Service with a smile via the internet
I ordered the ironing board over the internet and requested as they do next day delivery to send it on Thursday instead of the on the day I ordered it so it would arrive on Friday. This was acknowledged and as anticipated on Friday I received my ironing board. The service has been exceptional and I am very pleased. If only the ironing board would iron automatically!

Dreadful service.
I placed an order on the basis of the sales incentive of next working day delivery. 2 days later I amended my order and cancelled part of it. I received immediate email confirmation of the amendment but had to chase to get the refund. Then I heard nothing. After 2 weeks I sent an email. I received no reply. After another week I sent another email. Again no reply. I finally rang after three and a half weeks and was informed that actually my whole order had been cancelled by mistake but it could be reinstated. No apology for failing to reply to my two previous emails. I agreed to reinstatement. A further two weeks later my order was finally delivered but one third of it was missing even though I had been invoiced and charged for the whole order. I rang to complain again and was given a refund for the missing items nearly six weeks after I had originally ordered them. Dreadful service. I have no intention of ever using this company again.

Items received quickly via courier at reasonable cost
The woodn floor treatments arrived within two days and were as ordered, although one of the tins was bent but still secure so not a problem. The website is very comprehensive and ordering is easy.

Poor delivery time
7 to 10 working days is too long for delivery. Yes I should have noticed prior to buying but it wasn't very obvious and I am used to reasonable delivery times (2-3 days) particularly when delivery costs are not included. I doubt it costs any more to ship within 48hours for delivery within 4 working days than to wait for a week before shipping so I can't see how that policy makes any commercial nor logistical sense.

Cheap but slow delivery
Items requested in stock but in this day when you can track couriers and get delivery for most things within 36 hrs, it isn't the case here. Delivery took 10 says from order which ain't good.
