I have been a Littlewoods customer for about 20 years now, when your budget is limited you can still afford fashion and home things with easy low payments. Also find it sooo handy when I can't face dragging reluctant kids round the shops, plus its convenient to try things on at home with my own shoes and jewellery, and returns are really easy. an easy and fun shopping experience for all.

£35 dress what good quality

I order a dress for £35 for a wedding, just on the off chance. Amazing quality, fully lined and fits perfectly. I thought I would have to pay a lot more fore such a perfect outfit

on the whole shopping with littlewoods is a great and easy way to shop whilst spreading the cost, bonus! the many orders I have placed over the years have come on time and in top condition.all this and I earn commission too.one thing I would like to see would be an extended on line facility from third party suppliers i.e if I was looking for say tools perhaps an online catalogue from the branded supplier with a far greater choice of tooling and storage would be really handy.

Good Customer Service and Communication but dissapointing that twice i have had issues with ordering a simple home phone

I ordered a home phone which wsa advertised with and answer machine to find it did not have one. I complained and was told the website would be amended but felt that the adviser and email i had did not understand the inconvienience of not having a home phone for the time it took to order another.

I ordered another and then was told this was out of stack and wuld not be coming back in so again i have been left without a phone. In the end i had to buy one quickly off the shelf in a supermarket which really did not meet my needs. However i cannot fault that i was kept up to date and received emails etc. the email telling me the phone was out of stock was received on the day i should have had the phone delivered.

Not Good at all

I have been an agent for about 30 years, the catalogue has gone down hill immensely.
I ordered 2 window blinds for the same room , one a bit larger than the other,
When they came they were 2 different shades of Terracotta and 2 different makes.
I telephoned and was sent another to match the one I wanted to keep but again this was the same as the one I sent back.
Then I ordered a ring for a customer, it was very poor quality for over £400 but had so much trouble returning it I thought I was stuck with it forever.
I printed off the label as told by the helpdesk, this wasn't accepted by Collect +, I then booked a collection with Yodel but nobody turned up after I waited in all day.
I telephoned again and was taken through printing off another label.
This I am going to try and post tomorrow, wish me luck !!

Last resort shopping.

The products you offer are over-priced, but we've come to expect that of catalogue companies.

What is really disappointing is the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) scheme. Now, you get charged interest - almost 100% - if you use the BNPL option. That didn't used to be the case, and I can only assume it's to make more money out of the public. Let's face it, rich people aren't buying from catalogues. So you're making money out of the poor. I desperately needed a new bed, and because I bought it on BNPL, I ended up paying almost double for the bed.

Customer service is only good when it's something simple they have to deal with. They have a tendency NOT to read the e-mails sent to them in their entirety. They seem incapable of reading the full thread of an e-mail if it's there. Also, when you end up dealing with different customer service reps it's frustrating when you have to start over. This must be sorted.

The way rewards are given out now is such a con. You used to earn rewards/cashback with every purchase/payment, etc. Now, you could pay £19.99 and get no rewards because they only get paid for every £20 you pay! Again, making more money out of the customer - so unfair. I hardly make any rewards now compared to what I did years ago - and I've been a customer for around 20 years. Sadly, Littlewoods have only gotten worse, not better.

Shopping with Littlewoods and its sister companies really is a last resort for those of us who aren't fortunate enough to be able to afford items using cash.

Great company to buy from

I've always had good service and products and have been a customer for years. The prices can be a bit more expensive, but that's because you are having credit so as long as you're aware of that you'll be a happy customer

Super fast delivery.

Blown away by the speed of delivery only 3 days. I am still getting used to this Humax it's quite a bit different to previous Freeview boxes I have owned. The picture quality is by far the best I have ever seen, all my previous Freeview boxes are pretty poor by comparison.
The only problem I have is with the on screen display for reading the settings and other menu information, I find it very weak and thin I am having to use a monocular to read it as it's that bad for me. But as I get more familier with it I may well find a way around this problem, other than this I am very happy with it.

