Littlewoods is charging me for the items that have never arrived. Called them countless times to sort this out, emailed them, every person on the phone talks different story, keep sending me emails saying that they've got signature for the items, ignoring my request to see the proof of it, as I did not sign for it and the items never arrived into my house! Will have to report this matter as they not being helpful with sorting this out, they just charged me twice for the same products. Awful.
Stupid company have to email to cancel item if they don't see it you still get item and they act as if it is your fault I won't ever order again. All other online sites you just press a cancel button straight away
I ordered a TV which had the dates of when to be delivered by as I will be paying the extra cost for this delivery. I chose the next day delivery status as the other date was 2 days away. By 12 o'clock the next day my order had said it had been dispatched so I waited another hour and a half and it still hadn't came. I then went on to phone up little woods to see where my order was, following the phone call they said it will be with you in the next couple of hours so I continued to wait. Come 7 o'clock my order still has not been delivered! So I phoned up little woods again for them To tell me, as my order was only delivered to the warehouse today so that they can not deliver it the same day, so I will have to wait until the next day for it to come between 12-3! Telling me it wasn't their fault and hope I have a good day.
This is beyond a joke and I will never be using little woods again!
Supplied me with a laptop which was very slow from the start and after about a month completely unusable. They just referred me to the manufacturer and wanted to take no responsibility despite me quoting the sale of goods act and the fact that the contract of sale is with them so it is their responsibility. Their customer service people seem to be following a script, they are happy enough to take your money but then want to wash their hands of you if anything goes wrong. I will never buy from them again!
I have been using little woods for awhile so I decided to order my misses a Xmas present so I PAYE next day delivery between 7-12 so I waited in and no one turned up so I checked my status and it had been delivered and signed for now I'm with out a Xmas present luckily little woods are kind enough to help me track where my parcel is so overall yodel are absolute rubbish
I find it a pleasure ordering from littlewoods-i can guarantee quick delivery and if the product doesn't suit I can send it back very easily through their collect service which is offered at local shops in my area which makes it so easy.They could not make things any easier
I have been with Littlewoods for over 8 years and they have always been very helpful and when I have ordered items they have always turned up on time its very good for people who like myself can not always afford to buy in shops in the high street and if u look for the sale items there is not much different in price u do expect them to be a little more expensive than shops but still very good and not too expensive I love the company and so do my family
I ordered 4 products from Littlewoods with a requested delivery date for a Saturday morning. One product couldn't be delivered on the Saturday, it was coming via separate courier and this was clearly communicated from the start. The other 3 were being transported by Yodel, if I knew this from the start I would never have ordered them. Tracking the delivery I could see that all three items were in the warehouse, however when the doorbell rang the deliveryman only had 2 items and couldn't explain why. I then received a text message from Littlewoods telling me my items would be delivered before 9pm. I presumed this related to the final item and waited in all day, however nothing was delivered. When I phoned Littlewoods they said they would 'open an investigation' but could not give me any delivery date. I emailed a complaint and was again fobbed off with the investigation line, I haven't heard the outcome from any investigation. The 3rd item was eventually delivered, with me having to take another day off work. When I decided to send the item back, Yodel got this wrong as well. They didn't show up on the agreed day, another day of me waiting in for them. Another phonecall to Littlewoods, another investigation I have heard nothing about. Yodel then turned up twice - the day before the rearranged time and on the rearranged day itself. No communication, no explanations, poor apologies. Won't be ordering from Littlewoods again whilst they still use Yodel as a courier.
I bought 2 items with a combined weekly payment of around £8 - had a standing order set up for £10 and started getting charges. When I first spoke to them they agreed I shouldn't have been charged but carried on anyway - one adviser even told me to miss every 4th payment and pay double on one week! it would seem the fourth payment doesn't count towards either statement.
Products, availability and delivery all excellent. Prices are a little above the norm but that's what you get with a catalogue. The real pain is the amount of times I am rung after any substantial purchase, to try and get me to extend the terms and thereby incurr additional credit charges. If I've clicked no when I buy the item, don't ring me. If I say no over the phone, don't send me a letter. If I ignore the letter it's because "I DON'T WANT EXTENDED TERMS".
Get it? Good.
I'm christmas shopping online 100% this year, and I have a lot of items coming from a lot of different stores, so what I really wanted was a simple and streamlined process from finding the item to receiving it. Littlewoods delivered this exactly, and while their selection was a little limited in some areas (womens clothing for example) and not all their prices were the cheapest on offer, they had some unusual items and I was tempted enough to buy a few things I wasn't specifically looking for, which is unusual for me.
I've been with Littlewoods for years and never had a problem with the service or quality. Just recently my son purchased a w/machine, fr/freezer, cooker & vacuum cleaner, delivery was so quick & prices were great. He couldn't afford cash straight away so the terms over 2yrs no interest was ideal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Littlewoods to anyone.
I think it's a great idea and works well. However, out of the items I have ordered so far (only been using for a month), four items have said in stock when they haven't been, so I have received them late. At no point has this been changed on the website either, so people will continue to order them despite them not being available which is misleading. Two of which were ordered on the 16th nov and didn't arrive until 3rd December, meaning I was late with birthday presents. Had it have said out of stock I would have purchased elsewhere or bought something else. One item had parts missing, and one of the late items came in a very damaged box which caused embarrassment on my part as it wasn't for me. As a result i am very reluctant to order anything else from littlewoods.
I've been with Littlewoods for about 20 years so, I've obviously been satisfied with them.
They sell good, quality items &, the free delivery service is a boon; especially with larger items.
I don't get out much these days so, online shopping is a Godsend. I like how I always get a call from the deliverymen when my goods are on their way.

