Have ordered several times from LH and the experience has been top notch everytime, well recommended!!!!

Excellent website, Great customer serivce!

I have placed many orders with this website, and they never fail! Postage is super quick and very discreet, they are very reasonably priced, and they even offer a points rewards system! I would definatly reconmend this website, and will definatly be ordering from them again!

Discreet packaging

I ordered from Lovehoney.
The service that the company provided was absolutely fine. Pay with paypal, free and fast delivery.
Only problem is that the return address on the packaging.
Now your parent or child or landlord may not know who that is, but if they google it you can get 6,600,000 answers in 0.08 seconds.
Also, I now know that all the postmen in my area are well aware of who they are.
So if you need complete discretion think twice.

from order to speed of delivery, wouldnt hesitate to recommend. i checked other company reviews before settling for love-honey..... theres some bad ones out there, glad that i did, regards greg hampshire

Another satisfied smile

Just received another order and it was discretely packaged and promptly delivered as usual. I love the weekly emails as they are certainly an eye opener to and a source of much entertainment as I forward them onto friends!

A fantastic service

I had a fantastic service with Lovehoney and would order from them again. My order arrived extremely quickly with FREE delivery. The package was discreet, and I got everything I asked for. The price for the quality of the items was amazing. I was very nervous as it was the first time I'd ever bought sex toys and Lovehoney made the experience smooth and memorable :)

Excellent company to deal with

order arrived day after ordering. well packaged - discreet. the whole service has been excellent. i was a bit nervous to buy naughty things for me and the hubby but lovehoney made it easy. i fully recommend to anyone looking for good quality items.

Great site

I ordered a nice gift which got delayed but Royal Mail strike and they gave me a refund on my express postage and sent me a free gift to compensate even thought not their fault class act.

Fantastic Customer Service. Great Web site. Easy ordering.

They were only let down by royal mail. Immediate refund of my postage fee due to late special delivery. I'm still glad they use Royal Mail so much better than the other carriers.
