Well packaged, delivery cost reasonable, next day deliveries don't always happen in this area but amazingly it did. Very good service, would certainly use again. Bin I bought was cheaper than amazon even after delivery charge!
Lords themselves are very good
However the fact they use Yodel isnt so great
- Couldnt track order as yodels IT system down
- They didnt leave note on failed delivery

Very straight forward to deal with and efficient service although the bottle was leaking from the lid! which i presume had come loose in transit .
As I say above, only issue I had was that I tried to book for next day delivery but they have a 1pm cut off. This was not clear so I was a little disappointed to find out it would be an extra day. Great and quick communication from Lords help to sort this and a promise to make this more clear.
I ordered a brabantia bin at 5pm on Tuesday and received it at 11am in Thursday. The price was the lowest I'd ever seen and delivery charge was cheap! The bin was excellently packaged and I have no hesitation in recommending this retailer.

Item arrived as expected and within stated delivery timeframe. However, had I realised when I initially ordered the product how long the delivery process would take I would have bought the product elsewhere. 7-10 working days is far longer than most retailers work to.

I bought SIKA products from Lords. They were amongst the cheapest I could find and turned up almost immediately. Each tube was wrapped individually and the tubes were contained within a robust box.
I would not hesitate to use again!

Really easy to use website backed up by great communication when I needed to ask some questions about the product. Ordered on a Thursday afternoon and the goods arrived on the Tuesday morning which is what was stated - can't say fairer than that. All that and the best price on the internet for what i ordered. Would definitely use them again.
I ordered osmo wood protection oil from Lords as there are no suppliers locally, and their pricing is competitive. I needed the oil urgently so I paid for next day delivery. The oil did not arrive the next day. I phoned Lords, they said that there had been some kind of problem with their courier, and that it would certainly be with be the following day, which was a Friday. It did not arrive, my decorator was by now waiting around, with no material to work with. On Monday I contacted Lords again, they said that the problems were not their fault, the oil had been sent to dispatch within the timescales and that they could not be responsible for the service from their courier. I disagree. As a customer of Lords, who offer a next day service, I believe they are responsible for ensuring the product reaches their customer by the date promised. I asked for a refund of the next day charge. I was told that only the manager could authorise that. I heard nothing from the manager. The oil arrived on Tuesday, I had ordered it the previous Wednesday.
