I ordered 4 passes from Australia for our trip. they were meant to be sent to the address in England where we were staying, but the order was cancelled which meant we didn't get them. There was no communication to say why via phone or email. By the time I found out it was to late and inconvenient to get any.

With all online purchases we have an automatic fraud prevention system which can cancel orders for a number of reasons. This is for security and ensures customers are safe in the knowledge that all online transactions are secure. We do inform customers as soon as we can about this but we're sorry that the communication about this was not as efficient as it could have been.
