Stay the hell away!!!

I bought a tablet from their ebay-store. It was apparently used (no wrapping, half charged battery). I thought it was perhaps a show-item, but the fact that it worked made me make no fuss about that. Anyway, the tablet worked for 2 weeks and then it turned off once and for good. Whatever i tried just couldn't wake the tablet up. I asked the company to send me new firmware but they said they couldn't and proposed me to send them the device back so i could get a refund. I had to pay 15€ for that (silly me, of course) and i sent it to the exact address (copied-pasted and printed to sticker on the parcel) they emailed me. Now It' over 1+1/2 month from the day the parcel seems to have arrived at their post-office but they haven't done anything at all, they keep saying that they couldn't collect their mail (the post tracking says "addressee not found") . As there has been more than a month after the purchase (15 days of proper function and some more of trying to find a fix and negotiating with them) I am not protected by the ebay-paypal protection (a closure made exactly for con-artists like linkdelight). So whenever I pose a complaint they "kindly respond" saying all the lying rubbish as they do after every each one of these posts of criticism. Stay the hell away...

DO NOT BUY FROM LINKDELIGHT!!!!!!!!

I bought a sat nav and it was sent to me but with australian and new zealand maps. ( i live in the uk) I got in touch with them and they said they would send out a SD card with UK maps. We waited for ages and no card materialised. I have been in touch with them numerous times and they said they will send another SD card for $10 shipping!!!! Dont think so! They offered us a refund but we had to post sat nav first, dont truast them so wont do it. We are now left with a useless sat nav! Shoddy customer service. It is now my mission in life to warn EVERYBODY NOT to buy from lindelight!

Same old "bad" attitude like in 2011

Order some goods over month ago. Just wondering when they might be coming... When ask about the ordrer, the answer was that don't worry they'll come and delivery time was increased from original 2 weeks (linkdelight info about delivery time) to 6-8 weeks. Last time (at 2011) when I buy something from Linkdelight was same problem but different excuse. I order goods from china at least 2 times in every month. All the other online shops from china works flawless. That's why the reason for all problems with my orders have to be inside Lindelight... So even in two years time they haven't improved their delivery/customer service problems/attitude.
Have to say that this is going to be my last order from them.....!

PS. I made this order just for testing if they had made any improvements and if they had, I would make more orders from them like I was doing before.

Tripod brought from EBay

I brought a tripod with IPAD holder from ths company a couple of months ago. When it finally turned up one of the clips to hold the IPAD on was broken and I contacted them and they told me to photograph it and post it back. I took a photo and could see quite easily that it was broken but they still wanted me to post it back and they promised to pay the postage as it was £15.30. They received it back and they refunded the tripod costs but not they postage. I have contacted them countless times and at first they responded saying they would refund my money but they have not, I have contacted Ebay but they were not a lot of help and told me to contact the police over £15.30 which is a bit too far to go. All I wanted was the company to keep their promise and refund me this postage as they said they would.
They have now agreed to refund my money

I've payed my order, so I want my order

I've been waiting my order for a month, and I have payed 145 euros from my bank. They have answered me that they want 2 photographs of my credit card (both sides, covering the last 4 numbers of the positive side and all the numbers, except the 3 last of the other side with my signature... ) reason: We have held your order for you because you paid via credit card. To
avoid the risk for both of us, would you please kindly send us the
photos about the two sides of your Credit card? (etc)

I wanted to refund my order and at last, they have returned my money back!! They have answered all my mails. I found a bit strange they wanted photos of my credit card (with covered numbers) but they aren't scam!

Perfect, save and easy webstore with great price and service

I bought a underwater case and received the parcel within 10 days in good order by mail. I had some questions and every time I got a good and nice reply. The shipping is a bit strangs because there is not a good track and trace system, but that is the Chinees post and not this webstore.

I will buy more and will advise friends to use this webstore.

La merce è stata imballata solamente con una busta a bolle d'aria e nel trasporto ha subito grandi danni irreparabili.
Ora pretendono che a mie spese rispedisca indietro la merce danneggiata con una spesa a mio carico di circa 50 euro a fronte di un valore da me pagato di circa 65 euro!
Ho gia' inviato abbondante documentazione fotografica del danno subito e aperto una contestazione paypal ma senza collaborazione da parte loro.
Sono disposto a effettuare un nuovo ordine da loro con una compensazione parziale di rimorso.
penso che la responsabilita' sia di chi spedisce senza preoccuparsi di effettuare un imballo adeguato, il mio compito era pagare e basta!!
aggiornero' la situazione presto.

