Paid for a fast delivery, due to change in details they put my order on hold and didn't bother to contact me. Then, gave me a new delivery date and now I've received a txt it's for a different date again and it's still saying it's charging me the additional fast delivery... Fast... 3 days late... What a laugh. Ruined my weekend and prob won't get it for a week as I'm back in work.. rubbish service and I'm very annoyed
Did order on line yesterday at 5pm. Item arrived 11am the next day! I've been with Littlewoods nearly 20years now and I can't fault them. I've had a few faulty items over the years i.e. leaky irons, hoovers that don't work and they immediately returned and replaced them with no quibble.
Sent kobo back as screen froze. They have said they can't help as the screen is cracked, and returned it. There is no crack. We have looked at it and videoed it and sent it back. They still say there is a crack. Phoned them up....can't speak to inspection team. Customer service team is different to inspection team so don't know what they are talking about. Husband on hold ....as apparently manager not available at the moment. Getting no where fast but we will stick to our guns. Cost my husband well over the going rate for daughter's birthday last March....should still be under their cover. Go look at it...there is no crack.
I am very pleased with this dryer. neat and compact, fitts perfectly in the space I wanted it to go in. very efficent drying. The price was really good, I saved £50 off the origanal price. Well pleased. the delivery was spot on the delvery guy was plesent and prefesonal. All in all I got great sevice.So thank you littlewoods.
I've been a Littlewoods customer for a few years now and always recommend them. They offer a great choice of ways to pay with the 20 and 52 week options being interest free. Also offer buy now pay later for 12 months but if you dont pay in full at the end you will pay interest. You can make payments through out the 12 months so thats ok.
The items are mostly good quality and there is plenty of choice. I've only had to return a couple of items and the postage/returns are all free which is good.
All items available can be reviewed so you can read the comments to see how other people rate it. Only gripe is that it can sometimes be more expensive but I guess that's because it offers more finance than other companies.
The website is simple and easy to use and payment options are clearly explained. I'm not so keen on the automated womans voice when you phone customer services but if you just say 'speak to advisor' she puts you straight through.
Overall I use Littlewoods a lot and really recommend!

Littlewoods gave me an opportunity to improve my living standards. I don't have to worry about my finances because they make it so easy for me. I pay for my products monthly interest free. Very few companies do that.
Now when I shop online, Littlewoods is the first place I go to. They offer warranty on products for a fantastic price too. Even that you can pay in instalments!

I returned to Littlewoods back in December 2013, after many years as a previous customer. To date all my orders were delivered on time and within the period stated.Only one small complaint is that when I ordered some Thorntons chocolates, the wrong item was sent, but apart from that I have experienced a positive service, all my query emails were responded to promptly. Good choice of payment options too.
I hope to continue using Littlewoods in the foreseeable future.
Just be careful and keep - everytime I ring their customer services they dont ever seem to know what they are doing. you ask them a question and they cant just give you a simple question. I always seem to have problem and not only that make sure you understand the montly payments or else you WILL be charged!
You must have experienced a glitch in the online payment system as you fired off a letter straight away telling us our payment had not gone through. On receipt of said letter, 5 days later, we checked our Bank and our Littlewoods account and LO! it was showing as paid on both. So, for shouting before you were hurt : 4 Stars. Good but no cigar! BED ARRIVED BROKEN AND HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR AN EMAIL FROM A SPECIALIST TEAM WHO WERE SUPPOSED TO CONTACT ME WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM THE 2ND OF FEB. EVERY TIME I EMAIL NOW I ONLY GET AUTOMATED MESSAGES ITS SIMPLY NOT ACCEPTABLE FROM A COMPANY LIKE LITTLEWOODS!
I've been dealing with Littlewoods catalogue for a long time. The choice of delivery options is brilliant, I can have them delivered to my door or collect from my local shop which is ideal when I work 9 - 5, it means I don't have to make special arrangements for someone to be at home or deliver items to friends addresses causing them to wait in. Returning items is so easy, collection from my home, post office or returning them to the local store which is open 7am to 10pm what could be easier. Payment options are so easy and I've set up a direct debit for my monthly payment, I receive a txt telling me its been paid. All in all its so easy to use that's why I've been with Littlewoods for a long time.
I was notified by what date my order should arrivie by from the company that it was coming from I could check on its where abouts at any time I was phoned by the company that was delivering on a day and time it would arrive it arrived earlier than I was expecting so that was a bonus, but delivered exact time and day they said when they phoned me , They were very polite and carried the items where I wanted Very Good Service .
Bought and paid for goods in full, never attempted to deliver after several email was eventually given a refund. Was called a liar on several occasions by managers at the call centre, even sent in a bank statement to show I had paid and was made out to be wrong. Only resolved when I threatened to contact papers. Wouldn't recomment Littlewoods or the other companies they own - very, k&co, etc.
