Love the perfume I purchased from this company. I ordered Gucci Guilty and really love the scent. It arrived on time and was at much better price than my first bottle from Macy's.

It's my second time buying from them. They have the best prices that I could find online. You may get delayed shipping which was not a big deal for me. The first time I had no problem. I had a 400$ order. The second time I got my order in couple of weeks but one of my perfumes was missing. Email the customer service and they give said they can send the missing one or redound me. Since I was moving to a new address I chose to get redound and they sent me a company check.
Overall if you are not in a hurry and want the best price they are the best.
this is the worse online company they are very unprofessional they take ur money and u dont get your item ,they dont answer the phone,answer your email only when they feel like it .i sent money drafts to this company and the bank told me they got it this was since july and thet say they dont have it they call my bank on aug.1 about the money and still telling me they aint get it and they so dam bould they not answering emails and not saying anything again on it .they even have items owing to me and would not send it .i will not stop writing bout these people
I ordered oct. 5 with 3-7 day shipping its not 25 days later and still nothing. I've called and emailed and no response from either. No one picks up the phones. the tracking hasn't been updated how do i get a refund?!
This product was ordered last Monday (April
12) After 4 days, I contacted LJShopping to find out where my order was as I had paid for two day shipping and had not received any shipping information etc., yet my payment was made and accepted. I received an email stating that LJShopping company wasn’t sure about the address so the order wasn’t shipped, even though I had enter the shipping address on the order when it was placed, and my
confirmation clearly indicates the shipping address. They never attempted to contact me with this information. A representative from LJShipping
company responded that the order would be shipped Friday. 1-2 day shipping
should have had it to me by Tuesday, April 20, at the latest. I still have no
product, had paid for express shipping AND the product as of 9 days ago now. Fed Ex tracking has an anticipated ship date listed only.Nothing has been updated in days. Another attempt to find out where the order was received a response that it was shipped but the Fedex record was failing to update and now they were out of the product. I asked why that should matter if my order had shipped and have not received a response. Have now demanded a refund of payment to include payment for express shipping.
I ordered some perfumes on Dec 8th as I was leaving for vacation on the 17th. A sales rep assured me that the perfumes would reach on time. I did not receive the perfumes on time & was frustrated as the gifts I had planned to give had to be changed at the last minute.On returning after vacation, the package was waiting for me at home. On opening the package, I saw that my order was sent wrong. I called up LJ Shopping to resolve the matter amicably. After multiple emails, I returned the package back to LJ Shopping.A few days after when I contacted them for a refund, they claimed that they did not receive the package. I did not have the tracking number with me , hence contacted UPS & on getting the tracking number, it was confirmed that LJ Shopping had signed for receiving the package 10 days ago. After I sent this tracking number information to LJ Shopping, they then apologize & ask me to claim a refund from Amazon payments. Luckily I payed through Amazon Payments & hence have filed a claim with them. This has taken me more that a month of constant back and forth emailing , phone conversations etc. It has been a frustrating , exhausting experience & I still have not received my money back. Hope this can be a learning experience for someone else who tries to save a few bucks by using a new vendor. Be careful of LJ Shopping
I have spoken to the customer service department several times regarding this order (which takes about 20-30 mins. to get someone) and every time I am told a different story. First it was something about my shipping address, then it was a damaged shipment (which is funny considering UPS has never receivedthe tracking information) and finally I was told today the items are backordered (which I was never told). I find it hard to believe they are backordered since 1 item is on CLEARANCE. No apologies have been offered, always excuses and extremely poor service. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I would strongly recommend not using this company.
I place an order on 11/23/09 with one item missing which was backordered. It is now two months later and I have not received the item nor have I received a refund. I have tried to call and email with no response to either. This is not a good way to do business

I placed an order on the 30th, received a shipping notice on the 1st, then a back order notice on the 3rd. Still on back order and said it will be atleast an additional 2 weeks. Asked for a refund b/c its a Christmas gift. Not happy at all with the service. Very unorganized..not worth it for the low prices..will just go to Macy's.

I recently moved and forgot to change the billing address on my credit card. My order was placed on hold because I put the wrong billing address, which is fine. What was not fine was that they charged my card before putting the order on hold, and then did not inform me that the order was on hold. If it's on hold "for my protection" why did they charge the card? I had to contact them about 10 days after I purchased the products wondering why they had not shipped yet before they told me. I changed my billing address to match the information I provided and informed them and my order was taken off hold. They told me one of the items was out of stock and asked if I wanted them to ship the other. I said yes. The item never shipped. They finally got the out of stock item in and claim they have finally shipped the complete order out to me but only after ignoring about three of my emails and taking several days between my last email and their response. It has been over a month since I initially placed my order and I'm still waiting. The "track my order" page still lists my order as not having shipped and I have no tracking number to verify that it is on its way. The least they could have done would be to use next-day shipping for an order that was placed over a month ago, but they did not.

I Order three items & was charged for three, recieved two after 8 days. (suppose to be 2-7 ), NO email telling me about the problem I contacted them & was told it was on back order, ok, then I was told I would be contacted in a day or two with up dated information, no one contacted me so after 5 days I called again, they said the item was discontinued they offered me a refund or a replacment I took the replacement wich again took took another week. (No contact again)
Honestly the product is fine but the customer service sucks, they don't seem to know that keeping the customer informed about there purchases is a good idea esp. when an important day is coming up like Mothers day.
Yes my gifts were late.
Be sure you check that the item you are buying is a perfume & not an eau de toilet, which is cheeper anywhere.