I recently ordered to expensive items which were never delivered. I phoned and wrote to complain and I'm still waiting for a response. I think the lack of response and the lack of the know about of these products is totally unacceptable! !
I would recomend littlewoods to anyone. Id be lost without it. Amazing service exellent quality and extremley fast delivery. Im kept up to date every step of the way.. and best off all exellent easy to manage payments.
I have shopped at Littlewoods for over 30 years and we have had a long and very satisfactory exerience. This time you failed to take my Direct Debit from our Bank Account (same account, same number, no change at all in anything!!). Then you left a telephone message for ANYONE to hear, that I had not paid my account. Very insulting for a a customer who has never defaulted! When I rung customer services I was dealt with by a man who said he could do nothing for me, said they had no record of my having a direct debit. (I could show you many statements showing my direct debits over the years!). He was only interested in telling me it was not Littlewood's fault! So he tells me I shall be debited for a late payment. I simply asked him to correct the error. Shame on you Littlewoods, please get your act together, re-train your staff, and PLEASE don't think of sending me a late payment debit. Absolutely fantastic! Easy irdering, very fast delivery, excellent quality. Brilliant customer service! Had to phone at weekend due to my DD not coming out, I hadnt read the email correctly, that I should pay until DD is set up. I made my payment over the phone, and was not charged late payment fee due to mis-understanding! ( though was only a day over) They were very helpful. Seriously the best Home Shopping company!! Its the only one I use, and have only been a customer for a month or so, but I would NOT use anyone else for home shopping! Simply the best! Thanks guys :)
acusse of receiving something when not even couier saying he didnt drop of it been near a month i am still getting charger for it plus high phone bills with phoning yodell say no more and littlewoods need a full week wages to pay it now ty and go y email all you get be back intouch in 8 hurs and then 10 hours now i have a 12 hours getting worst then better
I recently ordered a washing machine and at the checkout I was offered express delivery, connection and removal of old machine for £30. I selected this option and my washing machine came 2 days later. The delivery men said another team would connect and remove my old one. I rang Littlewoods to check and they said another team would contact me regarding this. 2 days later still no call. I rang them again and was told that someone would contact me within the next 3 days. 3 days later still nothing. I then emailed and was told that I had selected express delivery only (no connection and removal) for £10. This option was not even available at the checkout so I replied explaining this and that it was also written in their FAQs about removal of old appliances. The reply I received in a nutshell was that I'd only been charged £10 so therefore they didn't see the problem. When I explained that I would not have chosen to shop with them had that service not been offered, I still received a response of well we've only charged you £10. I then ring the complaints line and the man said that he would speak to a manager and that someone would contact me the same week. Nobody contacted me. I have since connected my washing machine myself and arranged removal of my old one. I then receive an email to complete a survey and after answering "extremely dissatisfied" to almost every answer I finally receive an email asking how they can put things right. WHAT A JOKE! Too late. I got a refund for my £10, big deal, it's a shame they don't listen to their customers as they have just lost one!!
And what's even worse is I went online to check and this delivery option is still there! They are still offering a service that they don't provide!
(I don't want any further contact from Littlewoods regarding this review as I'm sick of dealing with them)

I'm using your catalogue for things as and when I want , when I need, I'm happy don't get me wrong , but I'll spend and order when I'm wanting too, letters emails texts, had a letter stating that I've not purchased for a while. I had just received £280 freesat , give us a chance , thankyou
iLittlewoods was easy to set up an online account with, once i joined i had a decent credit amount for my first order which allowed me to buy what i really needed..
The products are amazing value for money and delivery is fast and reliable..I have already reccomended Littlewoods to my friends ...
On the negative side prices are sometimes higher than average high street prices but this is balanced out if you wait for the Littlewood offers .
Very good shopping experience with a wide choice of items, the only comment that I would say is a negative is the price of the goods, the say have it as buy now pay in 6 months interest free!! But the prices are very expensive, so if you can afford to pay for the item outright then do so but elsewhere!!!!! You would save a lot of money.
We use Littlewoods for the ease of spreading the cost but will cost us much more than the high street prices. For example the play station 4 is well over £100 more than the high street or Internet, and the games and clothing prices are nearly ridiculous a hoody top was £60 and saw the same one elsewhere for £29 !!!!!!!!! Enough said I think.
Great little camera with lots of cute factor. Wonderful "C" sensor camera for the inexpensive price. Easy intuitive operation. Right on exposures that produced low noise files. Easy files to process. I was disappointed that the 20-50 lens that came on the camera did not support the in camera vibration compensation. But with careful hand holding, my photos have come out sharp. The 50-200 Samsung lens that I already owned, works really well with the in camera vibration compensation. I wish they would have offered the optional electric viewfinder that they offered with the Samsung NX100.

I love being able to spread the cost without the interest and i bought with confidence and would buy again but the delivery is really frustrating. Yodel were late with the delivery of the parcel, when contacted I had their word the delivery would be on that day and still no sign. Did get the parcel days later. I would buy again but not if I needed an item within the two days.
Iv always used littlewoods as i like the fact you can pay a item of over 52 weeks with no interest which is good value for money when you cant afford things outright. The only fault with littlewoods is there customer service. When i had a problem with my account i was passed from pillar to post, lied to and made promises that werent kept. In the end it was resolved after 3 months and a £40 phone bill to them. It shouldnt of took this long. I wrote to customer services via email to ask to be re-embursed my phone bill im still waiting on a reply alone never mind my bill back. Poor customer service and due to this alone i havent used littlewoods since. Extremely disappointed with them. When youve been a customer for nearly 7 years they should treat you with more care.