PAID MONEY AND NEVER RECEIVED ORDER.

I read such "great" reviews about this company, and so I didn't hesitate to pick something up for myself with my Christmas money. After paying them money, my order status read "payment confirmed" but not once has it said "shipped". I've contacted the company a few times and every single time they say my order has been lost in their mailing system.

Give me my fucking purchase or my money back.

My purchase is excellent, and you can buy lots of photographic items

Just to say i love this site, and surprised by the product they can offer, i bought a lighting kit from this site on Oct 28th, they shipped my item fast via DHL, only 5 days to my door, excellent :) , the staff are very helpful so i can shoot in my studio and take lots of quality photos.

Good and quality seller

I had purchased two photographic items before (today I also ordered two items). First item reached after two weeks of order, the second one got after one month of the order. Both packaging was ok. For the 2nd item the delay was due to local custom clearance, not for delaying despatch from the seller.
Now for the quality both found to be of good quality and useful as described. Price wise items are very good and cheap compare to branded one.
In near future also I am going to purchase some items for my camera and ready to recommend Linkdelight to my friends delightfully.

I bought some items with free shipping, my order send out at the processing time they promised and i got the shipping notification. It takes two weeks arrived UK from HK. The product is well made, i was very happy with the doulble should strap.

Comfortable transaction for the product for the comunication

They offer discount coupon for new register member, save 2$ very good! I bought some items use the coupon on March 29th, only they accept Paypal, i prefer to use my card, but it doesn't metter. Get notification of shipment on March 30, here they provide a tracking number and track shows it is left HongKong on 2 April and it's now April 18th, supprised that it is comes to me, The product the quality is aslo supprised to me, the trigger and remote works great for my camera.

Terrible delivery time, no contact and it has been almost a year, still no order.

I'm currently having a bad experience over Link delight.

I ordered a lot of accessories in early April of 2010. They send me a note saying that they are sending 2 packages as some of the items aren't in stock… fair enough.
I received ONE of my 18 items about 3-4 weeks later. I was told that the other was coming. It never did. I have been trying to be in contact with them over this and it is almost a YEAR and i'm STILL waiting on my parcel to arrive. They said they will look into it and contact HK PO, but i've never heard back from them, i assume they didn't contact the HK Post Office.

I seriously do not know what is going on and where my order is, but if you're not going to send it, I would like my money back.

Do not buy from this seller, as it has caused me headaches and lots of emails through and fro, and it hasn't proceeded into anything further.

Good quality and good price

Order some stuff for my DSLR and yes it took some weeks before I got them but I think it had something to with customs or so.

First Purchase, Good Product, Acceptable Delivery

I was purchase from this site firstly, bought some items of remote, reflector, and lens filters, I like these, good price and fullfill my needs in and out my studio. But for the delivery it take 18 days to me, only acceptable shipping time than my expected.

Delivery time for your order at least 1 month.... !!!!

I ordered some accessories at 8th of January 2011, (Order Number:00015129) and still waiting the goods to come.( Normaly after three days the order is in Hong Kong Post and after 3 to 5 days it leaves to it destination from Hong Kong Post.) Spoken three times to customer service and every time they say that they gonna send it straight away. And last time (Thu, Jan 27 2011 12:42am) I spoke with Linda shi and she say that they gonna send it same day, but like I guessed they don't send anything to and after two day's they go to party at their new year festival. Nice customer service..... Maybe I get my order someday. I have ordered few times before and then everything went very well. That's why I'm very disappointed how they treat me. One time I even keep the wrong item which they sent to me. Maybe this is the reward from that... It seems that they don't care about you after you make more than three orders, maybe they think that you'll gonna stay their customer forever, regardless of how they treat you. For me this means that I probably would not make any more orders from them in the future, because of that how they treat me. Hope they understand that they aren't the only distributor in Hong Kong area nor in Asia.

* Today (9th Feb '11) I finally get the order. And yes, they did post it to me after 27 Feb.
I don't know why the status of my order in my user account info is still at "Payment Confirmed" state. Normally I get by email the tracking number for the shipment after it arrives to the HK Post, but this time get none. And because of the status info, I think they forget it to send the parcel. The delivery time is normally fast (~1-2 weeks), considering that the parcel's travel from HK to Europe
And now I have to say that I'm sorry for undue criticism for Linda shi, Sorry.
The order was correct in every way, and the accessories which I order, was exactly same as they mentioned in their web site (like they normally are).
And yes, I'm gonna order more accessories from linkdelight.com in future.
So case closed, I'm happy and like I said before I wish to you all the best in year (of the rabbit) 2011.
