Personal Shopper
I have just about stopped shopping on the high street in favour of Lovestretch because there is such a great range of seriously gorgeous clothes which can be adapted to all occasions. Whether it is warmth, comfort, style, or something a bit different, Lovestretch's ranges are smart enough for work and adaptable for going out in the evening. Am a big Bette Heyman & Emu fan. Service is fantastic with Gill having called me re new season's items that I might like - a bit like having my own personal shopper! I can't imagine there are many other clothing websites that provide such a personal and professional service.

Fabulous
I have just received my first item from lovestretch. What a wonderful experience. The item was at an unbelievably great price, the service next to none. I spoke with Gill, who could teach the big companies a thing or two about customer service. I Have told all my friends and family about this find. Lovestretch is at the top of my list when I need to shop!

Essential wrap trousers
Although this item was not suitable, I spoke with David Owen to clarify return procedures and he was extremely polite, helpful and re-assured me that althought I was slightly outisde the refund criteria period, it was not a problem. He even thanked me for ringing! I will definitely consider using this company again

Lovely clothes and great service
I've ordered a few items from Lovestretch and love being able to access great labels from one place. The service has been excellent - I've had to make a couple of returns and there has been no problem at all. The free delivery is much appreciated too. All in all highy recommended.

I have just made my first purchase from lovestretch and am very happy with the transaction!
I bought items from the sale which had some great deals and I was impressed with the range of products on the site overall. Some really interesting brands and selection of items that I haven't seen elsewhere. Service was fantastic, packed well and arrived very quickly.

FANTASTIC SELECTION - WONDERFUL STORE
I've now had three very large orders with Lovestretch and I don't have one complaint! I have a small but curvy figure and the selection of clothing on this site is fantastic and wildly flattering. Moreover, the owner of the store (who I've now had the chance to speak with over the phone) is SO wonderful and helpful that I will keep ordering from this site in the future. She knows quality brands and everything I've received so far has been great!! I shop online A LOT and this is one of my favourite stores.

First Rate
I have bought several times now over a couple of years or so from Lovestretch. They are my favourite yogawear company. The products are stylish, comfortable and very durable. On the odd occasion when I have had a problem, everything was done without quibble to resolve my issue. Thus i know it is safe to buy with Lovestretch and have recommended them to many friends. Theirs is one of the few 'newsletters' that I get in my inbox that I always browse for the lastest stuff and incredible offers. Keep up the good work.

inspirational
I migrated to Lovestretch from Giji, which I found following an open day in Guildford. I was immediately impressed by the in depth knowledge of the designers and clothing manufacture process as well as the need for wearability and staying contemporary without being too try hard.
I have been a very happy shopper over the years and get a kick from the unique stylish features each time I wear these flattering clothes.
Nothing short of professional in every way from stock selection to understated website to fast delivery and free returns.

Fantastic Clothes, Fantastic Service
Lovestretch is the most amazing website, gorgeous clothes that can be work in a multitude of ways. For instance exercise clothes that look good enough to be worn on a night out or to the office. They arrive quickly and wrapped with such love and care. Plus I have to say the customer service is second to none. There are no other websites where you feel that you are not just a number talking to another anonymous drone in a call centre.

Perfect for the busy woman!
Lovestretch is for me the one stop shop for clothes that I can wear on any occasion - from the office to an evening party; from home to going out; from work to pilates - the style, fashion and service provided but the Lovestretch team is top class. The site is informative and I love their suggestions on coordinates. The quality is amazing too and my dry cleaning bill has greatly reduced since using Lovestretch

Before discovering Lovestretch I rarely bought clothes online as the few experiences I had had also seemed to disappoint. However Lovestretch have totally changed my opinion. The service is first rate, the clothes always arrive well packaged and quickly. Very reliable indeed. I have never had a problem with sizing as if I have had a query it has been answered efficiently and accurately. The clothes are beautiful, fashionable and yet comfortable. Some unusual pieces as well at affordable prices which is always a bonus. I feel so lucky I found Lovestretch as it has changed the way I design my wardrobe now, I shop alot less in the High Street and plan my outfits better which in the long term saves me money too. The website is brilliant, Gill gives you ideas for putting outfits together, which I love. It reminds me of playing dress up with my cut out dolls when I was a young girl, maybe that is why I find the website so appealing!!

Totally unique shop
When I saw this website it was one of those moments when you realize you'd been missing something you didn't know you wanted. Really great stretch wear for pretty much any occasion. Customer service is almost instant and always there for you. Excellent.

Beautiful and individual clothes. I have had many compliments for clothes which have been purchased from Lovestretch and the service is excellent. I like the regular emails, keeping me updated on new stock and also the regular discount codes are great! I am not a lover of internet shopping however the items Gill and her team have selected are elelgant and practical but also different. The clothes suit all ages and tastes. I haven't rated 5 stars only because I think it would be useful to the shopper if the clothes were shown worn with other items and if there was an indication of the size shown in the picture. Unfortunately, I have bought sizes too large for me, in the past and I don't always have time to return the item. So if there were a better indication of size then it would act as a guide to the purchaser.

Outstanding service
The item arrived quickly but had some marks on the fabric.
I was contacted immediately and the problem was resolved above and beyond expectations.
The replacement trousers were personally checked before they sent them to me and I am extremely happy with them and the service from Lovestretch.

Great for fitness and casual wear
Lovestretch always has an amazing range of fitness and casual wear, more than anyone else. I like the fact that they cater for all price brackets, while still offering good designer clothing and high fashion.
I would have given them 5 stars if only for 2 small points:
1) when choosing a garment, the detailed info needs to contain the garment's length - particularly in trousers and skirts/dresses (I'm long in the leg!).
2) I find the image magnifier a little irritating. I would prefer to see a front, back and side view of a product. If the picture opened up in a large screen, I can see the detail better than the magnifier tool.

We have been improving the measurement information on the site this season (for example, adding trouser leg length, skirt length, scarf dimensions, necklace drop)and you should see further improvements over the next month or so.
I acted on your suggestion about the image immediately. It is a very good idea. You should see that on the site that you can now open a large image of the garment. Hopefully that goes some way towards what you want and you should see further improvements later in the year.

Saw a jacket I loved and enquired when my size might become available. Received a personal email - ON A SUNDAY!! to say that one had been tracked down and was available if I wanted it.
