On November 29th, I ordered some things from Lookfantastic, and the next day I changed my mind. After sending them a query, about an hour passed and I received an email, saying that they had shipped my order. This email was followed by a message from Lookfantastic, saying that they were very sorry, but they couldn't cancel my order, seeing as it had already been sent. I already thought this was bullshit, but I let it slide. Today, I received the package. Ripped open and missing the most expensive item of the bunch (that I paid for), no receipt and the whole thing held together by tape and a plastic band! I have contacted LF with this issue and have yet to receive an answer of any kind. This is completely unacceptable.
EDIT: After a brief conversation with Lookfantastic.com, they sent me a new item, without delay. This is exactly the kind of customer service I was looking for, and I have changed my review from one star, to three. It would have been four or five, if not for the "Your item has already shipped"-deal.
