Lovely clothes, lovely team
I love this company. There was a bit of a screw-up because the wrong house number was given to the courier company - BUT, these things happen and the important thing is that when I contacted Lovestretch to find out what had happened to my order, they dealt with it straightaway and were very friendly, polite and hands-on in making sure it was sorted out. I had my jacket the next day and love it. It arrived in great condition, the sizing information on the site was spot on and all round I'm a very satisified customer. Will definitely be buying from them again.

Excellent service

Awesome
Excellent products, excellent personal customer service. Prompt delivery, no quibbles, pure delight! Having recently had a really appalling experience at a local designer boutique, to deal with lovestretch restored my faith in retailing! I now realise I am so much better protected by dealing with good online retailers than a shop on my local highstreet.

Love their clothes
Living in two of the pieces I bought from Lovestretch and just bought a pair of trousers that will be great in the summer. Fantastic customer service. Clothes arrive really well packaged. Took back an item with no hassle. Would completely recommend!
Just bought a pair of Wellicious trousers for the gym and some clog ankle boots. Both TOTALLY WONDERFUL and Gill is just fantastic when you need to ask a question.

Great stuff but communication could be better
I ordered some reduced price trousers recently and was delighted with the quality. They were packaged pretty nicely too.
However, the communication was pretty sparse and i feel dispatch could have been a little quicker for an site that sells items that are so expensive.

Luxury high quality clothing
I'm always really pleased with Lovestretch. A heavy part of my wardrobe is their clothing. I love my new leather bag, it goes with me everywhere.
The free delivery is great and it's easy to return an item too.

Really great clothes and service
I would definitely suggest lovestretch as it has quirky brands but everything is high quality. Whoever is the buyer has a great eye for women's clothes that you want to wear.

Very Pleased
I was very pleased with my recent first order from Lovestretch. I ordered a couple of tops in the sale and was delighted when they were delivered a couple of days later beautifully packed and wrapped. I like the clothes,enjoy the blogs and find the website easy and enjoyable to surf around on. I do genuinely believe that customer care and satisfaction are a priority to this business - hence an email inviting feedback. I shall be a returning customer!

unprofessional dealings with customer
After placing an order with them on the 19th of July 2012 and receiving an order confirmation the same day by e-mail I phoned the company today, 01 August 2012 to ask when I could expect delivery of my order. I was terrified about the way I was spoken to! This lady made me feel as if I was the one who had done something wrong to her - she insisted that they had no order in my name and that the order no. was for a different person! I mentioned that the payment was already stated on my Visa account. She got even more angry and said she would reimburse me and not deliver for the way I (???) spoke to her!
I am sitting here now wondering if I only just dreamed this conversation!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN USE LOVESTRETCH.COM

Excellent
Products are excellent value when in the sale and come lovingly wrapped. I had a problem in that I had been sent the wrong product accidentally, I called customer services and it was dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner. I haven't got the right product yet to close the loop but I did only send it back a couple of days ago. Only suggestion to make the experience no issue for customers is to have a home collect service for returns so we don't have to go to teh post office which is an added inconvenience.

I have just received my first item from lovestretch. What a wonderful experience. The item was at an unbelievably great price, the service next to none. Essential wrap trousers
Although this item was not suitable, I spoke with David Owen to clarify return procedures and he was extremely polite, helpful and re-assured me that althought I was slightly outisde the refund criteria period, it was not a problem. He even thanked me for ringing! I will definitely consider using this company again

Lovely clothes and great service
I've ordered a few items from Lovestretch and love being able to access great labels from one place. The service has been excellent - I've had to make a couple of returns and there has been no problem at all. The free delivery is much appreciated too. All in all highy recommended.

Brilliant service!
Lovestretch has wonderful service, they send orders out very quickly and have good updates and communications.
I am very struck by the brilliant sale pieces. I would not say that I dress in the style suggested (luxe-lounge) but I find that the choice and quality of the pieces are able to be worked into my wardrobe, adding items which I may not see elsewhere.
I would ask if Lovestretch could show how they can reduce the environmental impact of sending clothes by mail, my clothes arrived in very slick and secure postal packet wich was many times the size of the product I ordered, which no doubt kept my good nice and safe but seemed wasteful. For example, the company Nature Shop uses biodegradeble bags and make their commitments to sustainability very clear.

FANTASTIC SELECTION - WONDERFUL STORE
I've now had three very large orders with Lovestretch and I don't have one complaint! I have a small but curvy figure and the selection of clothing on this site is fantastic and wildly flattering. Moreover, the owner of the store (who I've now had the chance to speak with over the phone) is SO wonderful and helpful that I will keep ordering from this site in the future. She knows quality brands and everything I've received so far has been great!! I shop online A LOT and this is one of my favourite stores.

Personal Shopper
I have just about stopped shopping on the high street in favour of Lovestretch because there is such a great range of seriously gorgeous clothes which can be adapted to all occasions. Whether it is warmth, comfort, style, or something a bit different, Lovestretch's ranges are smart enough for work and adaptable for going out in the evening. Am a big Bette Heyman & Emu fan. Service is fantastic with Gill having called me re new season's items that I might like - a bit like having my own personal shopper! I can't imagine there are many other clothing websites that provide such a personal and professional service.

First Rate
I have bought several times now over a couple of years or so from Lovestretch. They are my favourite yogawear company. The products are stylish, comfortable and very durable. On the odd occasion when I have had a problem, everything was done without quibble to resolve my issue. Thus i know it is safe to buy with Lovestretch and have recommended them to many friends. inspirational
I migrated to Lovestretch from Giji, which I found following an open day in Guildford. I was immediately impressed by the in depth knowledge of the designers and clothing manufacture process as well as the need for wearability and staying contemporary without being too try hard.
I have been a very happy shopper over the years and get a kick from the unique stylish features each time I wear these flattering clothes.
Nothing short of professional in every way from stock selection to understated website to fast delivery and free returns.
