This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Buyers beware if your package fails to be delivered, they will tell you to go around all your neighbours, knock on their doors and pretty much accuse them of stealing your mail. Then they will want you to do the same at the post office delivery dept. Only then will they consider a refund or resend of your goods. They say that they tracked the parcel and it was delivered on a certain date but how can they say that when I was at work on that day and didn't sign for it? Then they say you opted to not pay for the 'signed for' delivery option... so how can they say it was delivered to me? If they are so good at tracking parcels then they should be the people to chase the parcel down, not the customer. I paid for a service and goods to be delivered to me, I'm not a detective and I'm not wasting my time hunting down missing parcels. Very rude and condescending emails from them indeed, Thankfully it was only a few pounds that they ripped me off. Will never use this company again.
