I have paid my monthly bill now Sept Oct Nov Dec all in full, I am on Platinum Rewards but in these payments have not had one penny reward. I'm not behind with payments I order every season I don't understand it at all. I have written numerous emails and all I get is the bog standard replies I.e no rewards on bnpl or sale items etc etc. I know all this I could recite the email BUT I am sure all the items I'm paying for are not in these categories, but the statements tell you nothing. I'm paying £200'month for goodness sake I should get some rewards. I spent an hour on the phone after receiving an email stating a few items that I was paying for, these items had been on BNPL but I paid them all off well before they were due to go on my account but the woman said I was paying for them even though I had it in black and white on my statement saying they had been paid for. That phone call cost me nearly £6 and I'm a pensioner. To top it all I ordered a DVD player lisp weeks ago when it arrived it didn't work and was scratched to bits obviously one that had been returned. Still waiting for it to be collected. Polly
I cannot say how shockingly poor I have found littlewoods customer service. This is further supported by the review responses on here, every reputable company with FAR more positive reviews than negatives take the time to reply to each negative and offer support, littlewoods? I don't think I've seen one response? which just confirms my opinion that they just don't care about their customers or they're service quality. It's ALL about the money n boy do they milk that with the massive interest (the difference between very and littlewoods prices is alarming! Same company same products but one is for the 'poorer' amongst us, guess which charges more?) ah well our choice and I accept that. I have largely been more than happy with the service, speed of delivery and items ordered but when things go wrong they simply don't care! I have called a couple of times and spoken to customer service reps (long winded issue I won't bore you with details) who have been courteous but often rather in effective or knowledgable enough to answer queries without constantly putting on hold for long periods and 'consulting' . I have been given miss information on a number of occasion but by FAR my worst experiences have been when dealing with the TOTALLY inadequate email service. I have had emails replied to which have CLERLY not been read, bog standard replies that in no way answered questions posed it literally nuts It makes so little sense! I have written 6 emails about the same issue I had one totally nonsensical response and automated reply saying I will be responded too anywhere from 6 hours to 24 2 days and I have received for the best part nothing ! no reply no explanation what's happening nothing, oh sorry at one point I was querying why they added interest to items I had paid off? N they sent me a paper copy of my statement? No covering letter or reason why they thought this might help?! Which it obviously didn't. The FIRST real reply I did receive this week was full of miss information and pretty much dismissed all of my enquires and it basically said this is our FINAL response if your not happy take your complaint else where- Really? Shocking! Yep I'm not happy no right to respond even though the info they have is wrong? And the crutz of my problem is due to an error made at there side which they won't acknowledge. In the meantime my credit rating is being trashed because I refuse to pay interest on items I've already paid off in full BEFORE they were due to be paid?! Grrrr is all I can say- but I'm guessing I won't even get that back. If you can AVOUD like the PLAGUE

After ringing customer service only to be passed from one person to on other after being on the telephone about 10 mins on an 0844 number. On 4 occasions ..I waited in all day on three occasions for my returns to be picked up. My argument was if a payment is late they charge you £12 . What about a late pick up they agreed with me and offered me £8. After many e mails Ifrom different people I never got anything .
Unbelievable ordered a washing machine, great service till the day of delivery (Thursday). had messages to arrange delivery and also to confirm window of delivery, but all goes wrong when real people are involved! Waited in all day for no delivery to appear, ring the delivery company to find out that apparently no one was home!! Apparently they tried to deliver to a house with a red garage ( I have a purple garage) and with a 4x4 on the drive, I drive a convertible! No chance of delivery today got to wait a further 3 days!!
Unbelievable!!! and on a sunday have better things to do than wait around for a delivery that may not come!! But I need a washing machine!! Error at their end not mine but who has to suffer - the customer!! Not happy!!
I like to do shopping on Littlewoods. There are a lot of fantastic products , resonable prices, excellent costumer service and really fast delivery.
i can not fault littlewoods online service...but there delvirer service via yodel is the worst i have ever had, and there call centre service for missing items is just one up from yodel..this has put me off buying from littlewoods again
Phoned 3 times today waited over 8 minutes each time only for someone to put down the phone at the other end! When I finally did get through I was transferred to a south African gentleman whos English was not the best he didn't know or could help me with my account. I was trying to fond out why a statement was asking me go pay 37.60 in two days for goods ive yet to receive. He was adamant that I owed this money from a previous order even though 90 per cent of the order was returned over a month ago and was showing on my account as returned. I tried to order a home theater projector, and use the buy now pay later offer... but the order could not be placed as the 'potential interest' if I didn't pay the balance within the interest free period, was added at the time of ordering and took me over my credit limit. This was not very well explained, and was quite disappointing.
I bought a sliding door wardrobe which had a fault which could not be apparent until it was put together. I informed Littlewoods as I wanted replacement parts to remedy the fault but they no longer stocked the item and would only offer me 10% on an item which as far as I was concerned, was 50% faulty as the fault was apparent and very visible in one of the two doors, so after being a littlewoods loyal customer for over 20 years, I have paid off my account and placed no further orders
I ordered a new laptop on the Thursday and had my brand new laptop on Friday.
As it was my first order Littlewoods explained to me in advance how I should place it.
I did the same as I was told and within 5 minutes my order had been processed, sent t the supplier and my account balance had been updated.
The next day delivery was cheap at just over £4.
I can't wait to place my next order, I know that if I had any problems the customer services would help me as soon as possible.

