I am so upset and angry by the poor service I have received from lookfantastic.com is completely indifferent smarmy standard answer to all my 3 inquiries.
I have purchased products for € 110 (that's a lot of money for me). I've been looking forward to my products and waited eagerly that they arrived. But they never arrived! When I will report them missing, I am told that one first must report a package missing after 30 days. SO I'm waiting ... and ups 42 days pastels, My mistake, BIG MISTAKE Lookfantastic will not help you after a period of 40 days, it is their company policy! So I don't get my products, they are gone! They are probably returned to LookFantastic , but i will never now - it's just too bad, I won't get neither my money or products. I have never experienced such inflexible company policy and such poor service in my life. I am so disappointed and feel so ripped off.
It's tacky and poor style and they should be ashamed.
