Bad service, don't keep their promises
I bought 2 shampoos from Kérastase instead of 1 because I could get a free mascara as an offer, if I bought 2 shampoos... When i checked the basket at the final step i saw that the mascara was there but as soon as I completed the order it disappeared... I wrote an email to the customer-team the following day but they told me that it was out of their hands because the order was dispatched... so i waited and when the package came there was no mascara... I wrote to the team and got absolutely no help at all, they just told me that they wouldn't send me the mascara and that I could send the items back but that i had to pay for the shipping eventhough THEY messed things up... i paid for that "free" mascara by taking 2 shampoos instead of 1... When I told them how unfair their method is, that i have been a loyal customer for a very long time and that it is cheating their customers I just received another copy-paste answer that they could not help and that "they were sorry for any convenience caused" .... WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU LF-people?! you obviously don't give a **** about your customers... Such a shame, you're loosing customers when you're treating them bad and cheating them for things they paid for!
