Unbelievably good and unbelievably reasonable.

I would totally recommend this company and will be using them again for sure. They are situated very close to the airport, deal with everything in a calm, polite manner and get you to the airport on demand. The trip only takes a few minutes. Our car was fine when we returned and the whole operation was totally hassle-free, making for an even more enjoyable holiday. Highly recommended!

Cheaper than short stay!

Easy to book on-line. Very good customer service, although it took three calls before I got an answer when I arrived back in the UK at 8.30ish p.m. The pickup and delivery drivers were friendly and polite and the car was undamaged, if a bit muddy and with some spectacular bird droppings on it (the chap said there were a lot of gulls around the site where the car was parked!).
The car was collected from outside the terminal and delivered back to us at the right place at the right time. Why bother with airport parking?

On time - reasonable price

Cheapest when I searched online.
Service good however when they returned our car the mileage was on empty and my husband remembers leaving at least 35 miles in the tank. We couldn't prove it as didn't take a note of mileage at 4am in the morning when we dropped off car !!

It's the way to GO!

Couldn't fault it, got to the airport the car disappeared, back to the airport a month later and within 10 minutes of a phone call it was back, I wont be bothering with any other arrangement in future.

Couldn't have picked a more efficient and organised company. I just wish Bristol was my usual airport to travel from. I would not hesitate to use this Company again and have kept their number just in case we ever fly from Bristol again.

quick, simple and perfect location

The best price - and easy!

I cannot fault the price and service. We parked at East Midlands airport, and the price (in Economy shuttle 2) was the best around by far. Thank you.

Hi there you should book through looking4parking excellent service.
Drove stright into the parking area, unloaded gave keys at reception,
onto a waiting mini bus to terminal.
On return to heathrow, phoned park place by time we exited the terminal
and got to bus stop a mini bus turned up.

I found this service to be a great option for airport parking. The price was good, the setup convenient , taking all the hassle out of arriving at the airport. I turned up in a different car due to a last minute garage problem and this didn't faze the company at all, it was really no problem to them. I will use them again without a doubt.

Cracking service

My first time using Looking 4 parking and was a bit a bit unsure about booking on line in case it was a con, But it was a very efficient service even at 5am in the morning. They did exactly what they said they would do and it was like clockwork. Price was also very good almost the same as Gatwick own parking but no waiting for busses and boring journey into the airport. This was particularly handy as it was an early flight. I have recommended to a couple of friends already.

Looking4parking introduced me to the option of valet parking services at Stansted, which are cheaper than the long-stay!

Not as good as expected

The person on the phone did not explain very clearly, where to stop when dropping the car off. Also there mobile phone signal was rubbish which meant we had to call around 6-7 times. The car park they take the car to was 20 miles away! or 40 mile round trip! We could of parked at the airport for less than the extra fuel would have cost. Good point, the car came back in 1 piece with nothing wrong with it.

Quick and handy

We enjoyed quick and efficient service, will use again.

Will always use meet and greet in the future, effortless parking and professional handover.

Arrived an hour earlier than originally booked but waited no more than 5 minutes to handover the car. No fuss, straightforward. Many times have I parked myself and wasted 30 minutes looking for a space and then walked miles to the terminal.

On return, we waited less than 10 minutes for the return of the car and we were on our way.

Will always use the service in the future.

I found Looking4Parking the easiest meet and greet by far. I have used a few other companies, but found I was standing around waiting for quite a long time, both on departure and arrival. I would definately recommend Looking4Parking as it was also the cheapest when I compared to various other companies

Good service

I followed the instructions as suggested by the company. Could not get through to inform them I'm on my way kept going to voicemail on both mobile and landline. I therefore had to wait for driver on the way there and on my return. It was a bit of a nuisance in particular on the way back waited more than half hour.

Damage to car body work

The initial experience was good.We arrived at 4 am and it was a little difficult to find in the dark but we were soon on our way to the airport a short mini bus journey of about 10 mins.
The return experience was not good.We waited 45 mins trying to get through to Ardent but the line was constantly engaged!! Eventually we went back inside the terminal and got a taxi there. There was another no.on the door which was answered straight away when we explained what had happened the man was a little perplexed as to why we couldn't get through but apologized and reimbursed the taxi fare.I wish that had been the end of our ordeal but our car was not cared for on Ardent's premises there are scratches and scuffs to the body work which were definitely not there before.They are consistent with bad parking.The driver side mirror and handle are scuffed probably parked too close to another car and the passenger side is scratched in numerous places consistent to being parked too close to bushes or shrubs.We have complained and sent photo's of the damage but of course they refuse liability.Apparently they take photo's of all cars on arrival but they wouldn't email ours so we could compare!! I would say go elsewhere unless you already have damaged body work.

Quick and easy and good value for money

It was easy to book online and the quote was very competitive. The service from the parking company was good. We found we had accidently left something in the car after it was taken for parking and they arranged for it to be returned straight away.

we found the carpark easily enough and were transferred quickly to the airport. Coming back, we were delayed by 3 hrs but the parking staff were very helpful and picked us up very quickly on our arrival. Pity the airline is not as efficient

The only way to go!

If you want to drive to the airport and leave your car there, Looking4Parking is the place to start. However you want to park, they have all the options, ranked by price, and all the information you need to make a choice to suit you. Far and away the best experience, though, is to choose one of their Meet & Greet companies. You just park in the terminal drop-off area, take your bags out and give the keys to the guy. When you come back, your car is parked in the same area and he gives you the keys back. It has all the advantages of chauffeur-driven service without having to pay for it. And the parking is the same price, or often cheaper. It even works if you come back to a different terminal, as I just did. You should try it, especially if you're taking family. No reloading the kids and luggage into the Long-Term Bus. They go straight from your car into the terminal. So easy :o)
