Act the same on the phone as you do face to face....

Hello, Just parked with i-park meet and greet. The website states that the collect point is at the terminal, it is actually in the short stay car park, no real problem but the website should be factual. Whenever I have rung your operators before I arrived at the airport. they always sound very negative, like you're a bit early or when phoning before collecting my car, we're very busy etc. But when you meet them they are always punctual, very positive and polite. My recent booking was a very smooth transaction from start to finish.

The Service I received was outstanding.

On delivery of my car to the North Terminal drop-off point it was a very smooth and well timed experience, Our return to the point my wife was delayed at passport control as she was wheelchair bound but the gentleman delivering the car to me went out of his way to make sure we got our car back safely. Excellent Customer Care overall and a thank you for the service provided.

Efficient and effective but tatty reception area

Very close to Stansted airport, though not well signposted, but still relatively easy to find. Tatty reception area and location. Slightly worried when handing over keys, but quick transfer to terminal and pick up too. Finding car ok but not quite as simple as suggested. Would probably use again.

You have to try it as it was so much better and easier than parking remotely and getting buses

Very convenient for Stansted airport and excellent value for money.

A stepping stool or steps would have been a great help fo my elderly mum since she can no longer carry out the high stepping action needed to get into your van.

Quick,Convenient and Inexpensive

Parking was easy to book online and location was a 1 minute walk from the departure/arrivals hall.. Would recommend.

Great service and reliable. Very good value for money

Booked it online on a protected site which had a good rating. The company used did exactly what they advertise, so no complaints from us at all and you do need someone you can rely on when you're going on holiday, and someone you can trust with your car too. I'd recommend them and use them again.

Kept Waiting!

Good price but had to wait 15 minutes for driver to arrive at drop off - despite phoning 20 minutes in advance as advised. Similarly on return had to wait 20 minutes for car to arrive.

Fantastic quick service

We rang 20 minutes before we arrived., and the man was there at the designated point right outside the Sofitel (next to Gawick airport).
On arrival back into Gatwick we rang when we had got our luggage, and the man was outside waiting again. Brilliant service, especially as we were 5 hours later than originally specified. Would definitely use again.

Where is my transfer bus??

This was the first time of using the web-site Looking4parking and booked to leave the car at the Premier Inn Hotel. The web-site and my confirmation e-mail stated clearly that the transfer times were " Every 30mins from 04:15 until 00.45"
We arrived back in Dublin Airport after a full days travelling at 11:00pm. We waited a good half hour before I eventually phoned the hotel to enquire about the shuttle bus. I was informed that the bus always stopped running at 11:00pm.
We had no alternative but to get a taxi to the hotel.
The totel delay in our journey home was an extra hour, We were shattered by the time we eventually arrived home.
Wil we use looking4parking again..I don't think so

Hip Hip Hooray for Looking4Parking at Carlton Hotel near Dublin Airport

My wife and myself went to Keukenhof Gardens in April 2013 for 4 days. We got a recommendation to book online at look4parking which we did. Super deal at 19 euro for the 4 days secure parking at the Carlton Hotel with a minibus shuttle service to and from the airport every 15 minutes.Very courteous drivers on both journeys. We will use this excellent service again. 3 cheers for Looking4Parking

Rubbish

My experience began when I noticed that my confirmation time was incorrect. This was down to the parking being booked within a 24hr window, I was informed of this after my money had been taken and refunded leaving me with no parking.

I was incensed and appalled by the level of customer service delivered. The person on the other end of the phone was even incapable of telling the time. To add insult I was advised that the option remaining was to use a long stay car park. Arriving at East Midlands we found even this information was wrong and these were all pre - book. I would not recommend this service and would question why I can get a meet and greet service at Manchester airport for less money than the shambles you advocate.

Excellent & Extremly professional Service

This is the first time I have used this type of parking and found it a great. Experience . The service was professional and the drivers very helpful and nothing too much trouble for them even when we arrived back into Manchester in the early hours of the morning .I will be defiantly be using thi service again later this year and I have already passed on my recommendations on to use this company to some of my friends already .

Reliable excellent service

Would recommend this service without hesitation. No waiting about for the shuttle bus.
One call and they are there. We had the same guy 2 years on the run so that was a good sign, if the staff stick with the company - they must be good.

The booking was straight forward, I was apprehensive, but everything went smooth, on following the instructions on when to call, on arrival we were greeted, car checked and then we walked into the terminal. Brilliant, guys were courteous, fantastic and I will be using again for sure.

Could do better !

I stayed at the Mid term car park because I did not want to get a courtesy bus. Alas although quite near you were not permitted to walk which opposes what is said when I booked.
Also the gate on leaving asked me to pay even though I had pre paid. Fortuneatly The intercom at the gate allowed me to speak to someone who opened the gate for me.

Filthy car!!

Service was great and staff helpful and very friendly, even at 4.30 am on a Sunday morning. Only down side was my car was absolutely filthy when returned. Was as though it had been parked in a sandpit.

Very professional in every department

I have always found the site very easy to use, I get discount codes sent regularly to my e mail address, I once made an error with my booking I phioned the number on screen and the problem was dealt with immediately. The operatives I meet on the meet and greet service are always polite and helpful and I would not hesitate to reccmmend them to anyone

Pukka parking

Great value parking near to airport, very promt personal transfers and collections direct to and from Airport, cant fault service.
Only con was I found it difficult to find as my sat-nav sent me around a housing estate nearby. However i would definately use them again and highly recommend.

No hitches at all.

Shelters by the Sofitel Hotel for protection from wind and rain while waiting 15 - 20 for delivery of the car, would be helpful. Otherwise, no problems at all.