Great company

I enjoy shopping with this company, you can order from home with home delivery's that are free and return from home for free if an item is not right. The online system is easy to use and returns can be ordered on line too. Payment is also easy with clear to find and statements and ways to pay. I have used this company for nearly 20 years and they have not let me down yet. Thank you Littlewoods and long may you continue.

Disgusted with rewards scheme

I purchased a very expensive laptop and it was my intention to use the money from the rewards scheme to make a purchase at a later time for a more expensive item. After building up around £100.00 in rewards it was removed from my account because I had not made a purchase within a qualifying period. This was done without any notice and basically I was told - tough! I have dealt with Littlewoods for a number of years and always knew the rewards scheme as "commission" on the payments made. This is obviously not the case any longer and when my laptop is paid for i will not deal with them again. Robbery is the most apt description that I could use.

Littlewoods is a great website, with lots of products and great customer service.

Littlewoods offers peace of mind, and a range of great products, some slighly more expensive than your average catalogues, but for an extra you can afford to pay in your own time.

Red hot service but ice cold on prices

The catalogue contains almost everything you would ever need. Delivery is very good with little hassle , its infact quite a joy to shop with Littlewoods. saying all of this there is several parts that are infact poor,, these being,
1) very high Apr. infact it is excessive however you are made more than aware of this before ordering so they should not be regarded in the same group as payday lenders.
2) The prices can be excessively high, in some cases twice the price as other retailers, however there are good bargains to be had if you look.
3) Clothes are for perfect waist bands and they don't cater for the larger sizes which is a big shame.
4) bills are generated every 28 days and not monthly a bit of a pain as your payment date keeps moving.
Although saying all of this I still like Littlewoods as they are very good overall, and yes they are expensive on prices, and if you use their interest then high on repayments ,but you can get something you want and pay for it over a period that you want, at a apr that is not that far away from some credit cards.

could do better

I find it extremely frustrating when you order clothing you really like in the size you wear only to be disappointed in the sizing. There should be a standard sizing code across the world so that you know it will fit especially from the assian countries ie China where their clothes come up small by at least 2/3 sizes. Recently ordered loads only to return 90/95% of order as does not fit. Thats why I dont shop in places like primark now you have started doing the same but at a higher price.

Good Products Poor Delivery Service

The product selection is large and of high quality but the delivery service has suffered substantially since the Courier system has been changed. Parcels are forever going missing,, arriving damaged and being thrown about.

The delivery experience and the fact that your customer care team do not execute what they promise at all is a nightmare. Of course I am still your customer until I settle my account fully, which I will work on from July.

not the worst but not the greatest

Fantastic at getting orders out would have to say 10+ for that. But customer service is definitely at the lower scale, have been so unhelpful when a problem occurs with an item seriously considering paying off my outstanding balance and not using the service unless this improves

Quick delivery,secured payments, good quality items

I find my Littlewoods is quick to use and also safe for payments, also the delivery as long as item is in stock quick also.
Have with been with littlewoods when it was trading under the name of Janet Frazer
and to be honest would not consider going to another catalogue.

Delivery dates are random

Hi mate, if you want furniture in a couple of weeks then don't bother with littlewoods.. You may aswell go out with a car and make 3 or 4 trips.. The delivery dates on the furniture are wrong and when you ring up and complain they don't wanna know.. I ordered 2 bedside tables 2 weeks in advance for my sons surprise bedroom makeover, but one day before the date of delivery they email to say it'll be another 10 days.. I've ordered the wardrobe at 300pound off my girlfriends account but that will be going back.. It's not the first time my hands have been burnt with the furniture, they sold me a kids bed that had the risk of entrapment and death.. Which again they emailed me to say..

I love the wide choice of goods on offer.i have bought everything from clothes to furniture and have never received a cheap and nasty item.the repayment terms are fair and it helps to be able to afford nicer items.
The rewards scheme is great for saving up for treats.

