing to me and honestly quite scary. Moving on to another site. oh well there lost, LinkDELIGHT take this as a point to make improvements to your way of doing bussness with your customers cause this information is scary for anyone to place orders. I when one step further and when i saw a few of your customers with there horrow experience with you i search google for imformation of other buyers and some information i found i wouldn't place a order with this company if it was the only company on EARTH. Why doesn't the goverment shut this site down.. Folks file a complain with credit card company if they get enought, Master Card, Visa, Amex will pull there License. They will not be able to take payments via online transactions.

My payment was confirmed on the 13th but the status did not change to a shipping one. If I don't get an answer to today's email under two days I swear I will mess up their website really bad! And I trust some people would enjoy some justice here.

I bought a battery pack for my Nikon SB800 flash which didn't work. I email them for over a month without any response. They just ignore me and couldn't give a damn. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from them.

Complained with them but their support is completely useless. Nobody helped in tracking down the post and nobody offered help in calling the post office (they said I should do it myself).

The worst transaction I have ever had. Really I mean it EVER. After advertising a camera case waterproof to 20m, they sent me one only waterproof to 10m. This was not waterproof and leaked. The replacement they sent also leaked. They said they would refund if I sent it back to them (I sent it by REGISTERED post to be sure it got there) but they never refunded it. IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR CAMERA STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM! I have kept the documents relating to this case. In the meantime a warning to anyone who buys from them and has come here looking for advice. Do not take their word that they will follow through with what they say. If you buy from them via ebay and get a faulty item- report them! Otherwise they'll string you along until it goes over the time frame you can easily make a complaint then ignore you. (It's still possible to legally make a complaint but you need to go through the law inforcement as well- Yes I have been researching this, I dislike being stolen from).

I sent the tracking information to you months ago- It was photocopied from the official australia post form. Australia Post told me that it had been signed for and delivered when I enquired as to it's status, as I sent registered post so I KNEW that it would get to you. More than happy to resend the information to you if it is likely to make a difference this time, however I will not change my review to say that you are providing a refund until I actually recieve it.
Edit: I have resent the tracking information. I will wait to see if there is a response and will post here if the promised refund ever eventuates.

As you can see a refund was promised from them and they never followed through. They have not responded to any of my emails since. It was simply a ploy to get out of refunding the item. I agree with the other review here. I really would give them a zero if I was able to.
I have recently bought couple of items from www.linkdelight.com on-line store. Problems:
1. They say - will ship your items within 24 hours. Purchase made on the 22d of July. I requested shipping info on the 29th. It appears to be not shipped yet. Reply I get in the email: "All our staff went out for a tour annually, so we can not arrange the parcels. Please understand." OK - I understand, - just a week, come on!
2. Item - soft box - supporting strips are not bending the right way, the material is very rough - it is practically impossible to get correct shape of the box. But most importantly - the whole construction is so fragile, that if you are lucky to set it once, I'd say - keep it that way forever, because there is no guarantee you will be able to assemble that "thing" another time again, without breaking it.
2. Item - barndoor - built quality is so pure, that even if it worked, I am afraid it would not last long, unless you are going to use it as decoration. But, the one I received, had 4!!! hinges broken straight out of the box. I sent them pictures complaining.
3. Item - studio flash trigger, 2 channel. Received single channel. The sender unit has no fixing ring, therefore slips off the hot-shoe after the slightest move. More - it would not fire every second time. Complained again.
So here is what I get back - "For the mistake made on our listing, we really feel sorry about that. We would like to refund the cost of the two items to you . But the refund can only be arranged after we have the return item. Please understand. According to the return policy, the return fee should be under the buyers' account..."
I have checked - the return would cost me 30Eu, which is more than replacement items cost. And what, if I get another faulty set? Ship it again? Another 30Eu? You have to be donkey!
