We enjoy very much the London Pass, it is a confortable way to discover London, and the cheaper way to do it, with no difficulties in to find places, and to be sure to visit all the things at the best rates (except the Eye).
The 7 nights we take it, where ideal in order to move arround with all the transport as bus, underground, train, boat, etc.
Congratulations for this great product, we recommend to our friends
We bought two London passes with transportation during our last visit to London! It's unlimited rides was very helpful especially to first time visitors to avoid the complex usage of Oyster card. Also, with London pass I do not have to worry about getting up and down at wrong station since I could just get in again without extra cost.
It too offered free access to most famous attractions. I would love to visit London again!
I was able to order ahead with a travel pass so that I could catch the tube straight from Heathrow to my accommodation. Most attractions were included or free attractions offered free audio guides or similar. No queuing for tickets.
If you go to Lonon a lot then a separate oyster pass is better but if you are traveling with a chid over ten the travel pass is cheaper.
Si tuviera que recomendarselo a un amigo lo haría sin pensarlo, ya que es muy cómodo contar con el london pass para visitar todas las atracciones como así también la tarjeta para viajar por toda la ciudad.
It was a very simple and reliable solution to visit the greatest places of teh city without thinking about the price of the entrance. It is only 1 pain, which is the cost of the london pass. As a tourist, for sure I will do the same in all the countries where there is a city pass.
I will never recommend this card to anyone. There are too many attractions with the same schedule, so it is impossible to visit them all. Some visits were not allowed because it was closed, due to restoration or cleaning.Once you have bought the card, this information should have been sent like an update email.
It not worth it that much in January because lot of interesting thing is not open at that time and I was so upset about that.
But where we could use it, it was easy and we were welcomed nicely everywhere.
é molto utile ma deve essere sfruttato bene..se si visitano solo 2 attrazioni non conviene...se ne devono visitare almeno 4 o 5 quindi bisogna uscire la mattina di buon ora..
I live in a country village 12 miles South of Bristol and 10 miles South of Bath. I have never had a loan in my life ( except a 10 year mortgage which was paid off in 5 years).
I am now approaching 70 years of age. My wife was 68 last year so as a special treat we decided to visit the CAPITAL. SO, we applied for a LONDON PASS 'on line' as this appeared to be the most economical way to visit......
Oh I forgot to mention earlier that I was in business for 30 years and am proud to say that I was 'never in the red' for all of those years.......
HOWEVER, even though I tried via two Debit ( not Credit ) cards which both were way in the Black I was refused a London Pass. When I telephoned your help desk I was also refused ( with sincere apologies ) and was told that I could obtain a pass when I visited YOUR city at a booth or something. The excuse I was given was that it ' was because of my postcode' ............
Well we did visit, no thanks to the London Pass and had a really good time visiting most of the sites including my Grand Lodge at Great Queen Street of which I am a senior member.
Hopefully in the future you will find time to visit one of our great cities and that we will offer you better hospitality than what we received which cost us ( as pensioners ) much more than we anticipated....
Our overseas package arrived promptly and securely. All information and tickets were organized to lessen trip planning jitters. The app was a life saver in guiding my wife and I during our 12 day visit. We highly recommend the London Pass and will definitely will use on out next trip
I ordered 4 passes from Australia for our trip. they were meant to be sent to the address in England where we were staying, but the order was cancelled which meant we didn't get them. There was no communication to say why via phone or email. By the time I found out it was to late and inconvenient to get any.
it's really useful, you don't have to queue in many attractions. It's very simple to use and when you've got transport as well it's cheaper than having to pay every time you take buses or tube.
it's just a pity that not everything is included in the London pass for example Madam Tussaud or the London eye...
If you are going to London then the best piece of information I can give you is to buy yourself a London Pass. You get to see and do so much with it. If we didn't have one when we went to London we wouldn't have done or seen half the things we did. The booklet you get with your pass is full of terrific information, ideas and things to see and do. It was the best investment we made on our holiday and you can pre purchase it and get it sent to you at your home before you go so you have it and can use it straight away when you get there. Best thing ever, buy one, you won't regret it.
The greatest benefit of the London Pass is that it allows one to minimize the time spent in queues. In our case, (and I subsequently bought three more for my daughter and granddaughter) we were able to see so much more in a seven day period.
We plan to spend five or six days in London in October next year and will buy a couple of these passes again.
Being a savvy saver; especially for time and money, this is worth it! Do plan ahead if you are not familiar with the territory, but overall experience was a Great deal!
i needn't use money to travel. I don't loss any time to go to the musseum, churchs, etc.
i'm very happy to buyed London Pass.
Value for money only if you could maxmise your time and visit as many hot spots as possible, given a limited time frame. Whether or not have the PASS, you still have to be in line and make you behind of schedule to the next. You must be good at time and route planning.
It was an experience to visit London and to enjoy the sightseeing. LondonPass made it cheaper to visit the sights and opened completely new way of being a tourist.
P.S. I wish that opening hours are longer, so one can visit more in one day! I think that Beefeaters would not like that :)
We crammed a lot into our three day pass, and visited some places that we would have otherwise overlooked. However, travelling from one end of London to the other was very time consuming and we frequently had to leave a venue after only a cursory visit in order to arrive at the next one before it closed.
The pass is good for "first time tourists" but personally I prefer to view the many attractions that London has to offer at a much slower pace in order to savour them one at a time.
