If only I could give no stars.......
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered a dvd player and took over 3 weeks and a lot of emails to get delivered. After a couple of weeks with no response to my emails and phone calls, thinking that I had lost my money and trying to get the websites details to report them as a fraudulent site, I went back to the love electrical site to find it ofline as they had not paid the host company EKM systems (www.ekmsystems.co.uk). After complaining to them, who were very helpful, things moved much more swiftly and I received an apologetic email from Andrew Watkins referring to being contacted by EKM stating my order was being dispatched and I had been sent an up-graded model for my inconvenience (no doubt due to the fact they were out of stock of the one I ordered!). I then received emails with tracking numbers and times of dispatch and got the definite feeling that EKM systems had leaned pretty hard on him to get the issue resolved. I recieved the item 3 days later. I strongly advise anyone who has had the misfortune of dealing with this site and are awaiting goods to contact EKM (tel 0871 230 7116 email : support@ekmsystem.com) to get the issue resolved and also make them aware of the poor service of the Love Electricals.

Fraudsters
I ordered a printer on 4 Feb. After a week I sent an e-mail to find out where it was. I received an e-mail from Andrew Watkins saying it would look into. Despite many e-mails from me since then, no response, no printer. I have notified my credit card company.
Don't deal with them.

who steals at christmas?
Love-electricals. That's who. Minutes after placing an order in november my credit card was debited. however two months on i still haven't recieved the product despite numerous e-mails. I have had one response to say that they were moving premises and the goods would be with me soon. Wrong still no goods and no closer to finding were the company has relocated to. No contact number on the website despite being told that you can contact them 24-7. All contact number that were found via www.who-is.com are "dead ends" In short do not trust this website or the "admiistrative contact" Andrew Watkins. He is nothing more than a common thief!