on the whole have had fairly good service, however on this occasion I am very disappointed with the customer service received in tracking my missing order (LG soundbar). I have called three times to be told someone will be in touch , not happened yet. Order should have been received 10th October have been more than patient. Please sort it out!!!
I am a new customer and have had issues with ordering online.i then phoned my order through, I was given a delivery date and waited in for my items and when they did not come I phoned again and was told they were on hold. I sorted that issue and then re ordered my items. So all in all not the best experience of littlewoods so far. I am already considering just paying off what I have and taking a catalogue from elsewhere.
Not happy that Littlewoods tries to take a minimum payment on goods that have been returned. Don't accept their excuse that the returns came in after the statement was produced - if they allow 28 days for approval and return, then they should not try to take a payment until after that time. I had to ring them as i was not prepared to pay for something i had returned - this cost money on an 0844 number. So, they are trying to make money out of you having to ring in to get the payment changed. So beware - it's a rip off!!!! The buy now, pay later is also designed to mislead you - price accelerates upwards if you choose that option and is not the cash price you see on the item listing. So, beware again. I certainly won't be buying as much as i had intended to as i do not want to get ripped off.

I'm not happy with the service I have received from Littlewoods at all! I ordered a washing machine as mine broke suddenly. This order was placed on the 24th October and I was offered the removal of my old machine and fitting service when order placement was complete the offered services to remove old and fit new were removed, this was the first mis-selling issue raised. Now to the most unsatisfying I was advised delivery date of the 31st October which still meant I was without a machine for a week but I accepted the terms. I was off work this week so was available to be home for the delivery, but was sent a text message on the 30th October stating delivery was delayed and to check website for further information, to my horror It had been delayed until 22.11.13 this is unacceptable I called Littlewoods immediately only to be told It could be anytime from 31.10.13 until 22.11.13 and the advisor didn't seem to understand the issue and just kept repeating my name throughout the call but finally promised to call the supplier to call me to arrange delivery date. 3 days later still no call and no updates to amend the date. I have called Littlewoods so called customer service only to have an even less helpful advisor who offered me the option to cancel order ...I fail to see how he could help me get the order quicker by cancelling and the advisor seemed to be completely uninterested apart from I would get it on the 22.11.13 ...NOBODY SEEMS TO GET THE POINT that I have been sold one promise of delivery and this has not been considered and I have asked to speak to a manager only to have another barrier with poor customer service with another so called promise of call back in hour by a manager. Do Littlewoods not uphold any values of Treating Customers Fairly or being honest, or even take ownership of any actions communication is severely lacking . As this is the second email I doubt anyone will even reply as you clearly don't care about your customers and your call centre staff clearly don't want to be listening to your customers there are other catalogue companies out there and I will be taking my business elsewhere in future VERY DISSAPOITED CUSTOMER

I have been with Littlewoods for a few years now and have bought my share of good from them. The one thing I can say is that I am very impressed with the speed of delivery... just over 12 hours on my last order.
There have been a couple of issues, you don't seem to ever be able to work out that I am at the end of my BNPL period and always seem to get it wrong, but a quick call sorts this out - although please don't do it again!
Overall, good quality, fair prices and excellent customer service
have my television set up and working, it was so easy to do, even for me.
This is the second time I've ordered from Littlewoods and yet again I've had issues with my order! The first time their system had problems processing my order and again this time there was problems with their system.
The first time I ordered; when I eventually got my order, which was way later than I expected considering a lot of people's reviews stated that they received their item within a few days and were impressed with the turn around, I received a faulty laptop which I then had to spend a fortune on the phone sorting out it's return!
My recent and 2nd order; There were problems with their system which delayed my order and meant I couldn't track my order or find out what the hell was going on! And again had to spend a fortune on the phone to find out what was going on. The staff on other end of the phone were no where near as helpful as they should've been!
Besides the poor customer service, technical issues Littlewoods always seem to have (maybe I'm just unlucky) and the amount of money I had to pay on my phone bill cause I had to ring them up, I am pleased with the laptop and have my fingers crossed that this one isn't faulty!
I am incredibly disappointed with the service I have received from Littlewoods and I highly doubt I will ever order from them again! I really don't want to have to be put through all those problems a third time!

