Great on the way out, not good on the return

Everything was fine on the way out. I was early but I was advised someone would be there ASAP. Arrived after about 25 minutes.
On the way back when I rang to say I was back, there was no record of my reservation. Whoever I spoke to was very rude and didn't seem to know how to rectify the problem. He kept asking what colour the card was which I don't quite understand what the significance of that would be as it's the same telephone number on all your paperwork. Also the name of the company seemed to be in doubt as well?? Eventually I was handed over to 'Chris' who was very helpful and after about an hour my car was returned to me. It's a shame as I travel frequently and would prefer to stick with one company but I do not feel inclined to use your service again apart from the inconvenience but also the cost of having to keep phoning to try and sort out a problem that was not of my making.

Long Wait

We waited over 20 mins before someone came to meet us even though we rang as requested 20 mins from airport and arrived at our picked time. It was better coming back the car arrived very quickly.

everything went smoothly

texted in advance, fast response to telephone call.
The driver arrived promptly to take car away. Gave us card with full instructions and route to pick-up point upon return.
When we landed there was a text waiting. Once cleared customes called and car was waiting when we reached pick-up point.

i came across looking4parking while booking an airport parking space on a recent city break. finding dublin airport carparking quite expensive this website offered to find alternative options in the area. within seconds names and prices appeared each with their own detailed description regarding location, distance, times of shuttles etc.from which i was able to choose the most convenient one for me at a much better price.....
In reality my choice seemed a little bit further from the airport than described but on saying that the whole transfer went so smoothly, proved very reliable and was such a friendly service that it wasn't a problem. I would definately make looking4parking my first port of call when next looking for a parking space in or around dublin airport

We found the service was excellent , in fact I would go further and say 5 star.

Easily found and staff were waiting for us which at 4.30am was a God-send. On our return the car was again waiting at the terminal with no delay. Would recommend you to all our friends and will certainly use you again .

It certainly makes your holiday more relaxing knowing that your car is being looked after and in a safe compound, and picked up from the airport on return. Will always use this service.

rang on the way into manchester airport and the pick up driver was right behind us.We pulled up in the drop off place he pulled the side of us .He said i will be 5 mins he was bang on.He told what do when we got back and every ran smoothly. Would recomend to anybody. ROD HALE STOURBRIDGE

I had arrived half an hour late but the valet was waiting for us and everything worked extremely smoothly - both going and coming.

Great location, so near the airport and service very prompt.

Found the car park easily and the transfer to and from the airport was very prompt. Will certainly use this car park again.

Hi, If you're going abroad for a short or long break and wondering where to leave you car near Leeds/ Bradford Airport. let me tell you about, " Looking 4 Parking.com" The recommended site we used was "Leeds Bradford Car Watch" situated just a stone throw away from the airport on the Coney Park Estate. Cheap, Cheerful, Efficient, Reliable and speedy service. On time, both going and returning, even after a late arrival.
Highly recommended.

Excellent ! Best value parking we have ever had.

Driver was waiting for us on arrival, very pleasant young man. When we returned by the time we made our way outside the car was pulling up. We will definitely use the same company again. Thank you.

easy, brilliant, good price, friendly helpful staff....just do it

arrived earlier than expected but they accomodated us without any problems at all. The driver that met us was efficient and friendly. it is very much easier than catching that bus from the long stay carparks, it cuts your travel time down as you just drive straight to the airport. Thanks

Very good service, drivers very polite, everything went like clockwork. Our return flight was delayed, this was not a problem when I phoned the office when we landed.

Nothing like as slick as expected.

Having considered all options, I chose 'Meet and Greet' as probably the most convenient way of leaving my car. As instructed by the company, I called their number as we left Pease Pottage Services estimating this to be around the twenty minute warning period suggested. On arrival at Gatwick North, there was no sign of anyone to take my car. After three phone calls and a twenty-five minute wait, the driver arrived and we were able to proceed to the check-in stage. Whilst waiting, I needed to 'sweet-talk' an airport parking official so that we could stay near the drop-off point. He explained how easy it would have been to use standard airport parking and said that he had seen many people waiting, as I was, for 'meet and greet staff'. I shall think twice if ever I needed to fly again.

Beware when using this type of parking.........check your mileage when leaving your vehicle and upon receiving your car back again..............despite being told that they will use on airport parking, my car had covered 68 miles!! I would expect 10 miles max.

We would expect 15 – 20 miles to be on the clock, and we are adamant that there wasn’t 68 miles used. Pentagon meet and greet have 15 year’s experience in the meet and greet industry and would only drive your car to and from the compound. However, I will log this as a complaint and speak to the manager of Pentagon and get back to you directly when I have their report.

So easy

Exactly as described. We called when we were close to the airport and they directed us to where someone was waiting to take the car right by departures. It took 2 mins. Same on return journey, even though we were delayed the car was waiting for us. Will definitely use again.

good but could do better

my car was filthy when i got it back not sure where it was parked. I am under no illusion that my car would be dirtier than when i dropped it off two weeks before and the driver apologised and said the hose pipe had broke otherwise he would have rinsed the car so ima little disappointed but it doesnt mean i wouldnt use them again

The whole process from booking on the internet through to dropping the car off and picking it up two weeks later was faultless. The staff at ABC Parking -who actually provided the service were brilliant- very prompt in collecting our car at Gatwick North terminal, and already waiting with our car on returning- before i had even phoned them !
We would definitely use them again.
