One of the best retail sites I have ever visited!

Tree Frogs from LoveCases!
Great product to stop your mobile sliding off the dashboard. Price good although postage more than I would have liked, maybe I should have bought two!

Unfortunately I shopped at Lovecases
When I ordered the product I wanted eleven days ago it was not brought to my attention during the orderingprocess that I would have to pay UK tax in addition to local taxt (this was stated in small print under terms and conditions). I have bought goods from various companies within the UK and they have mainly sold the goods ex tax. If not they have stated this clearly on their webpages. Now I have to pay Norwegian tax on UK tax. When asking customer support, they simply state that this is company policy.
I have still not received the goods.
I am now in a situation that sending the goods back when I receive them will end up costing more than the product itself. This is not about the amount that I loose, this is all about informing your customers fair and square (who reads through all the terms & conditions every time they shop?).
But I hope this review will help some other potential international shopper from buying goods from this site.

Didn't refund postage for an unfit for purpose item!
Nice case but didn't fit the camera advertised for... the slick service gave way to no replies!

Good while everything is ok on arrival?
I have used there sister companies in the past with no trouble, so when I wanted a camera case for a weekend trip there site was appealing because of the next day delivery and choice in stock?
Anyhow the Crumpler case arrived next day as it should, but on opening the plastic branded Crumpler bag was open and on inspection the padded shoulder piece was missing in action!
I emailed straight away explaining my need for a quick resolution as I was going on a trip thus the purchase, and said I would be happy if they just sent me the shoulder piece out if possible and if not should I return it?
2 days later just a response saying yes I could return it and just that nothing about them possibly sending me a shoulder strap piece!
I used there free return service which is the only good thing at least it free (but slow)
They received the case back, and 24 hours later I received my refund minus £9.10 for ADJUSTMENT FEE?????
The case was faulty in the first place and now they have the cheek to try and take money for what? I am waiting there response but all in all a bad experience leaving me out of pocket for there mistake!
Hopefully I will get the money back, but even so a bad show for what could have been easily resolved with a bit more customer care?
UPDATE ! Have been told that it was a mistake and they apologised for taking £9.10, but no refund as yet although they say it has been sanctioned??
UPDATE 2! After having to send yet another email my refund was back in my account 5 days after my email asking where refund was?
All well that ends well but appalling customer service in what could have been sorted with just them sending me a spare strap from another bag?

Fast, Easy to Use and Great Delivery
Three days looking for a case for my Nikon D5100 until i found Lovecases. Found a case that was exactly what i was looking with a sling to keep the lense away from the bootom of the case.
The website was easy to use allowing me to quickly compare cases. The case was a good price and delivery was very quick. All in all I would highly recomend Lovecases and will be returning when my wife allows me to purchase more lenses for my camera :o)

LOOK NO FURTHER!

Got Nicon camera for Xmas and decided to get a case for it. Found lovecases.co.uk online with huge range of different style cases. I purchased a case on behalf of my father as a gift for my daughter. Fantastic Products and Service
Absolutely brilliant, I needed a new camera case for my DSLR equipment with a photo shoot in Berlin in 3 days time.
I spoke to one of the sales chaps who answered all my questions about the case that I was buying, he assured me of the delivery times and stated that it would arrive on time.

quality phone case

Great Website
I scoured ebay and websites for a good quality, reasonably priced camera case for my Sony HX9V camera. I finally found what I was looking for on Lovecases.co.uk. It was so much easier to be able to put in my model of camera, knowing that which ever one I chose, it was going to fit. The quality of the case I chose is first class, and the delivery was quick.