Missing a trick with 50+ shoppers

I so want to buy things from little woods but I don't see anything I like. I am 53 and have a girlish figure so I don't fit into the younger or older categories. I don't want to wear the same clothes as Mycenae klaus bu am too young for duck blue acrylic jumpers and stretch skirts.
Please provide some clothes to rival high street names like monsoon, phase eight and kaliko. I want good quality but fashionable clothes and am reared to. Or it.
Also please please please sell clarks shoes in half sizes

With delivery being sent to a neighbour without a card through the door , then the item I recieved wouldn't work.

ordering is super easy , deliveries are super fast with no delivery charges on standard deliveries :) which is a big thumbs up for me :) and returning goods is just as easy . Littlewoods makes my life as a mum of 3 very easy and helps me keep my kids up to date with the latest trends :)

The worst customer service ever.

I have been using littlewoods since 3years ago have spent more than £10000. I had a few problems before regarding the delivery times.

I have ordered a wardrobe since the the 4th of April to be delivered to my new address . Just one week before receiving my order they canceled it for me and ordered another one. The customer service was the worst people to deal with. They had to lie to me to finish the conversation. Because I bought all my bedroom furniture through them then my new order was nearly 90 over the order that they had canceled. .

Waiting to pay off my outstanding . Will never use them again

I've only recently become a customer, but my initial impressions are very good. I like the online ordering facility ...wide choice of products ... fast, reliable delivery and the choice to pay up front or spread payments.

Hiked up Inflated Prices

i came to littlewoods, i had a good experience within the 1st month and then after receving a email saying that apr's are going up from a date in june i am not impressed, some products are way to much over priced compared to high street prices. not enough discounts and no choice in when you can have the products delivered by a date of your convenience all other times are like 4.99 delivery total rip off, one my account is clear in 20weeks i am seriously thinkning of leaving .

I gave littlewoods the chance and they are doing nothing to keep me esp Hiked up inflated prices

Loyalty tested because of quality

I have shopped with Littlewoods for years now being a larger size home shopping saves the pain of searching for size 20+ -
Unfortunately I have to say I have had to return items of clothing over the recent past either because of poor quality / poor fitting ( not necessarily size) or sheer disappointment with the items - this has actually made me reluctant to even bother ordering -
More often than not I shop for clothes elsewhere now -
having said all that I recently bought a coat and I totally love it !! It was only £55 and I love it and it looks quality ----
come on Littlewoods sort out the quality on Ladies wear ,I haven't totally given up on you yet

Small labels big prices

All over all my experience with LW is not bad. I like very fast delivery, every time I get a text message or e-mail about the time of delivery. I have noticed that prices are more expensive in LW than somewhere else but here you have an opportunity to spread the cost or pay later and free delivery and returns. There are some things LW could improve - I like Clarks shoes but I cant buy them in LW because no half sizes, shoes are too small or too big. I would like better product description (for example button or zip fly for men's jeans). And the last wish - more big labels please, more choice of big labels in clothing, footwear and accessories. I know it will be expensive but having an opportunity to spread the cost I would definitely buy expensive but big label piece of clothing or shoes or handbag. Now I just browse the site but cant find anything I really like. I would like more Diesel, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, DKNY, Ted Baker, Replay. I won't buy again such brands as Love label or South (very bad quality for the price).

all items that i have ordered are of a high quality fast delivery and easy free returns.
i am really pleased with all my shopping experiences with littlewoods and will continue to use for years to come

Rarely have a problem

If I do have a problem it is sorted out quickley and efficiently. I have shopped with littlewoods for a long time and use frequently as it is so convenient. I do however agree with the last reviewer about the "buy now pay later", it would be better to know exactly what is owed without the interest.

not always good service

When you buy something on pay now pay later, would it not be easier just to give balance of what the goods cost then show how much interest there would be if not paid by the date, so people can see what the cash price is as it is confusing working out what cash price is, you can still take the interest off the balance so tht people dont go over their limit