Would definitely recommend that you give littlewoods a try you.'ll never look back k, you will probably my kick yourself for not trying before.
I am not standing in queues and being shoved to one side for my Christmas shopping. Littlewoods have all the latest goods at reasonable prices and the added bonus of buy now pay later helps to spread the cost... lets face it by the time you have your food bill to pay and presents to buy, Littlewoods make it easier for their customers.. I just pay extra and clear my BNPL before the end of the term and their easy to follow ordering system and fantastic delivery time means I can spend more time preparing for the man in red... In fact its not just christmas its all year round...
The repayments are great but the price of the products are very expensive compared to other shops. I've allowed myself to be limited in which items I can buy due to the prices which is A shame. I recommend little woods all the time to people but there's a catch prices are higher then other retailers.
Hi Littlewoods is a good site, they don't charge for delivery or returns. These days you have to look for the cheapest, Very, has all the same things, just a little cheaper, they charge deliver, so weigh the prices up.
so i wanted a new laptop and pay weekly with no interest the first laptop came over my credit limit so i then ordered a lenovo laptop good spec costing a total £471 with the shopping insurance. i was then asked to pay £37.00 as an initial payment so i paid £39.00 the item was supposed to be released and delivered to me by 30/10/2013 then i get a phone call "its all fine you will receive the item on that date anytime between 7am - 9pm", then i received an email saying that the product was no longer available so i rang them up and asked what was happening guy said "they are awaiting stock it will definitely be with me on the 30/10/2013" then the next day a different department rings me up and tells me there is no chance that i'm getting this item so when i rang up to complain the advisor appologised and talked me into having one last shot at it so i have had to get a worse laptop than what i want.
so we will see last chance they mess up again they will be paying 10 pounds a week for the next 20 weeks
WHY is yr sister catalogue ISME, priced so much cheaper. I didn't realise this until after I had purchased quite a lot of goods from you at a considerably higher price. I don't understand the reason behind this and think it's an unfair way of pricing. Once I have paid my account off I will only be using ISME and VERY in the future even though LITTLEWOODS have offered a very good service. I will be leaving due to your pricing policy alone, nothing else.

My first experience is not a good one placed an order which was confirmed via email and a call instigated by myself to find after taking a day off as a signature is required for delivery to find no product delivered. When I called in the morning I was told Royal Mail would be delivering the package and to look out for my postman, I did and he had nothing then called at 4pm to be told they will deliver up to 9pm ! REALLY????? Royal Mail deliver til 9 I doubt it

I create account in matter of minutes no calls nothing to fax all it was done online I have now 750£ to spend so I bought laptop asus 349,99£ price is bit high but is acceptable I place my order on Friday and I contact customer service on monday with question about delivery customer representative was so friendly and polite he give my all information what I was ask along with courier name YODEL and tracking number , so in Tuesday I get my laptop straight to my door in new unused condition and I pay with 52weeks 0% I belive Littlewoods is great store I will recomende to my all friends Thannk you so mch .
I first started using Littlewoods when I was 16 years old. As I was too young to run it on my own my mum took it out for me. I am now nearly 63 years old, have gone through a divorce, been re-married for 32 years, have 3 sons and 3 grandchildren and Littlewoods have followed me through the ups and downs of all that. I don't use it as often as I used to but don't think there'll come a time when I no longer was to use it.
second time I have wasted a day off work sitting in the house pointlessly waiting for delivery of items which I had paid extra for to be delivered on a specific date and before 12 pm. 1st time was 4pm before they arrived and second time after 5pm ok fair enough littlewoods cancelled my delivery charges both times but its not the point its sooooooo frustrating having spend your day off waiting in the house for somthing that should have been delivered in the morning!!!! had dealings with the rubbish courier company they use before and their service is a shambles eg claiming to have attempted delivery when they clearly hadnt and also failing to leave a card indicating they had allegedly been at the door. this has happened with a gd few items this company have been responsible for delivering from various companies I have no idea how they still manage to be in business????
Worst company I ever dealt with! I opened an account and bought an item.Money was taken from my account.When I went to check my order the next day it turned out they canceled. When I phoned them was told I didn't pass security check! WTF?? I never had problems and paid straight away with debit card so they had my money. The didn't want to tell me what security check is this?? If they don't my money it's their problem-I will give it to someone else.
Oh and they didn't return money to my account told me I need to go to my bank and sort this out with them-rude and ignorant idiots.
I bought an item in 2011 and decided to pay over three payments - this I did and had the final statement with zero balance. I never thought any more about it as I usually either pay in full for things Ibuy or by my credit card. Today I tried to order from Isme online and was refused credit (£103) after they ran a credit check. I rang them to be told that Littlewoods Had informed Experian that I had never paid for the item! This statement I have here even says I now have £1000 to spend!!
I wont be buying from either Isme or Littlewoods again and now have the pleasure of sorting this out for my credit rating. Try phoning Littlewoods and the automated system is so awful and there are no options to discus this. So - now they get a review instead!
Our bed broke, so bed ordered online from Littlewoods, arrived, assembled by us days later at the weekend (still with no bed) and turns out to be pretty cheap and nasty, quickly becomes loose and rickety. Rubbish really. Wish we hadn't done it, but were desperate at the time. And now, having bought a discounted washing machine from them online, I am informed in the purchase confirmation email that the FULL amount will be debited, and the discounted difference will then be refunded at a later date! A delayed discount that I knew nothing about until AFTER I'd bought it! Sneaky and underhand, verging on dishonest. Bad, bad ploy, so au revoir Littlewoods, that was my last purchase. Do something about it, and let me know what that is.
