got harrassed all holiday by hotel for another £475 cos we'd put wrong age of grandaughter, turned out Lowcost holiday sales person had made the mistake. Still got a phone bill for £33 for call to Lowcost in Uk when checking out. Have used company for many years but now they have lost a valued customer. Cannot get through to customercare what-so-ever, sick of trying.
