Super, speedy service!
I placed an order for a rain bundler for my son during a spell of bad weather. The item turned up in less than 20 hours; it was beautifully packaged & well protected. I immediately called to thank them for their excellent service & spoke to very kind & helpful lady. Will most certainly buy again!

Speedy delivery and perfect item.
I wanted a babygro as a gift so I was looking for something a little different and found this website with some lovely clothes.The babygro I chose was extremely soft with a colourful motif and now I will be buying more from here.

never use them again
The website offered 10 percent off the first order and when you clicked on it it said 15 percent which was confusing. Anyway I did what it said and I couldn't get anything off my order. I ordered some crocs anyway for my little boy. I e-mailed little sunflowers and the reply was basically that I had not followed the links correctly which I had. Just in case I tried again but still to no avail. I did not get 10 or 15 percent offered to take it off the payment either. I waited and waited and waited and the crocs did not appear. I enquired as to where they were and was told to phone my local sorting office and wait a few more days.
They did not appear and still haven't so my partner phoned and asked for a refund. I am happy to say that I got one thankfully. Not a good company, or customer service.

I am so upset to read this review. It is the first negative one we have ever had on Trustpilot :(
To try to explain without annoying you more: you were not subscribed to the newsletter so wouldn't have received the discount code, and the package never arrived for reasons we do not understand. We work our socks off to give the best service out there and I'm sorry we've failed. Non-delivery of a package is out of our control, but we have at least refunded you well within the Royal Mail guidelines for when they consider a package 'lost'. If/when the Crocs arrive please keep them for your little boy free of charge.
Again we are sorry you feel this way about us. I'm not sure what else I can say really. Best wishes - Bev

I'm sorry we did not have the sizes in stock that you wanted. We are a small company and the Molo collection is vast and changes completely twice a year, so we can only carry small quantities of each size and once they're gone they're gone. It is now getting to the end of the summer season so we have sold out of a lot of designs unfortunately.

Excellent service as always.
Little sunflowers range of beautiful childrens'colthing never fails to disappoint and the service is always excellent. I especially like the Toby Tiger range which is excellent quality and washes very well, the designs are so cute. We have just bought the monkey long sleeved T whiich is lovely. I like the fact that they don't charge for postage and the loyalty scheme is an added bonus. All in all it is a 5 star shopping experience.

Great service
Received discount on a Horrid Henry top for my son. Free delivery, and it arrived the next day! My son will not take the top off - so contemplating buying another. Quality is very good. Would definitely recommend .

Excellent. 5* service, great range and low prices too!
I've been a fan and customer of Little Sunflowers for nearly 2 years now. I find their selection of clothes, together with low prices, free and fast delivery and great customer service unbeatable. The loyalty program is an added bonus!
Another great thing about Little Sunflowers is that they listen to their customers and expand the range of brands they stock to suit demand.
The only downside is some of the stuff sells out very quickly, so you often need to order items as soon as they're available.

Always efficient, friendly service
Bev & Andy run the website Little Sunflowers but yet it's as though you get a personal service as they make sure to send your goods with care, thought whilst still speedily. You know who to deal with, they try to assist on sizing and continually strive to give us the customer the best web experience. We don't live near the shop but the web works for us! It makes a nice change from faceless websites. They are very much alive and kicking! Well done and thank you.

Gorgeous clothing for little ones
Great selection of colours and sizes, Easy ordering and fast delivery, I love their bob and blossom tops for my little boys. They do a loyalty thing where if you spend over £30 in one order you get a credit or something next order, this sounds great but I've placed two orders over £30 in last six months but as far as I can tell have received no credit!! Maybe I've not ticked a box or registered properly but I'd love to receive my credits for my next order!

Lovely clothes at a reasonable price
Ordered a couple of items of the brand MeToo which are much cheaper at Little Sunflowers than in the shops in Norway. Arrived in my mail after a couple of weeks just as the webpage says.

My favourite online kids store
I love all the brands Little Sunflowers carries but I also love their customer service. Quite often I have received my order the following day on their standard delivery which is FREE! It's one of the best kids websites I shop at regularly.

Just perfect....
I ordered my little girl a Hatley raincoat from little sunflowers initially because there was 10% off your first order and because their price was fair and they had most sizes in stock. I was a little unsure as to what size i needed but found they recommended ordering a larger size which i did and the raincoat is just perfect!
The website is great and very easy to use. Postage prices are fair and i received the raincoat really quickly.
I am so pleased with the service i received i will be recommending to my other mommy friends!

Established in 2004, we are an independent childrenswear shop in East Sussex bringing you fabulous children's fashion of exceptional quality. We pack and despatch your orders either in our shop or our warehouse which is literally around the corner from the shop.
