The day after I made my booking I recieved a phone call stating that the flights had not gone through and in the process the price had gone up. I had no choice but to accept the new flight price as the hotel was secured. I was then informed that a double booking had been made because my first flight booking had in fact gone through. I was then expected to resolve this problem (which was not my fault) completly on my own having to PROVE to an extra £600 had been taken out of my account. Instead of lowcostholidays apologising for the mistake and resolving the problem themselves I spent an entire week trying to reclaim my money. It was an extremely stressful booking and I can only hope that the holiday goes off without a hitch.
